  1. Jesus, how did I miss that or not remember it??
  2. I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Jeff gifting Zoila with a facelift (and maybe lipo, but I'm not sure about that). I don't think Vanina ever got plastic surgery and she really, really doesn't strike me as the type to want that, accept that from Jeff, or even have that on TV. LOL
  3. Ugh, I really hope the controversy with Kelly doesn't put this show in the ground. There's got to be other prosecutors who have the chops and successful conviction rate that she had (without the alleged shadiness) who could replace her. I would still watch. Solving real life cold cases and (hopefully) seeing the victims' loved ones get the justice they deserve is worth it regardless of who is heading the efforts.
  4. While I do feel really bad for Vanina, I have to say that how Jeff is/acts as a boss and business owner isn't so unusual. There are a LOT of asshole bosses/business owners who will yell, deflect blame, act like a dick (either with reason or without), and not really care about their employee's feelings. Afterall, the bottom line is that the failures and the successes achieved at the hands of the employees does reflect the business as well as the boss/business owner. It obviously doesn't make it right, but it happens quite a bit. However, I think the difference between most of these asshole bosses/business owners and Jeff is that ultimately, Jeff does care about his employees and does regret and/or show remorse if they are feeling negatively about the job in some way. I think while Jeff will always be Jeff, I think he will be more conscious of how the work is affecting Vanina going forward and will adjust accordingly (for the most part). Being in Vanina's shoes also isn't unusual; lots of businesses have at least one or a few employees that do well and go above and beyond 9 times out of 10, so it's not uncommon that that person tends to take the fall for mistakes made by others. This is often because their superiors get used to them always doing well and getting the job done that when that rare mistake occurs, it's going to stand out. It's exactly like how Jeff described - Vanina is like a straight A student who suddenly brought home a C. A parent is going to notice that and grill them to know why it happened just like a boss is going to immediately zoom in on it and address it. Again, it's not right, but it happens quite a bit. Adios, Joe. Hope you were able to find your way back home without getting lost and ending up in Mexico.
  5. They didn't mention why they can't get pregnant because they don't know why. Hence, all of these tests she's going through to see what may be the problem. After making such a big deal last season about not being able to afford IVF, we, the viewers, obviously know that she's using this show's paychecks to fund it (unless Lifetime is generous enough to fund it the way I'm sure they're funding Terra and Joe's rush-rush-rush wedding). But did Christy or Todd ever say on camera this season as to how they can suddenly afford it? I haven't been watching as closely, so I don't know if I missed them addressing this. I'm just curious if they gave some bullshit excuse, were honest about how they can suddenly afford it, or completely ignoring addressing it thinking the viewers are too stupid to remember their lack of funds just a few months ago. Also, does anyone know how old Christy's other children are? They did bring up Briana's daughter in the midst of this bullshit. They asked her if Matt had met her daughter yet and she said yes.
  6. I already have a feeling that new girl, Rocky, will get on my nerves pretty quickly. I know some people can be naturally hyper, but she seems like she's going to be too over the top hyper and probably because she does it for attention. I hate people like that. She seems like someone who would've been cast by "The Real World" 10 or 15 years ago. Blech. I wonder if the non-recasting of Kat was her choice or the producers'. Either way, THANK YOU. I also wonder why the guy who replaced the liar last season (sorry, can't remember either of their names) didn't return. He was good looking and seemed like he'd be fun to watch had he had a full season to be on camera. Plus, he was an experienced yachtie, so I think he would've been good to have on hand again. Always glad to have Captain Lee back, though!
  7. Am I the only one who can't help but wonder if those clothes were truly Sonja originals and not ripped off of a much lesser known "designer", or ripped off the racks somewhere entirely?
  8. I'm pretty sure Jeff saying this Living Spaces gig was his "dream job" was totally sarcastic. I'm sure everything he's doing with his own company and all of the successes he's achieved (and continues to achieve) without Living Spaces is a big enough dream come true for him.
  9. IF I continue to watch this show, I think it's just going to be out of habit and/or because nothing else is on late at night when they're re-airing the show. (The original airing is up against "Flipping Out" on Bravo right now and there's no way I'm watching this crapfest over that!) The amount of petty bickering, assholery, and all-around unnecessary bitchitude is so over the top and not what I want to watch. Sure, some drama is sometimes better than none for a show like this, but this is just beyond ridiculous. I really hope Tonya is just being a grade A "C U Next Tuesday" (I HATE that actual word, by the way, but it is honestly the most appropriate here) because the producers are making her be like that. If not, then I can't say I will feel sorry for her when someone finally has had enough and decks her ass. I'm sorry, but how in the hell is this Brittney chick's dad coming off like such a huge playa? He is NOT good looking by any stretch of the imagination. Dude looks like he's stuck in the 80's. I don't get why so many of them dated him. I know the dating scene sucks and all, but it can't be that bad. Brittney can also fuck off with the way she was making fun of Jasmine's looks. She's going to make fun of how "flat" Jasmine's nose is? Um, has Brittney ever looked in the mirror? Achon dwarves (like Brittney) often have flatter noses and she clearly has a much flatter nose than Jasmine does. Asshat. On another superficial note, every single one of these chicks needs a major make over. Most of them need lessons on applying make up that enhances their beauty, not makes them look like a clown. As for the clothes... jeez. Christy needs to find clothes in sizes that flatter her size/curves better; Tonya needs to find a new hairstyle for the love of God; and Brittney is just a lost cause probably because she's got her head shoved so far up the freakshow that is Miley Cyrus's ass, that she wouldn't know a tasteful outfit if it bit her on her flat nose. Also, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Terra needs to stop with the Godawful skintight pants with the atrocious patterns that just make her ass and thighs the first, last, and only thing people around her see. As a little person with too much junk it the trunk, I DO know the frustration and annoyance of dealing with that particular body part. No need to draw more unnecessary and negative attention to it. Trust me.
  10. Traci is pregnant and probably decided not to do the show again in an effort to avoid any possible stress during her pregnancy. Given her history with miscarrying, I don't blame her and Eric one bit for that choice. It's nice to see a couple put their family and health before a fame and a paycheck. (I'm guessing Eric probably makes a decent paycheck on his own, so I suppose that helps to walk away from the show, too.) I think she's about 6 months along by now, and they're having a boy (average height, not a little person to boot!). I heard she may make an appearance here and there on the show, but not sure how accurate that is.
  11. Why am I not surprised that Khloe didn't like the Vanity Fair article? It seems between this and how angrily and aggressively she was shown reacting towards Bruce in the two "About Bruce..." episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" that nothing is good enough to make her happy unless it's done/said exactly the way she wants or how she thinks it should be done/said. I also raised an eyebrow over the fact that the first time Kylie "met" Caitlyn was when the cameras were around. Apparently everyone else except Rob, Kourtney, and (of course) Khloe had already seen Bruce as Caitlyn without the cameras. Other than the fact that I can completely understand how hard this may be for them, I really think that deep down, Khloe and Kylie don't agree with this transition, but are putting up a facade and saying PC things to save face.
  12. I'm calling it now: Khloe will be "miraculously" pregnant within the next year to year and a half. With whose child? Well, we'll see...
  13. What high school has graduation in the middle of July??
  14. I find it slightly amusing that some people stress out over selecting the "perfect" donor (whether it's for the egg or sperm). I believe there is a lot to be said for nature vs. nurture. Just because the donor has a genius IQ, supermodel type looks, an athletic background and body type, and a congenial disposition doesn't mean that the child will turn out to be the same way. Then you can still have the opposite effect; a donor could be less than bright, homely, unathletic and sloth-like in activity level, overweight, and the personality of an asshat, but the child could very well turn out to be and even brought up to be extremely personable, employ great study habits that enable them to do well in school, enjoy sports and a healthy way of living/eating, and be attractive. I personally know people who are the result of both types of scenarios. No matter what type of person someone picks for their donor, I still feel genetics can be quite the unpredictable crapshoot.
  15. I don't hate Zoila and that's simply because I don't think she's as bad as she comes across. I think she means well, but she tries too hard to be like Jeff and it doesn't come out the same way his sense of humor does. Maybe it's partly due to a language barrier, maybe it's because Jeff naturally has that kind of sarcastic sense of humor where we instinctively know he's being sarcastic and not serious. Zoila doesn't seem to have that even though she probably thinks she does. I believe a lot of what she says and does that many find to be "bitchy" she does it to try to fit in, but it just doesn't translate well on screen. Certainly not as well as Jeff's sense of humor does. I think if Zoila was as bad as many seem to think she is, Jeff wouldn't have hesitated to can her ass years ago. And I certainly don't think for a minute that he would consider having her take care of any of his future children if he felt for one second that she'd mistreat them in any way. I think too much of her "bitchy" behavior is due to a combination of it not translating well and being played up for the show.
  16. I am fully aware that Andy is no longer with Bravo. However, when he left Bravo to create his own production company, he remained a major exec of the Housewives franchise. That was part of his "parting deal", if you will. I read his announcement about this when he left, and I've also heard him speak about this in person. As such, it is very plausible that anything having to do with Teresa, who is part of the NJ installation of the franchise (and who wouldn't even be a blip on our radar had he not put her on RHoNJ), would include Andy's input and possibly production as well. I'm not saying he definitely is behind any possible Teresa special, but it is not unfathomable to believe that he would be a part of deciding it'll happen and putting it together. That said, I was obviously being sarcastic when I asked what kind of blackmail Teresa has on Andy. But then again, even if he has absolutely nothing to do with any possible Teresa special, he's still a major part of the Bravo family and they would probably still try to protect him at all costs by signing more paychecks for her. ;)
  17. I saw this article on TMZ and it pisses me off to no end. Why, why, why does anyone at Bravo think Teresa and Joe's law breaking should be rewarded with more money is beyond me. What kind of earth shattering blackmail do they have on Andy? What exactly would this special show other than Teresa blathering on about how she "love, love, loves" prison and her bunkmates? I mean, really, I have a case of Fabellini and a CD of Melissa Gorga's greatest hits to sell to anyone who sincerely believes that Joe is doing the heavy lifting in raising those girls while Teresa is in jail. We all know the grandparents and/or Juicy Joe's family is doing all of the work with the girls. Hell, Gia is probably doing a lot with her sisters, too. What a fucking joke.
  18. I would give someone's left nut to be able to have the interior design creativity, talent, and intelligence that Jeff has!
  19. I can't help it; I look forward to new episodes of this show. (I swear I have an IQ of above 140!)
  20. Nah, Kailyn didn't have a feather put in her hair to go see Ke$ha. Besides, Teen Moms don't have tickets to see Ke$ha unless they're about to go to jail.
  21. What? What kind of warning vibes are you seeing? I don't see a thing, but then again, I don't think we've seen nearly enough of Cole to get even one red flag yet. But that's just me... so far.
  22. What boggles my mind about Leah's defense of herself being such a "good mother" when she was talking to her friend was that she said with a straight fucking face that she takes Ali to her therapy appointments. Dude, if Cory got a letter in the mail about Ali being on the verge of getting dropped from therapy, that means the number of missed sessions was excessive. So, no, Leah, you weren't taking Ali to all of her therapy appointments. I'm assuming she got the same letter, but I wonder if she didn't realize Cory would get it, too. What a dumb, lying piece of crap she is either way. I agree about Cole (and damn if I don't feel a little weird for being in my 30's and thinking he's cute!), but let's be honest, here... even Chelsea's pet pig would be considered a huge upgrade from skeevy Adam.
  23. I didn't say Jo didn't have a job at all. While I haven't been 100% dedicated to watching each and every episode the last couple of seasons, I watched the show the enough (especially in the early seasons) to know he still worked doing something. I just sarcastically mentioned maybe not having a regular 9-5 weekday job, but yet I admitted that I had no clue as to what he actually does.
  24. Kailyn could've picked up Isaac early from school and it wouldn't have been a big deal school-wise at his age, but that would mean Jo (or Vee, his parents, family, etc.) would've had to be available to get Isaac earlier, too, and he (or they) probably wouldn't have been, especially if he works a regular 9-5 weekday job. (Doubt it, but who knows. I have no idea what he does these days. Is he still trying to be a rapper? HAHAHA.)
  25. I really, really hope Penelope and North grow up to be as close as sisters. Considering Penelope only has brothers (right now, anyway) and North is about to get a little brother, too, it would be nice if they grew up close and into normal human beings (despite who they each got in the parent department) who could always rely on one another. Even if they eventually both get little sisters in the future, these two are still less than a year apart in age and I could see them going through lots of great life milestones together.
