Amen and I think you are right. Kyle is their aunt and by all reports has been a loving one. Besides, there is that old "family" thing. I have had differences with family members over the years. I might get pretty mad and I might bitch within the family about them. But someone outside the family wants to trash my family member? Oh, Hell No. I think anyone that is not drunk or stoned, can pretty much see that a person like Brandi (and calling her a person indicates I'm feeling charitable today) is not a good influence on the train wreck that is Kim Richards.

Except again, this is Kim's dog. So unless Kim gives permission for Kathy or the kids to call, I think that would be a risk that no rescue or private trainer would take. She could accuse them of stealing her dog. That might sound nuts except, oh yeah, we are talking about a nut. A drunken, stoned most of the time, nut. Sadly, I fear that animal control is the only likely entity that would take Kingsley. On the plus side, I don't think even they can just destroy him without a hearing, but his chances don't look good if it is, in fact, animal control.

But that would require Kim's permission as owner of the dog and she is too selfish and stupid to something that would benefit the dog. I am also afraid that a rescue would be too wary too deal with Kim. She's mean, stupid and an addict. She'll be crying about some rescue group stealing her dog just like she keeps doing about Kyle stealing her damn house. The woman is a selfish idiot. As is often the case with these types of people, their pets pay the price for it.

Except Betty Ford is a real rehab and you are not allowed to have someone else do your chores. That's utter nonsense as is the idea that you are allowed to bring an assistant into the facility to help you. You are not even allowed to contact family right away. That is earned, like anything else. However, it's a safe bet Kim isn't going to Betty Ford for exactly this reason. She isn't looking for a real rehab. She is looking for a PR opportunity.

Yes, let me age myself here, but I recall years ago when Elizabeth Taylor went there. She later discussed the fact that she had cleaned toilets, among other chores. Oddly enough, because there is obviously no comparison in star power, but I can see Liz handling that way better than the spoiled, self absorbed bitch that is Kim. Hearing about Kingsley being led away by what totally sounds like animal control makes me hate the bitch even more, which I previously wouldn't have thought possible. I have no doubt all this publicity is ensuring this twit's return to RHOBH. Another reason to hate the bitch. I gave up New Jersey three seasons ago and Atlanta after the second show this year. Don't miss either in the slightest, but there is not one single woman on either franchise that I like. Beverly Hills is quite different. I like LIsa R, Lisa V. and Eileen. I can tolerate Yolanda and love her house porn. But there is no way in hell I will set through the Kim Richards Chronicles for another season. A and E does it better with Intervention, IF I was interested in watching a bunch of addicts ruin their lives and bring their families along for the ride. I am not. Another reason to hate Kim.

You're right, I didn't make myself clear. I don't think Kim would be directed to Rehab assuming this is her first offense and because she was not behind the wheel of a car. She might get a slap oh the wrist for kicking the cop, but I wouldn't bet on even that. My only point was that I don't think there will be any real legal issues as a result of this. It won't be any more costly than a speeding ticket, IMO. The bigger point to me is that the whole Dr. Phil interview and here supposedly checking into Rehab is a farce. She doesn't want help. She doesn't accept responsibility for her own actions. She may go through the motions, but it won't help. I am just sorry the cops allowed her into the bathroom. Although I suspect most, if not all of, Kim's drugs are prescription, so there still wouldn't have been legal issues, it would possibly have at least put that out there to the public. As it stands, she can still pretend her only issue is alcohol. If anyone actually buys that I have bridge to sell you. I don't care where they began. I don't care how dysfunctional her family was. I don't know a lot of people that grew up like Wally and the Beav. There comes a point in your life where you have to pull up your big girl pants and realize that you, and only you, are responsible for the choices you make. I think everything on the show is pointing to it being the wife. Since I totally hate her, I'm good with that, and yeah, I can almost see her beating an innocent child. However, because everything is pointing there, I don't think it will be her. I also see the logic in the arguments about it being the younger daughter, but I really don' think ABC will go there. It's awfully dark for network TV. It's dark for Cable. So, I really lean to the theory that Melissa Gilbert is here for a reason. I don't think there is a single thing pointing to her, but I have a feeling it will be her.

Is there a 15 year Statute of Limitations on doing horrible things? I mean Charlie Manson hasn't masterminded any murders in the last 15 years, right? Perhaps the comparison is slightly unfair, but what Faye Resnick did over 15 years ago is enough for me to forever consider her morally corrupt and beyond redemption. In fact, in spite of all of his proclamations about how much he cares about children, the P.O.S. was only too happy to pay the Anthony's for a interview in spite of Cindy lying, under oath, to protect her baby killer daughter. I watch the local CBS news in the morning when getting ready, which is the same station that carried Dr. Phony in the afternoon. I caught a preview of Kim's "interview" this morning (sorry if this has already been stated I haven't had time to catch up on the thread), and it showed her saying "is this an intervention?". There was a young man in the room that I assumed, and it is strictly my assumption, must have been Chad. She only has one son, this guy was young, and I cannot imagine who else it could have been. At any rate, right after asking that, she got up and was walking out of the room. Now, it could have been editing, but this would not be the BRAVO editing monkey's, and knowing Kim, queen of denial, as we do, It would seem she is no more accepting of an intervention with at least one of her kids in the room (there may have been others, I was only listening and by the time I walked into the room only the young man was visible, but there were others in the periphery of the scene), than she was when LIsa R suggested it. I detest Dr. Phil (as you may have gathered) but I do have my DVR set. I am not sure who actually believes that an intervention organized by a phony doctor and first class famewhore is going to help the addict, but I am bringing the popcorn.

I cant with this show any more. The skank and the addict have ruined this franchise If i wanted to watch and read about addiction this isn't a site I would come to. I come here to snark. This is very true. My ex husband is an alcoholic. It's the main reason he is my ex husband. However, he was never mean. Hi mother was a mean drunk, but he was never mean, drunk or sober. He is a really, really nice man that I still love, although not in any romantic way. Since he is currently, and for many years now, battling cancer, he has stopped drinking. Chemo and alcohol are not a good mx. But I do think the point you are making here is very important for the people that wish to chastise nasty people, like me, that find this development oddly satisfying. It's not that we sit around waiting for addicts to relapse so we can celebrate. It is that this particular addict has proven to be a completely vile human being. Dealing with an addict is trying. I can verify that. Even when they are good people. This bitch is not good people. She is a narcissistic, stupid, mean bitch. There is no comparison to what Yolanda is going through. Count me as one that has often been annoyed by Yo. But I agree with the poster that stated earlier, she may be annoying but she is clearly not evil. Kim is. Well ill fess up. I AM happy. First this isn't a relapse because that would require to have been sober. What this is as you stated a liar getting caught. Not that I expect her to admit it even now. Its all Kyles fault. Or Lisa or Eileen. Or maybe she was in 100 percent pain and Monty gave her another pill. Whatever. After watching her sneer that her niece, who was hospitalized for 5 freak in days "had a cut on her finger" and knowing that her selfishness will get K ingsly killed...well, what can I say. The only thing better would have been if Brandi had been arrested too.

My dogs, all small and very friendly are never off leash outside of our house or fenced yard. Ever. I had a neighbor that had a small, sweet and friendly dog and she was very lax about the leash, and said her dog was well trained which, overall, she was. The dog posed no threat. One day while I was, thankfully, at work, her little, sweet friendly, dog saw a cat on a fence and ran toward it just as a young man was speeding around the corner in his very large car. So, even if your dog is perfect., it is still a dog. Her little one paid the price for her stupidity, and I don't think I have ever totally forgiven her for it. I know I have 6 cats, my dogs have been around cats every day of their lives since I adopted them, and barely give ours a second glance. But when we are on a walk and see another cat, my boy especially, acts like he's never seen a cat and they are the most fascinating thing in the world. If he wasn't on leash, he would be chasing it in a nanosecond.

Ah, I didn't hear her say that, I haven't seen the whole show, but yes, that totally makes sense. I am not terribly adventurous myself since I have never smoked marijuana. Not for any big noble reason, and I could care less if any adult chooses to do so. But, if it is different when ingested, or if Kyle just heard that, it does make sense. I agree she is not, IMO, the adventurous type. Whatever her reasons it's none of the Skank's business. I have experienced being with friends who are drinking and I have chosen not to. Sometimes I just plain don't feel like it, and it annoys the hell out of me when someone insists or pushes me to do so. I drink socially, but I choose when, where and what.

Brandi has never taken a high road. There was no custody battle. There was a dispute over money that Eddie said he overpaid. The custody battle is just another lie from the lying liar who lies. Because it would be awful if Brandi were to eat a spice cake, in a country where it is perfectly legal, that would certainly cause her to lose custody. While the drunken tampon incident, the sex on the hood of the car with an actor who didn't know her name, the constant drinking, slurred speech and general trashy behavior, much of it on film or written in her own books, all ensures that any court would view her as Mother of the Year. I am not a Kyle fan, but she never said, or implied, that she has never smoked weed. Seriously, who fricken' cares about weed any more? I was on jury duty last week and when they asked potential jurors if they had ever been convicted of a crime one guy said he had, possession of marijuana, 20 years ago. The judge, who was at least 100, actually snickered and said "well that is certainly not important" and he was selected. No one cares about weed. That was just another attempt by Brandi to make it look like Kyle was being a hypocrite. Maybe she just didn't want to get the munchies. Maybe she doesn't like Cake. Maybe she just didn't feel like a piece .

I believe her. "Struggling with" would mean she is at least trying to stay sober. As all of us who own a TV and suffered through this season know, she is not even trying. It's also possible that Kim, the Queen of Denial, thinks that if she isn't drunk on Alcohol she's "sober". I would venture that it is quite possible she hasn't been drinking. Addicts often substitute on vice for another. But if that disgusting loser is sober, I am the next cover girl for the Sports Illustrated Bathing Suit edition.

As a pseudo celebrity, or has been child star, Kim might have a good chance of getting Best Friends to take Kingsley. They are the group that took in several of Michael Vick's dogs, which remember were trained fighting dogs, and I saw a TV show where they showed how those dogs are living happy lives, going for walks with the caregivers, affectionate and wonderful. Because of their history they aren't likely to allow them to be adopted, but they are living good live with experienced care givers. Not that BF only takes dogs from celebs but, like any rescue group, they need funds to continue with the wonderful work they do, so if the Addict had half a brain and an ounce of true compassion she could use her "name" and BRAVO celebrity to do something for the poor animal. I care a lot more what happens to Kingsley than I do to Kim. I did not watch much of the show last night and, although I have it on DVR, I still haven't watched Part II. I had the show on while I was working at home and I did catch the part where Kim said her niece had a cut on the finger. She stated that as if it was nothing. It is indicative of just how addled her brain is. Yeah, Kim, she was hospitalized for the equivalent of a paper cut. The fact that I really have no desire to go back and watch the rest of this episode and even less to watch Part 2, speaks volumes about where I am with this show. If the Skank and the Addict are back next year, this joins the list of HoWives shows. along with NJ and Atlanta, that I just can't with anymore.
