We've recently been going through and organizing the THOUSANDS of pictures we've taken over our 56+ years of marriage.

We had a close friend who used to do a lot of things with us.  She was a beautiful young woman with low self esteem.  Instead of posing nicely, even in group pictures, she would stick her tongue (Gene Simmons length) all the way out.  It ruined every picture she was in.

While organizing the photos, we deleted all of those with her with her tongue out.  They still weren't "cute" or "funny" 30+ years later.

I dunno, the photo with the neighbor doesn't seem to have any Gene Simmons tongue down to the chin episodes. Their mouths are open but their tongues are not outside the mouth. I'm not seeing it.

For one of Amy's selfies, its actually a nice distance from the camera.

From dating a photographer, I can say things I’ve heard during shoots is that they will encourage the subject to slightly open the mouth to decrease tension in the face and also widen the eyes because bigger eyes appear more “youthful” and “attractive”.   The mouth half open is used to show the subject is “having fun” in a still image.  Personally, I always questioned the mouth half open because I always started checking out people’s teeth and dental work (the neighbor has nice teeth, Amy not so much)

As far as Amy’s selfies I think half the time she is trolling us.  If these were just for her own personal collection I might understand the badly constructed or more jarring selfies, but if she’s posting them to promote her brand I’m not sure why she doesn’t use the selfie sticks more.

And funny. where I come from, someone doing stuff to "make a buck" isn't usually frowned on. I assume no one feels she should loaf around and live off poor Matt's labors, right?

In fact, Matt's usually applauded for whatever scheme he's up to because it makes a buck.

Ironically I think it's just a neighbor that Amy offered a scone to.

I heard Willow on the radio lately by Taylor Swift and thought it might make a nice reception song for Amy and Chris since it talks about “my man” throughout, but then I saw this unique video and it seemed perfect. I hope Amy finds it. It would be a nice piece.  😆

Because more chatter equals more hits. She's not her own worst enemy, she's generating interest, that generates hits and views, and more hits and views equal more dollars. One reason I don't watch her videos - along with just not liking cooking videos and finding Amy to be a poor cook and actress - is that I see no reason to put money in her pocket.

All the interest she generates just means she looks more viable on the show and with online advertisers.

That's easy to understand, my oldest niece started out as my nephew, when he grew up he had top and bottom surgery, hormone treatment and facial surgery.

Demi Moore dressed as a man and the photos look a lot like my niece, minus the crazy eyebrows and mustache.

To me my niece looks like a girl but she doesn't dress like a "girly girl" she dresses more like Ellen Degenerous and she wears her hair very short so some people are uncertain how to approach her, some think she's a feminine looking young man and others think she's a slightly masculine girl, she doesn't take offense, she educates and in the process impresses people who meant no harm and were simply confused and needing a little assistance.

Apparently someone claiming to be a stripper in the local area was posting on Amy's instagram how Chris was a customer.

I mean, apparently everyone takes a vow of honesty when  they post on Instagram and its inconceivable that it just might be someone fucking with Amy. Mind you, I think its entirely possible Chris has been to a strip club and someone recognized him. He's not married, he's lived in the area for a long time and men like to do that sort of thing. I just don't equate it with any real issue. They're not married, so he's not cheating, and its stripping, not sex. if Amy doesnt like it (and it is something more than 3 years ago Chris went to a bachelor night party with friends and the stripper now recognizes him from tv) then Amy will need to talk with him about it.

The stripper gave her “stage name” and said that she worked at a couple different adult entertainment clubs, one place called “Mary’s” and another place with “Pirate” in the name like “Pirates Bay” or something, others here saw her posts maybe they recall additional details.

she said he was a regular customer at both places, he was a generous tipper and his drink of choice was vodka, she said he liked petite girls and always chose them for private dances.

I think it’s probably true because he was a bachelor for a long time and a lot of business men frequent those places, she didn’t say anything bad about him and it sounded like it happened before he got serious with Amy.

I think they may have have written that way because around 30% off sounds like a lot compared to $2.00 off even though technically it is the same thing. Although, I think $4.99 is cheap enough that she could say on sale for $4.99 as you mentioned.

When Ben Affleck was engaged to Jennifer Lopez he went to Brandies Show Lounge in Vancouver, chose a girl for private dance and wound up having sex with her in the private room with others watching including a couple celebrities, I read a magazine article about her, her stripper career sky rocketed because everyone wanted a private dance from the girl who was so hot that Ben Affleck risked his relationship with a young HOT Jennifer Lopez.

I'm NOT saying that Chris is Ben Affleck or that Amy is Jennifer Lopez but they do have a certain amount of fame and followers.

I kind of doubt that she'd give her stage name and where she worked if it was all just a lie but on the other hand revealing her "stage name" and revealing where she worked would make it easy for people to come in and request her or phone in and book a private dance with her.

I have no proof of that being the case but I do wonder if that might have been her motive.

I wondered about that too and some people on Instagram asked her if she was desperate for business…. So it obviously crossed peoples minds that it might be for publicity. 🤷‍♀️

It's certainly not a stretch for me to believe that Chris frequented strip clubs as a single unattached adult male (as I recall, it was some sort of singles group that brought Amy and Chris together; she went from having no friends when first separated to being accompanied by a mob everywhere she went, and that's how singles groups roll), nor that he has a proclivity for little women, so I'm not sure why anyone would doubt that testimony.  As quiet as he is, we've heard more than one sexual innuendo from him, so he's obviously not a celibate or prude; in fact, I gather he gets a "kick" out of Amy's various and sundry costumes, and her LP status seems, if anything, a turn-on for him.  I had in fact read from a separate source when Chris first appeared that he frequented the Portland nightlife scene, and it was rumored that his tastes were...well, shall we say liberal?  I gather Amy appeals to that wild side of my man!  Little kitchen!

"Petite girls" found at a strip club are NOT looking anything like Amy! Yes, strippers run the gamut from "stunningly beautiful" to "pleasant to look at but I wouldn't pay for a lap dance." Amy's not anywhere in that spectrum.

If Criminal Minds and Law and Order have taught me anything its that there's a huge difference between a fetish for little girls, and relationships between consenting adults.

I thought the same.  Especially when Amy suddenly affected that giggly little girl routine around Chris (seriously, when had Amy ever before giggled uncontrollably and talked a baby-soft voice which she unfortunately continues to use in "my little kitchen"?).  Not that there's anything wrong with that!  There's a lid for every pot (more kitchen references).  After all, there must be SOMETHING drawing Chris to Amy?  We all know it's not her organizational or housekeeping skills.

I agree…. Chris is always dropping sexual innuendos I’d be more surprised if he didn’t visit strip clubs as a bachelor….  the private dances are another matter because they usually involve touching and more…as Dustbunny said Ben Affleck had sex in the private dance area of Brandies Show Lounge. 

A local magazine reported that strip clubs here provide a lap apron in the private dance area because the men typically jack-off in the private rooms as the girls slide up and down their bodies and it provides some protection from bodily fluids passing between the participants. 🤮
