Is International Male a place where gay men shop?  I’m not familiar with it.  I saw Stacey’s dress in a photo, too.  Yowza!  I would be afraid.  And not the image I thought she wants to portray,  🤷‍♀️

She is beautiful. I don't understand why she decided to expose so much of her chest. The dress was too small for it.

TJ's top was ugly.

So waaay back in the 80's International Male catalogues were the place that gay men could find club clothes such as TJ wore to WWHL, I don't know if it is still in business now but when I worked at a modeling agency a lot of our gay male models often ordered from that catalogue for skimpy clothes and whatnot for body shots for their portfolios.

I would worry about a man who was so nonchalant about having unprotected sex in his "nonserious" relationships.

Ashley filed for divorce from Michael yesterday in Arlington.  TMZ reported it but I don't do TMZ so I looked it up on the Virginia Court Case information website and an uncontested divorce was filed yesterday in Arlington County.

Ashley was on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live after the last episode aired, and she said she would discuss a major development at the reunion. Reunions film at least a month before they air.

Gizzy has upped her game this season but Ashley has been a drag.

Is Michael still helping with her $13K monthly mortgage?

Ashley's got two boys to support plus all her half brothers and sisters her mother has with homeless men.

I think Robyn and Ashley were/are holding Gizelle back from being great because Gizelle was fighting their battles and struggling to keep them employed on the show.  I think Stacey having the same storyline as Ashley prompted Ashley to actually file so she will have a season 10 storyline.

Ashley needs to have that house put in her name as part of the divorce and given to her free and clear.  Kangaroo Jack can afford that. Otherwise she needs to find a new place to live because he could be vindictive at any time and put her out of the house like he did her momma and like he did her in Season 2.

Ashley has probably already accepted the fact her momma is just going to be a bum until the end of her days.  She's 58 years old and she will never change. She's always been a bum and she's always going to be a bum and that's just what it is.  At the same time, no child wants to see their mom down and out so Ashley will probably be helping her mom out indefinitely.  I think she would've left Michael long ago if it weren't for her mother.

Agree about Ashley wanting to help out her mom.  That is nice of her.

Also, agree that Robyn and Ashley have been holding Gizzy back because I have seen the resurrection of the coming of First Season Messy Gizzy.

The woman who came to the crab broil early just to annoy Charice.

When Gizzy started laughing about Stacey's boyfriend...it reminded me of the first season of Gizzy laughing at Katie's web diary when she was going through a bad breakup with Russell Simmons. I think it was that Russell had a new girlfriend and Katy had not moved out of his house yet so the new girlfriend and Russell were making fun of her??????

I am amazed I remember that much though most of it might be wrong.

I think Gizzy's hairdresser is going to be her companion for all engagements going forward.  It's nice if they have a sincere friendship.

What is also sad is Ashley has  been parenting her mother (IMO). Instead of her mom taking care of her, Ashley's been taking care of her mom and that's the root of her dislike of Candiace...because Candiace's mom can take care of her well into adulthood and Ashley's mother never could.

Another reason Ashley needs to get that house in her name in the divorce, free and paid for or move out is when Sheila gets too old and broken down and sick, that bum boyfriend is going to dump her and Ashley may want to move her mom into the house.  If the house remains in Michael's control, he may ban Sheila from living there (because the bum boyfriend is going to come back and want to live in the nice house too).

At some point I see Ashley moving her mom into her house and if her housing is controlled by Michael, he may block her from doing so on his dime.

Michael can afford it.  Give Ashley that house free, clear, paid for and in her name and a little child support and move on.

I think he will be faithful to her for as long as he can, if that is 20 years or 20 minutes, it will be as long as he can.

Don't think I am crazy but I am toying with the idea of trotting on down to Ye Olde Montgomery Circuit Courthouse to see the Karen Show, I figure I would go on the first day of the trial because there is no promise of day 2 if the lawyers can agree on some things.

Anyone want to meet up for the Mrs. Karen Huger Show?

That's what it sounds like from Melissa Gorga's post.  Charrisse posted condolences as well. He also allegedly posted a goodbye post on social media too.

I'm pretty sure Ashley and Michael spent a lot of time, with attorneys, hammering out the house arrangement. I suspect Michael is footing the mortgage, regardless of what Ashley claims about a partnership, with heavy conditions, i.e., no Mama or other riff-raff living in the house. He views it as a sound business investment in house-crazy Arlington. If Ashley wants to move eventually, he can sell at a tidy profit and perhaps he has agreed to share a percentage of the proceeds with her. She may be paying for maintenance and real estate taxes, the latter of which will be approximately $20K or more annually for that house.

Not just Candiace.  Robyn and Gizelle are also children of privilege whose parents can protect them from their own stupid life decisions.

Robyn's parents will probably have to step in, again, financially to support their daughter's family now that both Robyn's reality TV and Juan's basketball coaching careers have fizzled to nothing.

Maybe Robyn's parents can help Juan open a laundromat?  Doing laundry seems to be Juan's true passion.

It is so sad when someone takes their own life.

Condolences to his family and friends.

I hope his passing does not spur Karen to go out on another drinking and driving-bender.

But Ashley never had a problem with Robyn's* or Gizelle's** parents doing for them. The light skinned/biracial*** cast members were all either getting some form of support from their parents or trying to get their kids in the position Candiace was in. When they do it, it's ok but when Candiace does it, its somehow wrong.

That's why Ashley looked stupid barking at Candiace that HER children would have houses by the time they were 30. The fact she didn't realize she was saying Dean & Dylan would be the new Candiace in 25 years went straight over Ashley's empty head.

*Robyn's mom is still paying her sorority dues.

**I assume Gizelle had the same upper middle class upbringing Robyn, Candiace and Katie had but we really don't know much about Gizelle's life. We do know Gizelle mentioned in Season 2 or 3 she wanted her new husband to help buy her mom a house.

***Nobody on the cast had their life financed by their mom like Katie and sadly, Katie's mom will be helping Katie out for the rest of her days.

I guess in Ashley's colorist head, Dean & Dylan being privileged is okay because they are mostly white/multiracial whereas Candiace is not.

I would love for Katie to be on the show but her mental and emotional well-being should stay off of reality TV.

That is the perception of many, yes. Again, it went straight over Ashley's head that she was bragging to Candiace that her children would be in Candiace's position in 25 years.  Unless Dean and Dylan are tech bros or come into a lot of money, Michael will be helping Dean & Dylan with buying a home too.  Shoot, ASHLEY still doesn't have her own home and she is 36, 37 years old.

The lovely Monique speaks out about Gizelle being protected:

https://collider.com/rhop-monique-samuels-gizelle-bryant/

She's saying out loud what we already knew.

Gizelle was protected and wanted to make Monique's child's paternity a plot point against Monique.

We know Gizzy can go low, she married Jamal.  Also, she had no problem accusing Chris (Candiace's, not Monique's husband) of terrible things that he never did.

Ironically, Candiace was the one who refused to go along with this nastiness and outed Gizzy's plan.

Also, Gizzy is certainly bringing it this season. I have enjoyed her so far.

Her attorneys tried to suppress statements she made and other evidence, claiming Karen was not read her Miranda rights.  The judge denied her request.

Miranda warnings are only given when law enforcement intends to question a suspect.  Sounds like Karen made spontaneous statements that were incriminating without being formally questioned.  Sounds like Karen was too drunk and entitled to be cautious.

I think she had a hearing on her attorneys' motion to dismiss, not a trial.  I assume she will negotiate a plea before going to trial.

Karen has two DUIs, and in the last one she caused significant property damage. She's not going to simply get a ticket and sent on her way.

Maryland repeat offenders: If you are convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and you have had a prior driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled dangerous substance violation within five years of the date of the violation, your license will be suspended for one year followed by participation in the Ignition Interlock Program for one year. You may, if eligible opt into the Program for one year in lieu of your suspension.

And:

If you are convicted of an impaired driving offense, you face both criminal penalties and license sanctions.

If you are convicted of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI):

For a first offense, you face up to a $1,000 fine and up to one year in jail. Twelve (12) points will be assessed on your driving record and your license may be revoked for up to six (6) months.

For a second offense, you face a $2,000 fine and up to two years imprisonment (with a mandatory minimum of five days). Twelve (12) points will be assessed on your license and your license may be revoked for up to one year.

For two convictions within five years, a mandatory period of suspension will be followed by a minimum required period of participation in the Ignition Interlock Program.

You may be required to participate in an alcohol abuse assessment and program.

If you are convicted of Driving while Impaired by Alcohol (DWI):

For a first offense, you face up to a $500 fine and up to two months imprisonment. Eight (8) points will be assessed on your driving record, and you face a 6-month license suspension.  If this conviction is the result of a driver under 21, you will face a 1-year suspension.

For a second DWI offense, you face up to a $500 fine and up to one year imprisonment. Eight (8) points will be assessed on your driving record, and you face a license suspension of 9 to 12 months.  If this conviction is the result of a driver under 21, you will face a 2-year suspension.

Yes, Karen has two DUIs, and this time other offenses, as well. She was making statements to EMTs that are on police body cameras (the police arrived soon after the EMTs). Her attorney also tried to suppress the statement of a former cop, now a security guard who was the first at the crash site, and the one who called 911. He told the police that her car and her smelled of alcohol, and she was unsteady on her feet (something the police said too). She also had empty beer bottles in her car.

Wow, that's interesting.

I will say< I wonder if Ashley and Outback Jack had the same type of arrangement but replace "Business Manager" with "Restaurant Manager".

It could be why she was so attached to that restaurant, Oz, in the first season.

Some couples choose a one-time settlement in place of child support or alimony, the latter of which is rare these days. Both are monitored by courts and are treated as public information. Some couples prefer a private settlement.

Denise Richards used to say that she got no child support from Charlie Sheen, but I ran across an article where they referenced not wanting court-monitoring of their arrangement, and she got huge private payouts over time from Charlie.

Are Monique's children living with Chris? That would explain no child support. I doubt she walked away with nothing during their property settlement.

And with all those houses Chris owns...how did she not get alimony? I guess if they share custody she wouldn't get child support.

She's being a little cute - she got a lump sum per their prenup.  She says before they married, she worked as her business manager. I'm assuming this was when she was his girlfriend, so I'm guessing her salary was generous.  Her lump sum payment was that annual salary for each year of their marriage.  So if the salary was $100K (completely made up number from my head), she got $1M.

The kids live with him 50% of the time, but that's not all that is taken into account with child support.  If he is not paying any, either he is doing very poorly financially these days, or she got a BIG lump that puts her nearly equal with him.  Or, as someone said above, it may be an informal arrangement.  She could be being cute again by saying she receives no child support - but that doesn't mean he's not paying 100% of their expenses, such as tuitions and maybe a credit card in her wallet but bills to his bank account. She's just not RECEIVING any support, in that scenario, making her statement technically true.  Plus I don't think a prenup or a divorce settlement can exclude child support, so whatever is going on she thinks it's better than what the courts would do.

As for Monique returning to the show, I think it would be sad without Chris. One thing I thought they had going was a good marriage. Unlike Robyn and Candiace’s husband’s ,Chris Samuels really seemed to love Monique.

Yeah I didn't get what happened. They seemed to go from cute, romantic couple to over.

She said she was his business manager before they married, so they calculated what she would've made if she had remained his business manager for the past 10 years and he gave her a lump sum.  She used the entire lump sum to buy her current house. Her current house cost almost a million dollars and allegedly she has a $468K mortgage on it so she got probably $450K-500K as her settlement.

They probably have joint 50/50 custody of the children, so no child support and he's probably only paying the children's healthcare because Monique is homeschooling the kids, so no tuition.

I don't know how successful the oil business is or if she's still on the radio but I see her back on RHOP or some other reality show to get some more coins.

Chris Samuels' wife complained on two different shows on two different networks how unappreciated and unloved she felt...which is why she is no longer his wife.

We don't see Chris Bassett's wife doing that...and we know she would.

Juan Dixon is only with his wife because he feels guilty her parents took him in when both of his parents died.. Also Juan's wife has a nice house and connections that could greatly benefit him.

I didn’t watch Love and Hip Hop but I always thought the Samuels seemed happy on Housewives. The Bassetts on the other hand were constantly miserable together. However, since the Samuels divorced I must have got it wrong.
Speaking of Candace I bet she hates sharing the spotlight with her son lol.
She probably yells at Chris to change the baby’s privileged, white ass.
