I just don't understand making the same mistake over (Nina) and over (Rebecca Budig) again.  This show does not need any more "delicious, spicy, bitchy bad girls" played by famous alums from other soaps.  STAWP!

The thing is Mo. Bur will be good in snarky scenes where she can use that giggling laugh and have shady lines.   It will be interesting how she fairs with Michelle Stafford in those Crimson scenes and how she dresses because on Days her outfits were hit/miss.   I just dont trust her in hospital or dramatic scenes at all.   But Frank loves type of soap actors like she,  MS and RH though that can crew up scenery and be over the top.

No, I'm this person too. When the show is actually cancelled I'm going to feel pretty sad, I'm sure, for a while and probably cry and regret saying I ever wanted it cancelled for a while. But overall I agree.

Because Valentini must be nuts. I hope more than one actor spills their guts other than NLG cause you know whatever tell all she writes is gonna be "me me me me me stuff at GH me me me me me" and I would just like to know it. Right now his process right now seems to be "fuck it we're safe for a while and I can do whatever I want", but I would love to hear actual quotes.

Maxie is now going to be played by an actress 8 years younger than ER. Yes, I know age gaps matter less as you get older, but I wish someone would TRY to keep the general ages of the characters in mind! Hell, she's younger than Chad! Maxie should not come across younger than friggin Michael. I'm not saying she definitely will, but you'd think that was something they'd try to keep in mind. I know, I know, famous last words.

I wouldn't mind a brunette Maxie. They're a bit too many "blondes" lately. And it's not like we can't see those roots half the time anyway, especially Maxie lately, so let her come in and say "I dyed my hair".

I guess for me, it would be too weird in Maxie's case, given who her mom is.

She doesn't look anything like Kirsten Storms!  I hate this already.  She would have been a better look-alike re-casting of LuLu, back when they did that.  I still can't get used to ER in that role to this day.  ER is a tiny little china doll, where JMB looked spunky.  And this MBu, who I've never laid eyes on before, is no Meryl Streep in the drama department, for sure.  It should be an interesting summer with all these recasts.  Also - maybe I missed something above:  Has any reason been given for KS's leave of absence?  I hope it really is only 'temporary'.  She has totally made that role her own and nobody else can bring it off.

There's been a new young girl cast.  According to the twitter of wubs.net she's going to be played by actress Jasmyn Vale and will debut this summer.  It's a direct link from her agency.  She's a pretty little blonde, about the age of maybe New Jake.   The spec on twitter is a Georgie age up, but it could be related to the Claudette story too.  She looks like BW.   Very cute kid.  Or it could be related to the spoiler script posted earlier.  I googled her and couldn't find much.

Kirsten Storms is a unique "Maxie," but apparently she's off on leave with her medical problem again. She was on medical leave previously, and the show held the role open for her. I hope she feels better soon, but it disrupts a major storyline that was being set up for several actors. I've heard that Hollywood calls this come-and-go behavior "difficult". 

Surgery will usually fix most health issues, especially in a young person. So if it is substance abuse or alcohol that is causing the danger to her career and family, I hope that Kirsten gets a grip soon.

Endometriosis. 

She didn't think she could ever have kids for awhile because of it, which made Harper's birth even more special.
