Milestone Moments: All The Celebrity Vitals
Vermicious Knid replied to OtterMommy's topic in Everything Else TV
Britney Spears is reportedly completely off the rails and running out of money. There are other stories disputing this but I have to agree. She's spending like crazy and doesn't have the money coming in the way it was. Jamie may be scuzz but he is the one who pulled her out of insolvecy and got her up to $60 million. She's not putting out music, not touring or performing, not selling merchandise, doesn't have the endorsements like the perfume line anymore. That alone made her major bank. The book hype is over. She's got her lawyer, who is not involved in any business decisions, and I believe the woman she kept from her conservatorship who does things like make her doctor appointments and orders toothpaste. -

I know a lot of people were happy Ziggy didn't go through, but he was definitely a better singer than KBlocks. I don't know why they decided a designated trainwreck needed to be in the top 24 but that was a waste of space that someone else could have occupied.

If that was Charlotte, my co-worker informed me he follows her online because she was the runner up on a season of X Factor UK.

S36.E01: You Can’t Drive While You’re Crying
Vermicious Knid replied to chitowngirl's topic in The Amazing Race
I was just on the Malecon and Centro last week. I think I recognized the square with the Luchadors too, which does not usually have a wrestling ring. Yes, outside of the major thoroughfares most of the city is narrow cobbled streets. I've been on buses that feel like they're going to hit the buildings while swinging around corners. And driving is crazy. It's not real obvious in the epidode where they're going down that main street but the lanes in the middle are like express lanes and you can't exit directly from them, if you want to turn you have to switch to the outer lanes running alongside. Which means lots of jughandles because there are no left turns. Teams seem okay, no one instantly dislikeable or obnoxious. There should be a tequila challenge, not taking shots but something like chopping up the agave and putting them in the ovens. That's a lot of hard work. -

And of course, as many people have pointed out, country came out of black music. Hell, there was a whole Ken Burns series about it. In 2019.- 968 replies

Tracy Chapman's 'Fast Car' climbs the iTunes charts after her Grammy performance Both the song and her debut album hit number 1 on iTunes. I hope as the sole songwriter she is making bank from all this. -
No snaps on the crotch? Well I thought there was a bigger problem that no one addressed. Her bra was clearly visible through the top and that is neither professional or desired in a military uniform. Tidy Cats has been advertising a color changing litter that tells you how your cat feels for months now, I assume that's the competitor. It also uses silica.

That was Lana Del Rey? I find her pretentious, minimally talented and lugubrious. The In Memorium was a hot mess. I didn't even realize Stevie had sequed from a tribute to Tony Bennett to the overall memoriam and had to run it back. They kept focusing more on him than the names of the departed, then it finished. But no, there's more. The segment with Annie Lennox was wonderful, and suddenly it's John Batiste, and then it turned into a revival, oh wait, it's back to the in memorium. Just terrible. -
