  1. Paul Schneider has zero interest in returning.
  2. Anyone have thoughts on Act Your Age, the episode set 10 years in the future? Worth the wait or more like a bad fanfic? We now have proof that Phineas/Isabella, Ferb/Vanessa and Baljeet/Ginger are definitely going to happen. I should point out that in this episode Vanessa is 26 and Ferb has just finished high school. Candace only had the one scene but I like the idea that her obsession with busting the boys will lead to an interest in law. No mention of her being married to Jeremy (or anyone else) even though her daughter would have been born at this point since she's a teenager in "Quantum Boogaloo". Speaking of that episode, we still can't say for sure that Isabella doesn't marry Ferb after all this. Perry/Lyla shippers won't be happy since the creators outright stated we won't ever see Perry with a girlfriend. It doesn't really matter, we all know Doof is Perry's true soul mate. Doof successfully gave up being evil for ten whole years following "Doof 101"? Did not see that coming. The best joke was Baljeet describing how Isabella's eyes would somehow change into heart shapes. Swampy crying at the end was good too.
  3. Donna was the only one who felt guilty about Jerry Dinner in "Ron and Diane", though that was only after Ann called them out on it.
  4. Just throwing another name out there: Tina Fey. She has Weekend Update experience and Republicans already hate her.
  5. Pie-Mary was the better of the two episodes, the highlights being Ben winning Woman of the Year and the Garry/Donna subplot. Trivial things I feel the need to point out: Ron has mentioned his brothers before but not to Ben or Andy (that I can recall). "New Moon" was released in November 2009. It's entirely plausible that Donna saw it for the 7th time shortly after April became Ron's assistant in January 2010. Steven is presumably named after Ben's father. godonlyknows, Ron gave April one of his four - I mean two - cabins. Burly is on Johnny Karate's show.
  6. All this talk of punchable leading men and no one mentions Channing Tatum?
  7. I wonder if it's the same microwave Donna wanted back from Jasmine from the Glitter Factory.
  8. You've never heard of "only mostly dead"?
  9. Now tear it up to protect his privacy.
  10. Does Ron Swineson eat bacon? If not, can he truly be Ron's counterpart? Would he have eaten Pig Tom?
  11. Or only every second week so it could be "The Fortnightly Show".
  12. I enjoyed the first couple of episodes but I'm quickly growing tired of the formula. I think it would work better as a weekly show.
  13. I have to go against the popular opinion: the Blizzapocalypsegeddon stuff did nothing for me.
  14. I assumed Leslie was catching Ron up on everything he'd missed because of their feud.
  15. l agree with this. Bobby Newport and Jennifer Barkley were good antagonists, Jamm was a complete downgrade. If you're going to give Leslie a nemesis who is just a selfish asshole, at least make him smart enough to seem like a worthy opponent.
  16. Would you rather see Mike Huckabee again?
  17. Ovaries before brovaries.
  18. I think the booing was completely deserved but I can't really fault Larry as a host for trying to take some of the heat off his guest. I do think he should have asked her to justify her answer though (because really, how does she?). I'm starting to agree with the people who say they need less panelists. I wasn't bothered by it in the first episode or two but all the interrupting and shouting is getting annoying.
  19. She was pregnant at the end of season 5. John [middle name redacted] Swanson was born midway through last season.
  20. Clearly the fire code will have changed by 2017. April has had the same job for three years, that's practically a lifetime for this show.
  21. They never did explain what happened to Paul (the former City Manager) after his heart surgery, did they? Did he die or retire or what? ETA: That wasn't quite a wish. I wish they'd tell us.
  22. The "Danny's Song" scene in the first episode of Raising Hope always makes me... experience human emotions. In the final episode they had Kenny Loggins sing it in person. Virginia sang it better in my opinion.
  23. It was a good week for bringing back obscure characters: the janitor from "Li'l Sebastian", Manrico Della Rosa from "The Debate" and Bill Haggerty from "94 Meetings". Annabel Porter was slightly less obscure and thankfully she wasn't as annoying this time.
  24. If I know anything about Rwanda (and I don't), I bet it's full of rich guys who'll buy her whatever she wants. Also something that has always intrigued me: Leslie's father. It's been heavily implied that he's dead but all we know is "He lives in Florida... in a cemetery" and that Leslie "lost" him when she was 10 years old. Mike Schur could have been planning something all along.
  25. The in-series explanation was she was unsure about it and decided to go with her gut. Some people believe the real reason is that the writers decided to keep April in Pawnee while Andy was gone. ETA: An acknowledgement that Mark Brendanawicz ever existed would be nice.
