"Keyhole". It's some kind of effect they deliberately go for with lip fillers. 🙄 I think someone on the forums actually told me about it. It looks cartoony to me.

My senior citizen husband turns around from his computer for that every episode. I should tape it to play if I ever need to bring him back from a stroke.
