I remember being so impressed by James' reaction and assistance.  He wasn't freaked out at all.  The nurse did well except milk is no longer advised (not sure how many years ago this was).  I'm a little nervous that she wasn't provided with D50 to give intravenously.  She would have been unable to get that glucose gel in if Amanda had not regained consciousness.

Given the lack of any additional information - or indication the graphic relates to anything active in the game, for that matter - the HGs’ apparent disinterest actually makes a certain degree of sense.  The military actually trained soldiers that way in Vietnam to protect against VC disinformation campaigns; if what you see/hear doesn’t correspond in any way to information you already know to be true, then just ignore it.
