I just saw Stephen Nichols 's tweets/video about his visit to Peggy McCay..it is so cute and moving and sad at the same time..it is life..but i am quite emotional about it..he visit her and it is quite clear she is very frail and probably in end of life care..sigh..it is what it is but it is always hard.. i worked with people in retirement homes but still, it is always hard and moving to me.

Very sweet that he visits her, though.

Does anyone know who Greg Rikaart (ex Kevin, Y&R) is playing? My hope is for him to join the LGBT crew. That would make a quad for whom Ron can hopefully write.

I'm convinced GR is crossing soaps to play a gay character.  My guess is that he'll be a rebound beau for Paul, and maybe Will tries to sabotage it lol?

Is GR sticking around, though?  I thought it was just a guest arc, which made me think he's there to date someone and make someone else jealous, a la Nick dating Kyle and giving Fish the jells on OLTL.

Not sure. Hmm... Maybe it'll be so good that they'll keep him longer. I love GR.

Well, in the example I provided, Nick did stick around longer than he was supposed to, though how they eventually dispatched him was...not great.

You know, if it wasn't for this GR casting, I wouldn't have been shocked if Ron had looped Gay Stripper Gil back around to date Paul/cause jealousy for Will and/or Sonny.

Lisa Rinna...i can't hate her...can not...She totally destroyed her beautiful face though..But she will always be Lynn Echolls..the mother of my favorite fictional male character ever..Logan Echolls..the iconic Logan Echolls from the delicious tv show Veronica Mars.

So i will always have a soft spot for her..and her husband Larry Hamlin is a charismatic and talented actor..He was great on VM once again and on Mad Men.

But she never did much for me on Dool..i quite enjoyed her on Melrose Place and i loved her on Veronica Mars..but all the characters on this show were awesome and so well written. But on a soap like Dool with wacky writing (to be kind..) she was meh or her character was meh, i don't know.. imho...

So glad to see another person praise Lisa for her work on Veronica Mars.  Her work on the show never gets mentioned.  Loved her on that show.

Of course, Veronica Mars is one of my favorite tv show..and Lisa Rinna had the honor to play the tortured trophy wife from a very complex and twisted fictional family..the writing and acting were so great quality...her husband is a great actor..their scenes were so fun and quite fascinating to watch.

JL airs around May. I'm interested to see how asshole Brady reacts to it all.

You know he's going to be a ridiculous douchebag about it. I came around on the character of Theresa because of JL, and I hated that Brady got to feel all smugly superior during her exit. I want him to have to take back all the horrible crap he's said about her.

That's so cute that you think he'll do that. (LOL) You know he's going to be a blowhard about her not telling him the real reason she left and "oh, if you really loved me, you would have told me and I'd have not told anyone." Blech. He's not a lovable bad guy/good guy/ grey area guy. He's just an asshole.

Gilles Marini is joining the cast as an attorney named Ted who will be involved with Kate.

I loved him on Dancing with the stars. He is so humble and serious about his art. He is very nice looking, I hope the show uses him wisely.

Wouldn't it be great if Theresa used her return wisely and just offed him in her first scene, buried the remains in Victor's truss in her second scene, and sold off his belongings at a yard sale in the third?

I wonder how much she'd get for all his depilatory supplies?

I can dream, can't I?

I was so excited until I saw the photo and realized it was that guy. He's played too many "Fantasy Man" roles. He's like the new Fabio. Kate deserves better.

But hey, if he's not a murdering lowlife, it'll be a vast improve over her last three relationships!

"Ted". Pfft. Yeah, sure. He totally looks like a Ted. *Eyeroll*

He could be a suave French business man. Gilles Marini is French.  The show could use his ethnicity and create his character around it.  They can call him Pierre-Joel...lol

I am from a French speaking country too...lol   It would be refreshing if TV shows would show that diversity, is not just in America. Gilles's character does not even have to come from Metropolitan France, he could be from Mauritius or Reunion island...

Me too, at least part of it.

Or Martinique, or Quebec...
