shelley1234 February 4, 2017 Share February 4, 2017 That's your right if you still have a legal say and obligation to your child. Not if you have no legal custody of your child aka your rights have been terminated....which they haven't. He has no physical custody, that is solely with Chelsea. In terms of legal custody, he still gets a say. If they wanted Cole to adopt her, they'd need his permission...because he still has legal custody. Link to comment

Sole Custody: One parent has both physical and legal custody of the child. The other parent may have visitation rights, but does not have any custodial rights, and cannot make decisions affecting the child. https://www.rocketlawyer.com/article/understanding-the-difference-between-physical-and-legal-custody.rl 6 Link to comment

GreatKazu February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 Kail saying he should not have been here this week makes me irritated as hell. Where should Isaac be if not with his mother during her visitation week? Is she willing to deduct or reduce the child support if Isaac is going to spend more time at Jo's? The one who should not have been there was her fuck buddy. @Mkay to answer your question, ShetalksShit and Christina are correct. 7 Link to comment

shelley1234 February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 (edited) @Mkay Custody is really complicated. It sounds like Adam doesn't have legal custody as well from what people have said. It can be a bajillion of different scenarios. If Adam doesn't have legal custody and can't say what Aubree does or does not do, I don't understand why MTV gives him such slack. They could just fire him for breach, take the check and walk away....and watch his surprised shocked face. He is so abusive to staff and it pisses me off. Of course the answer could be the same that it is with Farrah...they keep it up with him for the drama because drama sells. Chelsea and Aubs are adorable, but their scenes are boring as hell. The only time there is any kind of conflict or drama is when Adam is involved. Ugh. Fire Adam. We can take the boring, I promise! Edited February 5, 2017 by shelley1234 4 Link to comment
jacksgirl February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 Late to the party. I literally cringe seeing Corey and Leah at drop off time in the big truck parking lot. Is that a new place for them, wasn't it a grocery in three past? Corey can't wait to get away and they awkwardly make nice conversation about how well they coparent. I do appreciate Leah sincerely apologizing about the Mexico trip, both were very gracious which is good for the girlses. 3 Link to comment
MissMel February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 I think Corey and Leah meet up at a new location now that she has moved. I imagine Corey with a little thought bubble over his head that reads 'please shut up' every time they exchange the girlses. 12 Link to comment

Christina87 February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 It annoys me how suddenly Corey is the best coparent EVER, when a few weeks ago, he was Satan and Jeremy was the bestest bestest bestest. She always has to love one and hate one, probably so she can lord the others' superiority over the offender. Textbook manipulator. I'm sure Corey and Jeremy are both smart enough to take her praise of the other one with a grain of salt. 11 Link to comment
shelley1234 February 5, 2017 Share February 5, 2017 I think Leah says that about Corey because she knows he holds all the chips. I think she also knows that she's high as a flippin' kite and if I had to venture a guess, I'd say it's no longer just the meds she is prescribed. So, if she pisses off Corey and they go back to court....she'd be in even more trouble. Her praise of Corey will always be disingenuous to me. If Jeremy was smart (and let's be real...no one in the whole lot is very smart except for maybe Ali)....he'd follow his buddy Chelsea's suit and buddy up with Corey and go after Leah together. However I have always felt that Jeremy wants nothing to do with having custody of his daughter. He likes being a sometimes fun dad and then ditching her to Leah for her to do all the heavy lifting. Just blatant speculation, but it's always the feeling I got about Jeremy. If he could go back and undo it, he'd love to not be Adalynn's dad. He's make that magic wish in two hot seconds. 6 Link to comment

And again, we hear Cory talking to Miranda about how Ali "rarely falls down". Ay. These people are driving me insane with their belief Ali is doing well and the con game they are putting on for the cameras. Say what you will Cory, but let's just say for argument's sake she isn't falling down a lot, she still needs her motorized chair. 3 Link to comment

Annnnnnd that's what you get when you marry and impregnate someone in a hot minute!!! I bet Jeremy married her, assuming she was a great mother; after all, she has two other children, riiiiight? She also talks a good game and SOUNDS like a good mother, if you don't know it's BS. Then, when he was home on weekends, Corey had the girls, so it was easy for him to assume Leah was the bee's knees. I bet Jeremy was one of those guys who was raised to assume he would have a Suzy Homemaker wife, who would take care of the kids so he could come home on the weekends and have a good time with them, without doing any heavy lifting. Unfortunately for him, he didn't take the time to find out that Leah is no Suzy Homemaker, and now he's bumfuzzled, because this was a situation he never saw coming. In his "world," he likely doesn't see full custody as something that's even an option for a man, so he's stuck depending on Leah. I do wholeheartedly believe he loves Addie, and it's nice to see them interact. I also think he would rather his mom have more time with Addie if he can't be there, and probably lets his mom take the lead on her care while in his custody. I do agree, though, that if he could go back and delete this whole thing, he would do it in two seconds. Edited February 6, 2017 by Christina87 9 Link to comment

greatscott91 February 6, 2017 Share February 6, 2017 How many animals do these people have? Chelsea has Pete, a great dane, and a pug, but at least also has the yard for it. What happened to Jenelle's dog(s)? I think the husky (Moogan?) belonged to Nathan and the pit bull was hers? And not too long ago she had a kitten that no longer makes an appearance. I saw on instagram she and David recently bought a deformed American Bully, so it wouldn't be in the show yet, but what about her other animals? I guess all of Leah's cats died? Kailyn has her new French bulldog and I think the rottweiler was Javi's, but I can never really tell how many dogs she has. I know it's not quite as important as the kids, but I always wonder, because it's easier to make an animal disappear. 4 Link to comment
shelley1234 February 6, 2017 Share February 6, 2017 The animals we see ALL the time and it's because there are tons of them are Kail's and Amber's. How many animals Amber has...Amber doesn't even know that. Oh god I forgot about Amber and her pack of dogs they shove in the basement. I think the animal situation that scares me the most is Jenelle, and not just because of the incident she had to apologize for or when she made her dog fetch a live firecracker. Them disappearing under the reign of UBT makes my stomach turn. 3 Link to comment
shelley1234 February 6, 2017 Share February 6, 2017 IMO I think the dogs are in just as much danger at the hands of Jenelle. She often considers her children a bother....by throwing them in the crib and chucking a hot dog at them, so I can't imagine she'd treat a dog with any more regard. She's also so easily agitated and hot to anger, so I think any animal will face her wrath. 3 Link to comment

That is why you don't feed dogs human food because when any human has food, the dog will go for it. I fucking hate when people blame dogs because of behaviours that they taught them. We knew a family who wanted to save money on dog toys by having it play with their kid's old stuff. The kid was maybe 7 and they gave it a couple of old stuffed toys from when he was a toddler. In a completely unforeseeable way, the puppy went into the kid's room and chewed up a couple of his toys which were left on the floor. They were completely gobsmacked until just about everyone pointed out that the dog was basically told that any toy that smelt like the kid was their's, especially if it was on the floor. This was their first dog and they had genuinely never thought that the dog would think that way. Thankfully, once they realized, they had the grace to admit that it had been their fault and took themselves off to puppy school. If that ever happened with Jenelle or Kail they would have an ad on Facebook quicker than you could say idiot. 5 Link to comment
