So, so far, if you just tuned it for this episode and didn't see the first half of the season, you wouldn't even know Billy was Felicity's BF. You'd just think he was a cop Oliver was tricked into killing. Just like they treated it in the "I killed him" scene in 509.

I'd love to know what Oliver's reaction would have been if Felicity and Thea found information on any of the others on Susan's computer too. Sadly, I think it would have been the same because, you know, he "cares about her." I wish Oliver cared about the people who have been in his life for years.
