Yes, that sounds like a brilliant idea.  Get encouragement from Amber and Gnat just in time to go to court for custody.  The couple that has 45 children between them, and custody of none.  What an idiot.

Honestly, though, that's me. I don't see Amber as ever missing this time in her child's life. I am sure in 10 years, her regrets will be over picking a bad partner and pissing away her money, not squandering irreplaceable time with her child.

Gawd, you sounded like me. My two youngest are 23 months and 5 years and we are stuck living in Florida (My heart belongs to my hometown of Boston) and when we go on mini vacations to St. Augustine I can't enjoy a nice drink because I NEED to be 120% alert to keep my children safe. My husband and I were jealous of the people with teenagers or grown adult children because they got to enjoy the views while with a nice relaxed buzz from their margaritas while we sipped on water. 

We, too, are afraid of what's in the Florida grass. In Boston our biggest fear were black ants and catapillors during that season before cacooning to be butterflies. In Florida you CAN'T sit on the grass and play or have a picnic due to the massive fire ants, creepy bugs and snakes, etc.

I needed a vacation after our vacations but I'm cherishing EVERY moment with my kids stressful times and all because I love them so much and they grow FAST!!!! 

I can't be away from my kids for an 8-hour timespan for work or when I go out to get my hair done once a month, I can't understand how Amber can go so long without her young child it makes me sad. When she does make an appearance at the Amber&Gnat house of sloths, Amber fills the time with television and drums to take photos for her "fans" while she sends love.

My kids are grown and I miss the old beach days sooo much. Now I live near the beach and go all the time. I love it, but I also watch poignantly as the young families play (and scream!). I know how you guys feel, but take every single moment you can get. Sigh

Now onto the pink elephant in the room - Amber with drums? Countdown to pics of Boo banging on them for the good mommy photo op. I will give her credit for not getting pregnant again because she clearly wants little to do with children. But she's awfully young to be living a retired couple life. She should be beginning a career, not hanging in a garage, playing entrepreneur, and now pretending that music is her life. I get striking while the iron is hot, but this should be the time to learn a trade. Still think she'd be perfect for beauty school. 

On the normal side of life - Gary is asking people for advice on flooring. Seems he's planning to sell. I never thought I'd have so much respect for that guy, but I do. What's the last Leah pic he posted? Her Christmas program? I know they'll need to get back to work too, but at least they are raising those children. They must just cringe like hell at Amber's antics.

We all saw this coming. It might not even be because she wasn't paying rent. It may come back to the lawsuit for how nasty her last house was. After the actual owners saw that, they probably went over to check things out and saw the same problems at this residence. 

 

Couldn't happen to a more deserving couple. Imagine they'll be out a lot more money to make the actual owners whole after all the deep cleaning that will surely be needed. Maybe she kept sending love instead of actual checks to the landlord?

 

They deserve this babe. And good luck finding another place to rent to you after your last two debacles. Can't wait to see what kind of bogus ass excuse she uses to explain how she is getting kicked out of a house that she "owns".

Eviction Hearing

But they just decorated the Music Room!!!  Oh the humanity.

Too bad they couldn't piggy-back their other court date for their previous rent with this new eviction hearing.

Reasons for eviction?
-Illegal use of property (her LLC is tied to the rental's address, which is how people were able to learn that the house was a rental)
-Illegal use of property (perhaps they had no idea she's filming a reality show there)
-Health/Safety violations (animal crap everywhere)
-Pet policy violation (too many pets)
-Unnamed tenants living in property (Matt's son was living there for a month or so)
-Not paying rent (they've done it before, they'll do it again)

I'm waiting for the lame excuse she comes up for this one. She owned it and lives there, then owns it but flipping it, now renting and evicted. Caught in so many lies.

I believe it's Matt telling her what to say on Twitter and Amber is too dumb to realize what she's saying just doesn't make no sense. This is the same shit Matt tells Amber when things about Matt resurface. Amber can't tell the difference between the truth and lies because of Matt and it's ruining her reputation. I honestly feel that Matt is telling her what to say in tweets and she's believing what she's tweeting because she believes Matt on everything. I pity her, this man is destroying her life and she doesn't know. I think she is mentally stunted and slow. 

How can you share with all of your followers your office of EXPENSIVE guitars, memorabilia, and not pay your rent or taxes. Ugh.

I really hope Matts book bombs and they lose all of their money. Karma is hitting them now. I hope there isn't another season because I don't want them getting paid.

Is there another season? Is this going to be like the keeping up with the kadashians where it NEVER ends???

i want them working minimum wage jobs for all their "uppa class" talk.

It's probably a rental agreement with an option to buy, and Matt told her it is a mortgage.  She'll believe anything he says.

That was definitely Amber, if you're going to use an alias change some of the dialect so it doesn't sound like ya, "hun" I was waiting for a "sending love".

Shes on a high horse "I saved thousands of lives" likes she's some doctor. Bitch, you're sharing your story of addiction and teen pregnancy, I would agree that when people watch her they feel they can relate but save them? IDK. Maybe she's saved some young people from making mistakes so I guess I'll leave that alone for the professionals to gauge.

 

As for everything else, holy Crap she's delusional. How many times is she going to throw in the "I'm starting a non profit organization"? She keeps saying that as a scapegoat for having no job or to gain praise from her "fans". It's like the people that say they will do something for someone to get all the "you're so amazing thank you, " and " you would really do that for me? You're so kind" to find out she had NO intention on doing anything but wanted the praise. 

"Keep watching and paying my bills" pissed me right off. Omg, MTV, please stop tho mess this isn't fair to hard working folks. ?

I'm truley sickened that they keep getting paid for doing nothing. The world is backwards. Work hard get no rewards do nothing and gain everything is MTVs mission statement.

I'm thinking it was Amber under Matts fake account (Amber is no Beatles fan lol) because there were words only Amber uses like "hun" and the horrible grammar. Matt is dumb as rocks but TOO much of a good con artist to reveal himself the way Amber did in those tweets. Matt is probably pissed Amber used his account while drunk or something totally outing the fake account. Wtf? With those two idiots.

I watched the Teen Mom 2 After Show that featured the Teen Mom 2 cast as well as the Teen Mom OG cast. Amber was not there because she is currently filming Teen Mom OG which airs in April. Amber said she quit the show. I'm confused-lol!

What's written on court documents? Yeah good luck with that. Where's all the money going? With her income, even cars and guitars shouldn't take up the rent money. Drugs? Gambling? Something doesn't add up. I can't believe they are living this whacked out completely irresponsible drifter life. With her salary. Now where will they go, and how will they spin it? At least the OGs film close to real time, so we only have to wait until April to see this shit unravel.

This makes no sense to me. First of all, WHY would a "private investor" purchase a house for Amber and Matt and let them make mortgage payments to him/her? I've never heard of such a thing. 

And she's saying it was all a misunderstanding and the papers were rescinded the same day they were filed? Do we have any proof of that?

Ok so you can obtain a mortgage through an investor/investment group. However, they're risky and meant to be paid off in 6-12 months. The investors want a quick profit. Flippers usually do this but they don't usually live in the house seeing as it would be a construction zone. It also usually requires lots of cash. 

You can still be evicted.

Now she is saying it is rent to own. That is not the same thing. She does not own it. Again, you can still be evicted. 

I don't believe for a second that the paperwork is a mistake. She can't even keep her lies straight.
