I found this episode hilarious. Or maybe it was the wine. Kaitlyn really has some winners this season. I still don't know all their names. I have bad luck with birds. I always have them flying out of somewhere scaring me. If there is a bird hiding somewhere I am the one that will open the door and get attacked by it. So I do understand her fear of birds. I have also been chased by turkeys.

The daughter smirking and laughing bothered me too. I guess some people do laugh and giggle when they are nervous. But she seemed giddy and excited. I loved her explanation for why she bought the sporty car too. Of course she did it for her mother.

I enjoyed it. I am in. I read Helter Skelter as a kid and it creeped me out. I don't expect Charlie was quite as creepy at first. He had to have some appeal and charisma to attract the followers like a cult leader. I also assume the hunger they were dealing with helped a lot with his control of them. I remember watching a documentary on Charles Manson and they continually played a song he wrote and sang in that documentary. They had the actor playing and singing that same song when Charlie was sitting around with his group on this show. I recognized the song. He really wanted to be famous for his music. It caused a lot of his motivation.

Their body language says it all. Even when they sat on the tiny love seat in their apartment. They both leaned away from each other.

I miss Keith Morrison.

I just watched An Exercise in Fatality. Now I have that crazy Milo Janis jingle stuck in my head. I always giggle when I watch this one at how tight Robert Conrad's pants are. Columbo actually loses his temper in this one. He really hated this killer and called him out at the hospital.

I don't think Mike wins. He has been working too hard to get in good with everyone that is up for votes for the next Survivor. I think he really wants to win that vote and get back on there with some friends in place. If he thought he won this season I don't think he would be working that hard. I have this crazy feeling that Rodney is going to win. I think he might have more friends on the jury than we think.

I am quite interested in this new show. I hope it turns out to be as good as I want it to be.

I can't help it. I still like this show. Jack kind of annoys me. But I think that is just Dylan. I like the creepiness of this show. I always feel like I am watching a horror movie. Waiting for that moment to be surprised and jump.

I can't believe this show is getting another season. It is awful. I liked Stalker more than this.

Could American Idol have been saved (and if so, how?)
LakeGal replied to Kromm's topic in American Idol
Maybe if they had tried one guest judge each week. Have judges that are not close to the contestants and would give honest opinions. I think the judges get too close to the singers and then find it hard to say anything mean to them. -
Glad to hear this show is coming back thanks to Netflix. I miss the show and characters.

I was surprised we did not see the son's girlfriend take the stand. It was stated that the son's girlfriend was at the house during all this happening with the mother and her strange actions and talk of the murder. I would have liked to hear from her. She was not related and might have been more honest.

It all started out with us thinking this woman just woke up one morning and felt so upset about a dream that she called the cops to tell them to look for a body. But... then as the show goes on we realize that is not what happened at all. Her own family was calling the cops on her. She then started to make up this crazy story about a dream. I didn't believe a thing the woman said. She had a very strange way about her.

Again the last singer wins the twitter vote. Blake will always be at this disadvantage and Adam will win it because of where they sit. This will probably be the best thing that could happen for Meghan. She is the lone singer left for Bake. His fans will vote for her. I still think Sawyer will win no matter who else makes the final. I found it amusing that Sawyer even paints in his hat. I am really starting to believe if he takes off the hat that his hair comes with it.

It's listed as on tonight. I miss this show. I don't like CSI:Cyber. -
MAFS Social Media, Spoilers & Speculation
LakeGal replied to Bella's topic in Married At First Sight
I blame the experts. Why did they ever put Sean and Davina together? Oh they both work in the medical industry and they were bullied. Let's stick these two attractive people together. Yes, they had an initial physical attraction. They were making out on the dance floor at their wedding. But it was lust at first sight. Once they went on the honeymoon and had to talk they didn't have anything in common. It seemed like they both wanted to change the other to suit them. I see two selfish people that want the other to change for them. It is not going to work. -
I wish they were booting cooks quicker. Not bringing them back. Especially Cody. Poor Jon. He leaves and Cody stays.

I keep wishing Blake had kept Cody instead of Corey.

The opening number was interesting. Hannah in her white skirt dancing like she didn't care, Adam has already checked out. He knows his team is weak and he will be a spectator soon. Xtina is trying hard this season to be kind to all the singers not on her team. It is the new Christina. I expect Sawyer to win. I like the kid but I do wish he would try something different. Maybe if he moved once in awhile.

In the first case I hope the live-in girlfriend is not still with the doctor. He seemed to be a serial cheater. The breast cancer doctor was probably a great doctor to her patients. But they did not know anything about her personal life. She was obsessive with her relationship to the doctor. In the second case it really reminded me of that case in California where the woman's family killed her ex (while delivering a plant) so she could have the child. Where do these crazy families come from? A normal family tells their daughter to find a way to live with sharing the child with the ex. They don't agree to help murder him so they can all have the child to themselves. Kathleen really just wanted a baby. She was a kindergarten teacher and loved children. She didn't want a husband. She wanted the child. She really should have went to a sperm bank and saved everyone a lot of heartache.

It sure seemed that the small Evans police dept just thought it was easier to label it a suicide. They closed the case before they even got the results back. I believe they were more lazy than anything. Hopefully the hubby is found guilty. I would worry about those kids being around him and his temper. He was scary at the police station when he was being questioned by a woman. He had a problem with women. He hated his wife and her mother.

It amazes me how often a spouse gets away with killing one spouse. Then continues to do it again in a similar matter. Obviously the second spouse should be careful to get details of what killed the first spouse before getting married. He said his first wife was killed in a car crash. Even if he didn't want to talk about it. I would want the details. For instance who was driving, where did it happen and other details. Toni must have been naïve to not realize her husband was not working. Her family said he controlled all the finances. I find it odd that she would let him come to her work place to sit in on meetings that had nothing to do with him. Even if she wanted him there I can't believe the others allowed it. I do think he tried to kill Toni the first time when the log hit her in the house. Did she have any inkling that it was not a real accident? Why do women go hiking alone in the mountains with husbands that can't be trusted? Just a sad outcome. He was going to do it again to the S-I-L if he had not been stopped.

The first twist was too soon. But Risha would have been voted out even if the HGs had done the voting. So I will look past that. I just wish they wouldn't take away the live feeds for days every year over the Easter weekend. At least one of the first 5 out will be returning. That makes more sense than season one when they let someone from the jury house return so late in the game.
