I doubt it. I think if the unfair wolves show up CDB is going to be in the thick of it and Captain Crazy Pants Rick will be front and center. At least based on past experience. I mean FPP is a whack-a-do and coward and a despicable human being, but there is something to the theory that where CDB goes, trouble follows. That said I hope FPP gets eaten.

You guys are giving Nicholas a lot more credit than I do. I don't think he's smart enough to be working with anyone on the outside. Plus I can't figure what his reasoning would be. Although we don't know his story, I suppose he could be related to some of the exiles. I think he likely stumbled onto the gun or else he saw someone else (Eden?) retrieve it and then snagged it from wherever she put it because he was at the gate when they arrived so how did he see where Rick put it?
  3. I would find it pathetic if I were looking at Shep the way I imagine most women do. As potential husband material. But since I am so much older I can just find him adorable. At the same time I am grateful he is someone else's kid, although maybe when one is that rich one doesn't care if their son has no real ambition. It doesn't seem to bother Patricia with Whitney and Shep is just so much cuter and more charming. I also like that, while he has a sense of humor, I don't see any cruelty in him. He seems pretty much a live and let live kind of guy.
  4. And really, this chick lives with a hairdresser? Does she ever do her roots or was she going to half brunette half blonde? With the blonde half being among the tackiest extensions I have ever seen in my life. Trash. Excellent. I can't wait to see Bethenny go after that idiot Kristen

Of course none of us know Enid's story yet, but I guess I, like many others it seems, think it's highly likely her parents were among the exiles. However my take on it was not that they didn't "get to take" the children , although that is certainly a viable and even likely possibility. I was thinking more in terms of "you must go, but we will allow your children to stay". I even thought about what I would do as a mother faced with leaving my child in a safe place (it at least seems everyone there thinks it's safe) where they had a chance to live or taking them with me. Sophie's choice post ZA. I could totally see Deanna making that decision. You go, but the child can stay. Hopefully we'll find out Sunday which is true or if Enid is even the child of the exiles.
  6. I actually tried watching this skank last night on WWHL. I just can't with her any more. I am done. Watching the lying liar who lies try to convince Andy that she and Jeff Lewis were joking and it was all a set up. Yeah, right. The woman is trash. And that makes me feel like I am slandering trash. As much as I have enjoyed Eileen and Lisa R as additions to this show if they bring this lying, low class, stupd tramp back, I'm done. That's New Jersey, out, Atlanta, out, and I am probably down to last episode of BH. Too bad I have been with the HoWives since the very first episode of the very first franchise OC.

THAT would actually be an interesting twist. Unfortunately my faith in the writing doesn't extend that far. I think the whole storyline is predictable to anyone who has ever watched a Lifetime movie or two. Pete is a drunk and he beats his wife and probably secondarily his kids. Rick is riding in on his white horse (well, imaginary white horse, anyway, horses don't fare well in the ZA it seems) to save her. Something will happen that will REQUIRE that he kill Pete. Then they will live happily ever after for about 10 minutes. After which we will return to our regularly scheduled programming and Jessie will get killed or worse, kidnapped (so it will NEVER end) by the Unfair wolves, or eaten by Walkers (my personal choice). Then Rick will go crazy. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Lord I detest that type of woman. I guess I just assumed come the Apocalypse they would all be gone, but I guess if you can live in your little world in Stepford.......uh I mean Alexandria.

I never, for one second, thought Carol would actually DO what she threatened Sam with. She was scaring him, nothing else. Yeah, she went a lot farther than I would have, and I don't especially like kids I am not related to, but then I don' t live in that world either. Lizzie murdered her sister, was planning to murder Judith and thought Walkers made ideal playmates. In the world we live in, locking her up would certainly be the choice made (well minus the walker playmates, but you get my drift) . But again, Carol doesn't live in this world and that is not a viable option in the ZA. She would not really harm a child for following her to get her to give him cookies. I think it's pretty clear even Sam didn't take the threat seriously. Because had that been me, I wouldn't walk on the same side of the street as Carol, and he's still bugging her for cookies. And a gun. She did what had to be done. Even softie Tyrese knew that.

So what's the deal with Enid and Carl hiding in the tree trunk from a herd of walkers? One entrance. One EXIT. Carl has to know better. Nothing like acting like an idiot over a female Just like dear old dad.

With all due respect, Eddie would so NOT be volunteering for runs. Great comparison though.

Considering the "setting" I think it's more likely he'll get a few romps and then she'll get eaten. I can't wait to see what kind of crazy that would bring.
  13. I really, really hope not. Personally I'd much rather see Rick get eaten, but I'm sure I'm in the minority. Although I am certain I have Pete's vote.
  14. I agree, and I don't really see them as bad, I was just trying to think of someone that is clearly portrayed as "good". I think the jury is still out on Deanna, some people already hate her, others are withholding judgment. So unless the big surprise is that someone we hate turns out to be a "good guy" I can't think of what is going to be so surprising. Maybe FPP will turn into a hero? Nah, never mind. Even this show couldn't stretch credulity that much.

Yes, you have summed up perfectly what was so offensive to me about last nights conversation between Rick and Jessie. "Would you do this for anyone?" annoyed the crap out of me. Chick wasn't asking about his having washed her car or brought her breakfast in bed. They are discussing "saving" her from domestic abuse. What kind of self absorbed, narcissistic woman asks such a ridiculous question? Because what, if he says he would do it for anyone you don't want his help? You would only want his help if its for your own special self? I just pinpointed when I went from "meh" to clear dislike of Jessie. That was the moment. I realize the appeal of this show certainly can't be it's deep meaningful writing, but there is a line that even all action shows cross where the absurdity just takes hold. The entire conversation about a very serious topic was reduced to lines that should have surrounded a prom date, not a life or death ordeal for many women.

I must be an evil person then because I don't yet see Deanna as evil. Yet. That may still change but, so far, I think her reactions are fairly believable. Certainly more so than Ricks. She has just lost her son, suddenly and violently. I get that in a ZA there is a far greater chance of that happening (I still can't figure out why she would let him even go on runs, I wouldn't), but still. So she is stunned, grieving and angry. Angry at the world. Not that uncommon. Then this happens right when she has admitted a new group of survivors. She has Nick the Douche telling her one thing, and Glen another. We know Douche is lying, but how does she know that? I felt she showed some distinct skepticism about his story, but I can also imagine that she doesn't know exactly what to think. Then, while she is still reeling from that Rick tells her they need to kill Pete? I actually liked when she said "we don't kill people". Seriously. We don't kill abusers in the real world. I get that they may need to be more diligent in the ZA, but just kill him? As many people have already pointed out there are other options to explore. So, at this point, I can totally see Deanna giving Rick the side eye. He acted like a raving lunatic .Pete at least had the "excuse" of being drunk. Rick was stone cold sober and just as nuts as Pete. Surely there might be some solution between looking the other way while Pete hits his family and killing him? Like, oh I don't know, separating them first? Keeping the alcohol locked up, preferably more securely than the chocolate and guns? Threatening him with Exile if he touches them? For me the jury is still out on Deanna. I actually think the portrayal of her has been handled a whole lot better than that of Jessie. As far as I'm concerned Jessie could become Zombie chow next week and it wouldn't bother me any more than losing Aiden did.

Maybe they keep the helium with the booze in a box labeled "Stuff we absolutely do not need during a Zombie Apocalypse". Seriously, how much booze was available in this tiny housing tract in VA when the apocalypse hit? Was someone actually stupid enough to risk lives on a run to bring back booze? I actually find the helium more believable because I could see some soccer mom having it in the house before everything hit the fan and then no one bothering to use it, so it's still there. But where the heck is Pete getting all that alcohol? At the rate he drinks, any previous stashes should be gone and I cannot wrap my head around anyone bringing it back to him. I mean isn't that like the perfect rehab? You want booze ? Hey, it's free. Just brave the hoards of Walking Dead to grab some bottles, and it's all yours. Maybe it's just me, but that has to be the very best alcoholism cure EVER.

Not by me. I think anyone following Rick at this point is being stupid. Watching Michone clock him was the highlight of the show for me. But, I agree with your overall point. Rick lovers want to blame everyone else, when Rick is the current whack a do. Well, Sasha isn't doing so well either but at least, up to this point, she is only harming Walkers. I have a feeling that storyline isn't going to end well either though.

Yes, this. I thought this episode was all kinds of strange. Starting with Carl an Enid's little "run through the woods" in slow motion. Really? On a show about the zombie apocalypse? I don't know but I just thought are the writers confused about what show they are writing for? I also thought the whole Jessie/Rick dialogue was beyond weird. No, Rick, leave us alone, I can fix it, I've fixed it before, just get out. Pretty believable for a battered woman, right? Then 3 minutes later, Well, alrighty then, go ahead and kill him. Seriously? I mean yeah, she could get from A to B but that quickly? Not buying it, not for a second. Then we have Rick, so far gone that he can't see the logic of what Deanna is saying about how you just don't go and KILL your only surgeon in the middle of the ZA? Frankly I don't see exile as a really good choice either. How about you just separate them, make sure he has no access to booze with the threat of being exiled if he bothers her? I just don't buy that Rick has become that person and what really grates was his comment that he wouldn't do it for anyone else. WTF? So, it's not just that you can't stand by and watch a woman abused, it's because you really are thinking only with your little head? Seriously? I get that the whole premise of the show is based on the absurd. I resisted this show for years because of the absurdity, and the violence. I still hate the violence. I am not in this for the heads exploding, and certainly not to see people eaten. I don't watch those scenes, so it's not like I am clamoring for more violence, more action. I like the suspense and the human interaction. I assume we were supposed to be seeing human interaction last night, but it felt way to fake to me to be entertaining. I am just gonna say it. I really don't like Rick. I never really felt the Rick love before, but now I just plain don't like him. Maybe because I didn't like him all that much to begin with I didn't care if he was chasing a married woman. I generally don't care who cheats and who doesn't, including politicians. Not my business, I'm not judging. But if he's willing to kill a man in order to cheat? Yeah, well now I'm judging. So egotistical that you are going to tell a woman who just lost her son, (douchebag or not, it's her son), that everything she is so proud of is wrong and stupid? And you are going to do it publicly after beating up the only surgeon in town, making yourself look like a raving lunatic? Good move. Screw you Rick. I vote for making Glen the new sheriff in town.
  20. This. The "date" which we all know was just a quick and easy piece for the kid, was the only time I have almost felt sorry for Brandi this entire season. The fact that she thinks she is one upping the other women when, in fact, she simply presented herself as an easy, drunken piece of trash with nothing but sex to offer. Oh, wait, that's exactly what she is? Right. However, I did think of her poor boys. I cannot imagine how embarrassing and upsetting it must be for them to see things like that and have their friends see them as well. The woman does not realize just how pathetic she looked, while the rest of the women, even crazy addict Kim, appeared to be having their first pleasant evening of the trip. This show is only entertaining to me now in scenes that do not include Brandi at all and do not focus in any way on Kim. Those two pathetic losers really are so out of place here. BRAVO needs to do something or this will become just as unwatchable as Atlanta and New Jersey. Me too. I was also so hoping boy toy was going to stand her up completely. Would have made my night.
  21. I am not loving this. Not hating it either so I will keep trying. Just hoping it picks up.
  22. Just skipped ahead on my Direct TV on screen guide to the weekend of the 29th. and they are doing a season marathon prior to the season finale. Walking Dead All day long. I don't see why they can't still show the Mad Men re-watch early that morning, but they aren't. Just TWD. I still so wish they could do a cross over and feed Megan to the Walkers. Sorry, off topic.
