  1. I've also thought that Meredith had a lisp. It'll be interesting to see who NewGrey lady hooks up with at the hospital because you just know it's going to happen. I predict it'll be Bailey's husband.
  2. I don't know what Alex's plans are, or how Sam would work around attending Berklee, but I'd love to see them performing together. Also, Eliot Yamin looked like ass. I hope he's well. Didn't he have some kind of medical condition?
  3. Good ones! Also from A Christmas Story: "I triple dog dare you!" (I say this on many occasions). "It's a major award." (I say this when I'm putting on panty hose/tights and I stick one leg out).
  4. Ditto on hating Bridesmaids. I saw it on TV and was so glad I didn't waste money on it in the theater. I also don't think that just being gross is funny. I'm looking at you, Melissa McCarthy. Actually, Kristen Wiig isn't funny to me either, even when she was on SNL.
  5. Yeah but do you think she's wily enough to figure that out? A poster from TWoP mentioned her standing there while the chief was on the phone, and not waiting until he finished his call. She just kept interrupting him. (I probably would have fired her right then.) I had forgotten about that, but to me it's just another example of her being driven, but too dense to realize the consequences of her actions, or how she comes off.
  6. I agree she's driven, but to the point of being stupid at times. Doesn't matter that he was stupid for leaving the key under the doormat (do people even still do that?) she was made a mistake going in there without a warrant. I'm sure his lawyer will make that case if it ever gets to that point.
  7. I just don't like Molly, mainly because of her tactics. No way should she have just gone into Lester's house without getting a search warrant. At this point, I'm hoping Lester gets away with it, even though I don't think he will
  8. ...if by "big" you mean those damn hats.
  9. I love Lady Mae's maid. I just hope she comes out of this mess okay, with or without Lady Mae. Agnes having to choose between Henri and Victor is like having to choose between a banana split and a hot fudge sundae. Poor girl.
  10. I thought it was wrong of Chummy to surprise Mr. Chummy with the news that her mother was coming to visit, and that she was staying with them. I know she was dreading the visit, and maybe that's why she didn't tell him, but still, she should have. I hope she doesn't turn him into a wimp. After all, she is bigger than he is.
  11. While it's true that Sharon and Dennis aren't related and weren't raised together, they were regarded as brother and sister for many years. I can understand if the rest of Walford is uncomfortable with their relationship. It squicks me out, too, although I can stand Dennis a bit more because at least he did try to have another relationship--even if it was with stupid Zoey. Sharon, on the other hand, couldn't see past Dennis. She had to have him, no matter how squicky it was. Even when she's with Dennis, she has a sneaky look about her, like she knows it's not right.
  12. That's the vibe I got. I also don't understand Father Hotness's obsession with Trixie. I think she's cute (even though I hate the haircut) but she seems to be too vapid for him. More importantly, she's made it pretty clear that she's not the religious type, doesn't believe in the Bible, so I'm wondering what kind of relationship does he think they'll have, long term? But I guess it worked out in real like because they got married.

Yeah, I'm not going to judge Johnny Manziel just based on his family's background. I'll see how he plays in the pros, and how he conducts himself in the future. I'm just glad they didn't have cell phone cameras, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram around when I was 22.
  14. Yup. That sounds like Ragnar, at least to me.
  15. Well, I hope that Zoey is FINALLY gone for good! They dragged out that storyline much too long.
  16. "How do you fuck that up?" Richie Cusack says to one of his men for failing to kill Richie's brother, Tom Stall, in A History of Violence. That's one of my favorite movies, and it's just the way William Hurt as Richie Cusack says that line, and the expression on his face. Actually, he says that line twice.
  17. I remember that episode about the guy wanting so much space and privacy. I felt so sorry for the wife being stuck at home with a new baby. Now, he might be a really nice guy who just doesn't like to be around people, but he just seemed strange to me. I was actually worried for her and the baby because of him, and because of the isolation. I hope they're doing OK.
  18. On my station, I get two half hour shows, back to back, on Saturday mornings.

My only annoyance with the draft is that it is really sloooowwwww. I don't mean the time it takes for the teams to make their decisions because I know they're on the clock. What I'm talking about is the time it takes for the athletes to get to the damn stage. Yes, I know they have to hug their mommas and their relatives and their agents, etc., but they take much too long for the walk to the stage. There was one big Baby Huey who was bawling so much and just sort of standing there, I started yelling at the TV. I understand that this is a very emotional time for them. I understand that this might be the only time some of them will ever be in the spotlight. However, they really need to tell these players to speed it up. I got bored and was only waiting until they drafted Manziel. Then I was out.
  20. *raises hand* I missed Harry, too. I also agree about picking Victor over Henri. It's not that I don't like Henri, it's just that he's got too much "baggage," too many issues, and he's bound to break a girl's heart unless he gets himself sorted out.
  21. I watched again last night. I'm still bummed that I have to wait until next year. *sniff*
  22. I don't think it's been brought up, given the hell she's gone through, but Michelle Knight does appear to have some issues. Plus, I don't know if she'd be referred to as a little person, but she's very short. I wish her well and I hope she and the other two women can get on with their lives and find some kind of peace and happiness.
  23. I don't mind Pharrell as judge, he'll probably be good at it. However, I'm amazed at how I've done a complete 180 on him from just a year ago. I used to think he was hot, and people commented on how young he looked for his age. Now, he just looks and acts like a weird old man to me. The stupid hats and shorts don't help. I hate that song "Happy" because he sounds creepy on it and the song is just stupid. However, as much as CeeLo is regarded as creepy, I think he would have sung the song much better and I might even have liked it.
