That was British actress Rosemary Harris.

They aren't going to allow anything they can control to tarnish their Brand. They're certainly not self-destructive.

Letting her know he was responsible made the threat real. Why didn't she opt for killing Terrance? He was the head of a security company, surely well-protected and never alone; she probably wouldn't have wanted to put any innocent bystanders in danger either. -

Because the Boots on the Ground guy threatened to kill more of her family if she didn't. Since he'd already had a 12 year old child murdered in an "accident", she believed him. -
Based on Jean Hanff Korelitz's 'You Should Have Known'

I read this book just before the series premiered because I like to be prepared, but I needn't have bothered. The show has so little to do with the book, not only in small details but also in the larger plot points, it's amazing that the author got paid. -
HGTV's programming leads me to believe they think their audience isn't very bright.
-
Well it wouldn't take much to convince me that 90% of the homeowners on HGTV are morons, but that's just me. What was the house missing? And how many of the "we're going to list it" people actually move to the house David found them?
-
This is one of the reasons why I stopped watching HGTV except for Love It or List It (I like Hilary & David) : it's impossible to take any of these clowns seriously. They've got actors playing designers, renovators getting sued for shoddy and illegal work, house after house looking exactly the same, very little originality or professionalism; and smother it all with a blanket of fake, fake, fake.

I found Season 1 of Legion just amazing, but Season 2 couldn't keep my attention as much. Maybe it should have been shorter (or even a 2 hour movie) so the actual story-telling would have been more succinct. I bought the dvd of Season 3 but haven't watched it yet because......life.

Looks like our Fly had a side gig at the VP debate!

Yeah, we need a spell to keep Benioff & Weiss away from this show.

Maybe Vought has a prototype transporter and during a test with some Supe, a fly accidentally got trapped inside? Could someone on the Vought research team be a fan of old horror movies?
-
I watched about 3/4 of it and just couldn't take any more. I found it boring and pretentious(but mostly boring).

So if she moves everything to Las Vegas are they changing the show's name to Sin City Rehab?

Pregnancy affects every woman differently. I had no food aversions with my son, but with my daughter I couldn't eat chocolate (a food I dearly love) and craved ham sandwiches. And it turned out that when she was a little girl, my daughter hated chocolate and loved ham sandwiches! She expressed her preferences even in the womb!

Ed Green was so smooth he even made watching him partnered with the beauty queen detective ( or as I call her, Officer Chesty)somewhat tolerable.

That was Merrit Wever, she's always good. -
Maybe she did already, and this is his Hell. Or Purgatory.

I refer any "Angel" fans to the firm of Wolfram & Hart, for all your diabolical legal needs.

Everything I could find says that it was invented in the late 90's by a Rabbi in Los Angeles. So.......willing suspension of disbelief.
