So I guess Brooks does have cancer, then. At least a large mass in his lower chest. I didn't hear the doctor say the word cancer but he said the papers weren't lying. Is Brooks wearing dark rouge in his talking heads? Something is going on with his cheeks.

Daily Mail sucks and so does their website. Especially mobile. I love when they post headlines like so and so's weight loss secrets & the article contains 2 sentences on the subject. So and so is eating clean and working out with X trainer. I never believe a word I read from Daily Mail. Re:Briana's weight. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at age 8. I have my thyroid and take 2 generic meds to treat the problem and still have to eat nothing and workout twice a day to stay at a healthy weight. I won't ever say a word about Briana's weight. Unless you are in that situation, you have no clue. She looked good when she appeared on WWHL with Vicki. Not stick thin, but better.

Shannon wasn't wearing the dark eye makeup (black shadow in the crease & outer eyelid) as usual. She barely had any makeup on in that scene. I don't think Shannon was wrong or rude to have that conversation with Vicki at all. She obviously cares about Vicki and what she was saying made sense to me. I couldn't get over Vickie's remarks that they should be discussing Vicki's feelings or Vicki in general instead of Brooks. Me, me, me. Typical. It was a boring episode. Can't wait to see Brooks' PET scans next week. I think the whole cancer thing is hinky. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I agree. It was way overboard. Especially the game Kate played about who she'd rather be on a boat with. I feel like Andy wasn't into it at all. Almost like he was scraping the barrel for topics to discuss. Kate and Amy's responses were boring. Kate seemed less than thrilled to be there. Loved her outfit choice. It must be nice to have a body that looks good in anything! No surprise that Andy's first question was about Kelly. I know I probably spelled it wrong.

Well, Rockey's one and done. I'm calling it now. I thought Kate said the guest did not put Don Julio on his preference sheet. Did I hear wrong? I was multitasking during the show. Captain Lee continues to bring the funny with his smart remarks. New guy isn't cute. He looked better in his talking heads but not by much. So far, this season isn't interesting to me.

Just watched this episode tonight and man do I feel second hand embarassment for Meghan. She really does need to stop. It's bizarre. Did anyone notice Eddie's huge bear hug with Jimmie? It was more Eddie than Jim but it was odd. Are they close? I thought Shannon's TH were funny. One in particular but I can't remember the context. LOL to Jim telling Meghan she's waving to nobody. I don't think it's a good sign for the marriage if Jim is deliberately embarrassing his wife. Not that she hasn't done the same to him. His face was beet red during the conversation with Brooks. Who was Jim telling the text joke about "do I have kids"? Was it Terry or someone else? I think Tamra and Sarah's resemblance is pretty much the hair. They have different face shapes. From what I read here, I was expecting more similarly.

I don't follow any of these HO's on Twitter. Probably because I never look at my Twitter feed anymore. If I do get back on, I'll follow her. Gee, what I wouldn't give for a "perfect" life right now. At the least, I'd love to witness it. Anyway, Heather was ok, even a bit fun on vacation this year. I hated the way she treated Shannon last year and I'm not particularily a fan of Shannon. I'm kind of neutral. I appreciate Heather being the "voice of reason" this year. It does make me wonder if she could hack it on RHBH. She might be out of her league.

Hoosiers. I didn't see it mentioned and I'm baffled. Best sports movie ever! Just watched it again on TV last week. So moving and inspiring. Even if it's a bit slow, it's a wonderful movie. Oh and I love, love, love The Cutting Edge which I saw upthread. Toe pick! Didn't enjoy the sequels at all. I'll stick to the original.

I want to 2nd something a poster mentioned above. Don't compare your progress or your shape to anyone else. Even if their the same height/build. Especially if the person is famous or in a fitness magazine. I started the HCG diet. Not injections, just the sublingual drops. I'm doing a 42 day round. And it will probably take 3 cycles to get the weight off since my metabolism is shot to hell. It's not easy and it's a pain in the ass. For example, I was on phase 2 (500 calories or less) for 2+ weeks and spilled my drops. Now that I have to wait 10 days for shipping, I have to start over. There's no way to avoid gaining weight back over these 10 days. I've been advised to eat normal. If I stick to the 500 calorie diet, I risk starvation mode. Not that I believe in starvation mode due to past experience. But my metabolism is whacked. I haven't been able to lose any other way. If I could afford injections (real HCG), I'd go that route. But clinics and doctors fees are ridiculously expensive. So far, the drops and protocal helped me drop 17 pounds in 15 days. But I have a lot to lose (50 lbs) and the loss per day will slow down substantially.

I don't watch anymore but I wouldn't miss out on the snark here for anything! Thanks everyone!

As I've been saying all season, the psychic's responses were setup by Tamra. I see no reason to discuss the validity of the "psychic". He could be a member at CUT fitness for all we know. Tamra gets away with shit again. I can't believe the blindness to this from a group that ranted and raved about this same thing just last season. Not trying to anger or point fingers at anyone. I'm assuming commenters this season also commented last season Should Meghan be psycho about it? No. Meghan is close to Leanne but the females in her family have suffered from breast cancer as well. Blaming her reasons on Leanne is stupid. Family history of cancer should be her main concern if she really needs an excuse. These women are not friends in real life. Except maybe Tamra and Vicki if they're on speaking terms. Bravo paycheck is their common ground. I haven't watched the episode yet but if Meghan is shopping in consignment shops at Jimmy's bidding, she should tell him to shove it. She has Bravo money, right? That guy is throwing all sorts of shade. Wonder if he made ex-wife shop at consignment shops too? Reason enough to divorce for me. He's got money.

I don't know how they'll deal with BJ looking completely different but I do feel for RZ. I'm sure her procedures were done to correct her squinty eyes. I have smaller eyes that go with my face but if I had the money, I'd definitely look into plastic surgery. I can empathize. If she had the work done for other reasons, I'm not sure what she was thinking.

I started watching House on Netflix and quit when Cameron left as well. I can't say that I have a favorite character, but the circumstances of her leaving was almost unbelievable to me. I think it was out of character for Chase to "kill" the tyrant. It felt like a setup for Cameron to leave the show. Cameron and Chase had only been married, what... a year? I liked them as a couple and felt horrible for Chase. Not that what he did was right but House risks lives all the time and they weren't mass murderers. Cameron suddenly grew a conscious? I also liked the original team and I admit I skipped most of the episodes concentrating on the new hires.

I'm not sure because it's been a while. The "babbling stable man" Charlie is allegedly one of the best horse handlers around. Thomas is gypsy (Romany) and IIRC, they believed the horse was cursed. The black gypsies (the Lee's) put a bad seed in one of the horses hoofs so it wouldn't win the race. Supposedly, it would spread to the other hoofs and eventually to the heart. I know there's a lot of superstition involved. It was awful but showed Tommy's softer side since he apologized and felt bad for what he thought he had to do.

I just finished watching the episode On Demand. Briana said she wanted the Yukon. Maybe the Mercedes SUV was their old car? The dealer might not have left the car Briana chose that day. Idk.
