  1. I watched the video and was focusing on Gina. She had energy, was a natural with the dance steps and seemed to truly enjoy being there. Plus, as someone else noted, she had that extra sparkle (ala Kashara) that should be part of the point. Rachel looked like she was counting the steps in her head. “1,2,3,4, spin, spin, hip thrust, hip thrust, tilt the head, flip the hair, pageant smile, pageant smile”. She had the steps but seemed to lack the flow between steps and continuity across the dance. In a circle with the whole team, or even aground level shot with the girls in this video, they’d be dancing circles around her (and not just because they’d be in a circle). The girls may like her, doesn’t justify her election as point. Give that the Gina and any number of the equally qualified ladies.
  2. Probably for the same reason MRS is always introduced as a winner of “Dancing with the Stars” and never as a winner/publicly humiliated loser on national TV of “The Bachelor”. It doesn’t serve the image Kelli wants at the time she wants it.
  3. I’m surprised no one’s commented on the weird midday interview between K&J and Alora-Rose, where they asked her to compare learning DCC routines and Rockette routines. Really, Kelly? It seemed liked she was almost begging to hear how much better DCC dancing was than the Rockettes. They are TWO DIFFERENT STYLES! DCC is learning the routines and “dancing Big” to make yourself stand out while the Rockettes are precision dancing with your teammates while expecting to be proficient in many different dance types. They have their own eye-high kicking and are not hanging onto each other’s shoulders. They also perform, in non-pandemic years, 4 or more times a day/3-4 days a week. Does Kelly secretly wish she’d been a Rockette?
  4. DISCLAIMER: The following is my opinion, and how I make it through watching each episode For me, the different between Carly and Nelle comes from how the actresses portray their characters. LW plays Carly as the second coming, someone who only sees the world in how it impacts HER and manages to make EVERYTHING about her. LW’s ‘acting’ consists of finger pointing, screaming, and wild posturing. It is off putting and painful to watch because she believes she is really good in the role and this is how Carly is to be portrayed. On the other hand, I find CL’s portrayal of Nelle a hoot. It doesn’t mean I like Nelle as a character, but I believe CL enjoys the material she’s been given and acts her butt off making the character the villainess she has. Since her release from Pentonville I’ve really enjoyed watching her put the screws to some of the major families of PC. She’s got cojones that few male actors/characters on this show seem to know of, let alone can locate their own. i have also really enjoyed watching MW’s Ava since her time in the mental hospital. She’s not afraid to play vulnerable or scared or feisty or sly and knows how to portray each without making it all about Maura. She is a joy to watch. AGAIN - the above was my opinion.
  5. Why can’t we have nice things? Why couldn’t that vacant building Jason blew up have been the beginnings of Cyrus’s home for those in trouble or need? Sonny could stutter his way out of this. Why can’t we have that dreaded mob war that will take out gang Corinthii (Sonny, Carly, Michael, Jason, Sam, Dev, maybe Bobbie and Mike) a few guilty by association (ex. Sasha)? Throw in Peter and possibly Valentin for good measure. Why are we watching a “who’s constipation is worse” contest between Micheal and Lucas. Why did Nelle spend so much time futzing around and not get on that international flight to Argentina and away from PC? She’s too interesting and alive for this city of mobsters and their molls. Why can’t we have Wiley’s real parentage be Nelle and someone not Corinthos related. Or better, backstory it that she did run into Shiloh early in her time in PC and Wiley really is his. Why can’t we have nice things?
  6. The discussion in Sam’s hospital room about what happens to the person who gets Drew’s memories but is not related: Sam says they could be left in a vegetative state and I could just see Jason thinking “if I could be a vegetable what would I be. An ear of corn? A carrot? A tomato - no, technically that’s a fruit. Now my head hurts”.
  7. Holly wasn’t worried so much about her facials because she knew everyone was focused a little farther south.
  8. She’ll be at Sonny’s door within the next few weeks... (actually, a preview of Friday’s show could take care of it...)
  9. Have to say l’m a little disappointed with this year’s Barbies. I was hoping that, since Kelli is such a big “Bohemian Rhapsody “ fan, we’d get Barbie replaced with “Freddie”. Jeans with a belt, wife beater, black mustache and appropriate color wig on the head. Missed opportunity.
  10. That’s what I always thought her signature string of pearls were for. Remove those and her head falls off.
  11. Before that she was Annie on Guiding Light. I’ve not really FFed through the episodes in a long time but I could not watch Maxie/Peter today. They might be very nice people separately but watching him put the moves on her just looked like child porn. If it’s this much work to get the relationship going, take a break. Go out for pizza. Get a BLT at Kelly’s. But a trip to Paris on a first date? Just no. .
  12. That’s an insult to pit bulls everywhere.
  13. Ryan getting dead bodies into public places surrounded by lots of people but never being seen is one of his superpowers. That and his ability misdirect police investigations by setting up innocent people on the spur of the moment. He makes use of both the Port Charles wormhole and Dr. Strange’s (Avengers) time loops.
