I want to like this show more than I do like it. I think it could have been a great soapy over the top fun show. Don Johnson is trying. But the rest of the cast is lacking. The ex wife showing up could be fun. But I feel it is too little too late.

It is interesting that Robyn now allows the cameras in the bedroom. That was such a big No No before. But this season we continually see Kody at Robyn's house having meals with the family. He is showing her affection in front of the others. It really does seem more like he is married to Robyn and the others are just sisters not wives anymore. I thought it was appropriate that we saw the creepy portrait on Halloween weekend.

I giggled when Robyn was telling us about going on the internet to find a man. I thought that was Meri's thing. But it was just to find a man to do the creepy portrait.

I do wonder if her parents are part of the reason she cried rape. I remember back when I was a teenager. A girl that was 15 had sex with a guy that was 21. They were both drunk and it happened in the bushes at a bonfire party. I was at the party. She was fine with it at the time. She had a crush on the guy and was happy about it. She was not a virgin and had been quite sexually active before this. But her parents still thought she was a sweet little girl. Months later her parents found out and had the guy charged with rape. He didn't even try to fight it because he knew the age difference killed him. He admitted he was so drunk he didn't even remember the encounter. But he said it probably happened. I knew both people involved plus their families. He went to jail for a short time and was put on probation after he was out. It caused a huge rift with people taking sides. She changed her story because of her parents. I knew she was lying. But she was scared of what her parents thought.

Didn't they say the girl's older sister had once dated this boy? I believe they said she told her sister not to accept the date because he was a player. So at least one family member did try to help her. But he got another girl to convince her to go out with him.

I am dropping this show. I tried. But it just isn't doing it for me.

Maybe if Meri didn't wear her jeans so tight her stomach wouldn't hurt.

Her sister said he couldn't handle not having control over her anymore. He would get angry and tell her she dressed like a whore in front of their daughter. Maybe he was just a control freak.

Don Johnson is the reason I am watching. If they killed off Hap I would probably drop the show.

We watched it. My hubby said that Cosby was lucky one of those women didn't die when he was drugging them. Which makes me wonder if anyone did die? They would have covered that up too. Just an overdose of some young girl left somewhere. Scary to think of that.

Hart to Hart made it work. They were a sexy couple in love that solved crimes. I don't want to watch the show the way it is now. They might as well kill off Kate and have a time jump. Give us single Castle being a PI.

Meri looked happy in the Disneyland photos. She was even sleeveless in the first one. That is kind of racy for Meri.

I recently got the season 17 DVD. I just watched The Dagger Club. Barnaby and his wife have just had their baby. I do like Nelson more and more as I see him. I enjoyed this episode. It had the right amount of Midsomer characters to keep me amused. But all I have to do is hear the music and I start to smile. So I am easy to please with this show.

Oh I love this thread. I understand the feeling about having your house clean in case the cops show up. Years ago I had moved into an apartment after I split up with my ex. One night the cops showed up at my door with a search warrant. They asked for a man that I had never heard of. They stated this was his address and they were looking for stolen items. I told them I had only lived in the apartment for a couple months. I had no idea why this man was stating my address as his. But they had the search warrant I had to let them in. They searched my entire apartment. I was so embarressed. I knew I had dirty underwear in the laundry room. Of course they found nothing that was stolen. The cops were actually nice to me afterwards because they realized I did not have any connection to this crook they were looking for. But I was very embarressed about these guys looking thru my stuff.

I think it would be interesting if Asher is the one that kills the DA. The rest of the Keating 5 are all involved in murders. He might as well have one too. Maybe he does know more than the others think. I wonder if Oliver could be the one to shoot Annalise. I am looking for the least obvious person. Connor seemed upset about the shooting.

I am glad I discovered this little show. It made me laugh. I hope they do a second season.

I've been to North Dakota several times. I have never seen those kind of mountains. Then I read it was filmed in Park City, Utah. But it did look pretty. I kind of enjoyed it for what it was. A nighttime soap full of over the top goodness. I will watch just for Don Johnson.

My step daughter is a female guard at a male prison. She laughs at the way the male inmates try to flirt with her. She has had training on what to expect. She has no sympathy for them. So it doesn't get to her. This woman did not seem to listen to her training.

I actually enjoyed it. I will tune in again next week.

I always like to see Callum Keith Rennie appear on a show. He was a nice surprise. I don't know what Netflix has done. But I am really enjoying the show more now than I did when A&E did the show. The writing and everything just seems improved to me. Ferg does seem upset by Zach. I expect if the new deputy gets his name replaced on the board where Branch had his that Ferg will explode. It will mean having Zach's name above Ferg's. Barry Sloane is probably suppose to be the new stud to replace Bailey Chase. I have to quit thinking of Barry as Aiden on Revenge.

I really wonder if everyone in Paradise is just getting convinced Samantha is the most beautiful woman in the world. They hear it said enough it must be true. I don't see it. She has a pointy look to her. She is all sharp corners. There is no softness to her look.

Caution: Murder Can Be Hazardous To Your Health I just watched this one. It is one of the movies from the early 90s. George Hamilton was doing his America's Most Wanted John Walsh impersonation. There were several funny moments in this one. Columbo going to the porn video store and meeting the other guy in the rain coat was interesting. And I loved Columbo getting down on the floor with his dog at the groomers. I still think they screwed up on the video of George in his office. He never turns the lights on but he turns them off. That is what I always notice. But we are suppose to be looking at the length of the hedge. I want to know how he turned the lights on without being seen doing it on the camera.

The Bye-Bye Sky High I.Q. Murder Case This one is from season 6. I watched it today. I like this one. It has some comic moments. We also learn more about Columbo in his little talk to the killer at the end. Jamie Lee Curtis has a small role as a waitress. I love the thunder storm at the end while Columbo is confronting the killer. Then the look on Columbo's face when the killer can't stop himself from bragging how it was done.

Requiem For a Falling Star I watched this one today. It is from the second season with Anne Baxter. I like this one. It has a bit of old Hollywood glamor in it. The episode where the aging star lives in the house on the studio lot. Edith Head appears with a lot of her Oscars lined up on her desk. This is another one of the episodes where a woman is picking out a tie for Columbo. I notice quite often they have women doing this for Columbo. Columbo was great cleaning his fingernails before he goes into her house. It is the little things that he adds to the character.

Undercover didn't really hold my interest either. Definitely one of the weakest ones.
