Jack's sort of crying telling Christie about dreams he had all night long.  I think it's about his ex that he seems to be really hung up on.  He says that "she" wouldn't talk to him or look at him.  And he said he loved her.  Christie says that if Jack could call her, "she" would definitely pick up the phone and talk to him.  He says he doesn't want to pursue this thing with Sis.

Oh yeah, they should be the low people on the totem pole for sure, but I never get people who want to blow up their alliance this early. Nick and Bella talk way too much, but they also clearly aren't working AGAINST the larger group. They just have their own additional agenda. That's enough to want them out ahead of the others, but not this early.

The alliance has kind of been over for a while. Nobody trusts Nick/Bella and this week just solidified that. Also, I'm just pissed at Bella so I would not mind her leaving next. However, for Team Good Feeds, I want Nick/Bella to get A FUCKING CLUE and realize their alliance has turned on them and them and Sam are pretty much alone.

Now they're talking about bringing David into the fold if David comes back in the house.  I think David seems to be their preferred choice because they think they can lure him with the promise of being part of the powerful alliance that David seems to know exists.  They also wonder if Ovi told Cliff about his power or not.

I can't wait to hear about the reception Cliff gets when he rejoins the group! 😨

Now I'm not sure if they were talking about Cliff or David with that remark.

Jack says he has to figure out a way to bring it back to the friend zone with Analyse.  So he beat Jackson's record of having sex 3 times with Kat before breaking it off.

Christie told Jack that probably the best way to go about it would be to make it about Jack and his feelings towards his ex.

An all female ghosted alliance could be in the making ! They can call themselves Ghost Busters.

Jack's trying to smooth talk Nicole in the HOH room.  He says he really cares about her as a person.  He says they are able to fill in a lot of gaps since they don't hang out with the same people.  He says he wants it to be mutual where they have each other's backs and let each other know if anyone plans to backdoor the other.  I hope she's not buying this bullshit.

I can't actually recall a dominant bromance like this before. You have stuff like Brett and Winston, of course, but they weren't the dominant force of last season and Dan and Memphis obviously worked together, but nothing like this Jack and Son deal (as the idea was that they were secretly working together and not an open bromance). They're essentially running the game as a showmance/bromance. It's bizarre.

We've had plenty of male-dominated alliances, but not specifically just two guys working this closely together at the top of the pyramid. It really is like a showmance. They're totally dedicated to each other. It's fascinating.

I do hope that Nicole is smart enough to see through Jack.  I fear, however, that inside she's squeeing "He's talking to me!  He's talking to me...  He.  Is talking.  To ME!!!!!!  OMG OMG OMG....."

I'm sure that is exactly what Jack had in mind when he was spewing all of his crap up there.  I hope Nicole realizes that it's no coincidence that Jack is telling her he would never ask who she's putting up after certain other people were cornering her about it yesterday.

David seems to be pumping Kat for info.  She's telling him how she was really close to Holly and Jackson the first week and then he decided he wanted to disassociate from her.  He asked her if that's when she told him she had just been kicked out of her alliance and she confirmed.  But she asked him to not say anything.  She says it's ok.  Kat says she doesn't want to have to rely solely on one or two people to carry her through the game.

Jackson is telling Jack that he thinks it would be best for Jack to cut things off in public with Analyse (except for when it's the 6 of them hanging out).  He says they can still keep up the stuff that goes on after dark because nobody knows about that.  Jack said he's inclined to go about it the other way where they are still friendly in public but that they are no longer sleeping together.  Jackson made some comment about how that wasn't a good idea because it would be like not having your cake and not eating it, too.  He's such a sleaze.  He told Jack it wouldn't be a good idea to just cut Analyse off completely because she would withdraw and be emotional and stuff along those lines.

What about Dr. Will and Mike Boogie?  That goes a loooong ways back though...

Boogie left very early in the game. But you're right, All-Stars Will and Boogie apply perfectly. However, that was always kind of nonsense, in the sense that Boogie held outside influence over all of the HGs that season. There was no reason to piss that guy off as he controlled their ability to get paid in the real world.

Derrick and Cody? The Brigade?

Both dominant alliances, but not based around just two guys like this. Derrick had a bunch of guys working with him that season, and the Brigade was more than two guys, as well.

Cody and Cowboy would count, but Cody was obviously very close to Diane, as well.

Good. LORD. Has Jackson ever dated (/anything'd) a woman for more than a week? What a recipe for disaster - thankfully, Jack seems not to be a TOTAL moron on this topic. Yeesh.

The story you are about to hear is true. The names have not been changed to shame the guilty.

Raven was a hamster from S19 (aka "The One Where Paul Loses Again While Wearing The Same Shirt") who supposedly had every ailment under the sun and would not shut up about it. I can only assume she wanted the rest of the house to suffer like she claimed she does, as she would prepare some of the most disgusting "meals" on the face of the earth for the house, including what was basically raw chicken.

Her and Cereal's Greatest Nemesis, Matt, hooked up on a regular basis, keeping used condoms in a drawer like a serial killer keeps trophies of victims and letting spunk towels be the main tool for cleaning the kitchen.

Also: "WOOF WOOF MOTHERFUCKING WOOF".

Ah yes, I remember now!  I don't remember the raw chicken, but I remember her many strange ailments (her mother had them too, right?) and the saved used condoms.  But my favorite part about this story was the sight of Paul losing a SECOND TIME!!  That was pure gold and I kept re-playing it over and over.

Alice Mudgarden, you are an exceptional story teller!  The term "spunk towels" made me smile and I'm sure I'll smile well into the night just thinking of that kitchen.

Now, can you fill me in about Ovi never washing HIS hands?

So Jack and Sis met up in the shower

But Jack soon caught a whiff somewhat sour.

”Should I find myself worried about this?”, Jack said.

But Sis looked so hot, and her folks’ dreams are now dead.

So parents’ illusions are shattered, ‘tis true

When some dipshit’s Thing One finds their baby’s Thing Two.

But it makes it all so much the worse, you must see

Is when all of this happens on network TV.

This is hilarious.  We need a series of books written in this style for the history of every season of Big Brother.  Instead of A Song of Fire and Ice it could be called A song of Ire (ours) and (Anal) Lice.

His...socks? For serious?

Bella is such a mess. She was seriously all about defending Kemi and now they're total enemies. What a trainwreck.

Bella's way of defending Kemi was only defensive in Bella's mind ! She knew she was sinking Kemi's ship when she ran to jackson 10 minutes after Kemi told her about their conversation. There was just no reason for it.

Yeah, she turned on Kemi so quickly. What's funny is that she helped keep Kemi in the house in Week 2 and then turned on her in Week 3! Total trainwreck.

Cliff is waiting to play a prank on someone.  I guess he made a "mouse" out of dryer lint and he's got it hidden in a crevice but I guess visible enough that it might look like a mouse.  He's got fishing line attached to it or something and he's planning on pranking someone by pulling it out to scare them.  Speaking of pests, have the ants stayed away this summer?  I haven't heard any talk of them overtaking the house yet.

Don't forget that Bella turned on Kemi before this as well. I mean, girl ain't loyal to Kemi at all. Bella initially was trying to get Kemi out last week before she changed her mind....but technically, it was Nick, Nicole, and Sam who got Christie to not backdoor Kemi. Bella didn't really have anything to do with it.

Kemi:  "Will I get in trouble if I hide Nick's socks?"  Shades of the "who hid Alex's cat ears" drama.  I doubt Nick will get all worked up about his missing socks though.

Does Nick have a thing about his feet or something? Like, he has hobbit feet he doesn't want seen?

I hope this is Cat Ears 2.0.

Ah yes, the moment that brings us all together. Young, old, male, female, gay, straight... we all unite with a hatred of Paul.

(Also, thank you for the kind words!)

Such a great moment.  I still have a screen shot saved on my computer.

Holly:  "I need to start branching out."  Maybe if she had branched out from the beginning, it wouldn't come across as fake if she goes this route.
