I'm surprised Steffy didn't tell Steffy's Husband that he's on a performance improvement plan for not stopping Luna from entering the house. 

And, again, I get that two of Luna's victims were his friends and all, but I just laugh every time Deacon goes on about her crimes to the psycho killer he married.

I wish Luna hadn't messed with her gorgeous hair. Those highlights really wash her out. I think LY is quite pretty.  

Finn acted like a scolded child who'd been sent to the principal's office. 

So ... do we think Steffy will accompany Liam to Europe for some life-saving treatment OR Sheila and Luna kidnap her? Thinking of how the writers will handle JMW's maternity leave. That has to be coming up pretty soon. 

I am kind of foreseeing a speedy Lope remarriage since he's dying and all. The tricky thing is what they are going to do when Liam's cured by a miracle. And I agree. I would rather see Lope try again before Hope goes back to wimpy Carter. He and the Nose deserve each other!

If Daphne hadn't been coming on so hard and basically sexually harassing Carter, I think he would have been happier with her than with NopeHope.  There is nothing exciting about her and she always looks so damn needy.   It's nice that she's comforting Liam, but that's all.

The way Carter said "do you mean that?" after Brooke was telling him how she knows he's a good man, I honestly had a moment where I expected his thirsty ass to just start coming on to her. 

I was laughing at how hard Steffy's working to try to get Finn to tell her she did the right thing. 

I hope that Hope convinces Liam to tell some other people, like Bill and Wyatt. (And that's not just because I want Wyatt back). I also hope she has zero time for Carter now.

Well what do you know, Taylor actually managed to detach herself from Ridge for 5 minutes. Who could have seen that coming? And Bell, I know you want us all to feel bad for Carter over what he heard, and understand when he inevitably jumps into bed with FeeFee, but the thing of it is, most of us want Hope to be rid of the backstabber. Just like most of us want Brooke to be rid of Carter's mentor.

Of course Stuffy tells Taylor about Liam because it’s her world and by the grace of Stuffy, she lets people live there.  Now that Taylor knows, Stuffy should tell Bill, Wyatt, and Will against Liam wishes.

So, now that she's told Hope, Steffy has broken the seal and thinks it's fine to tell her mother? She was right to tell Hope, but there is no reason Beige needs to know. And it's kind of shitty to tell her and then tell her she can't tell Ridge. (Also, I bet Beige resists for about 45 seconds before she tells her hobo). 

"We'll be there for Hope, too."  Ick, no. Stay away from Hope, Beige. 

Watching all of the scenes and flashbacks over the past few weeks, it feels clear to me that while Hope and Steffy are both the loves of Liam's life, Steffy is his friend love, and Hope is his romantic love. And I'm not saying that to take away from Steffy. Liam loves her with all of his heart, but their vibe is more best friends/family. That's the way SC seems to play it, in my opinion, too.  

Carter is just an idiot.  First, when is he going to do the math on how much Pepe seems to "know" about Hope, and how all that she "knows" is clearly propaganda from Steffy's agenda.  Then, what he overheard at the end there, he should have caught on some context clues, like Liam telling Hope that she has a future, and the make every moment count line. And, instead of even taking a moment or two to think over what he heard, or waiting and talking to Hope about what he heard, he's almost certainly going to go running to fuck Pepe.  Contrast that with how Hope reacted when she saw Carter and Pepe kissing.  She didn't run off to kiss or fuck someone else. She talked to Carter about it and heard his side of the story.  

That flashback of Hope, Liam, Beth, and little Douglas! They were such an adorable little family.

LaPew made some snide comment about the long line of men Hope has gone through.  I believe you could count the number of Hope's relationships on one hand.  And Steffy actively went after about 60% of them!

She's never cared all that much about Liam except as some sort of carnival prize her daughter just had to have to one up the Logans.

@KerleyQ, 💯 agreed with your take on Liam's relationship with Steffy vs Hope. Steffy is a love of his life. Hope is THE love of his life. 

The flashbacks of Hope returning, their first kiss after years apart, Liam proposing, their wedding, when she told him she was expecting (Beth) on the 4th of July and fireworks popping off in the background, the impromptu wedding at the cabin orchestrated by cute little Douglas. So much more meaningful than Steamless and their soggy truffle fries and sky-diving and running around on the beach and the practically coerced first wedding with the worst bride attire on the planet.

SC also plays it so differently with AN than he does with JMW, meaning he plays Liam as loving Steffy but being in love with Hope, which are vastly different things.

That I am rooting for Lope to reunite is a testament to the acting of Scott and Annika. 

As for Carter, he can go kick rocks and slink over to Pepe and I hope both of them are offscreen after that. Even better if LSV makes his way over to Beyond the Gates.

I'm stealing this, because this is how I feel about Lucky and Elizabeth over on General Hospital. Jonathan Jackson and Becky Herbst just sparkle, and while he's been gone for decades, you wouldn't know it, their chemistry and acting is so amazing. It's why I continue to LOATHE/HATE/DESPISE the show runner and writers for how they tricked him into coming back. The writing is ABSOLUTE SHIT. But I love me my JJ. Or to be crass: I'm SO his BITCH.

I have not yet watched BTG except for a few scenes here and there and I have it on good authority, I'm missing out.

LSV has shown that he is capable of better than what Carter is usually given so I'd love to see him strut his stuff elsewhere.

Again, Carter did a shit job at paying attention to the context of what he was overhearing. I just want Hope to find out he went directly to Pepe without bothering to ask her what was going on and be done with him, especially after Liam's big closing argument for Carter was that Hope is the only woman for Carter.

And Carter is fully on board with the revisionist history of the takeover, where it was all Hope's fault, isn't he? 

I'm still annoyed that Steffy told Beige. I know her excuse is that she wants her support or whatever, but that's what Steffy's Husband is there for, is it not?  And the world renowned psychiatrist was really flummoxed by the concept that some terminal patients want to be alone to die? 

Meanwhile, AN and SC have sold the hell out of their scenes this week. If you'd told me a couple months ago that I'd be invested in the two of them again soon, I would not have believed it. But, here we are.

I know it's a longstanding soap trope, but seriously, this show has beaten this horse one thousand too many times. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

The set up for this whole thing is so obvious with Carter's misunderstanding, that the only surprise would be if he *doesn't* sleep with FeeFee. Hopefully he'll get chlamydia, and then have a night with Steffy. She's had that karma coming for awhile.😝

Liam gets another scan that shows no change was that no change in size or no change that it’s still inoperable?  Now all, of a sudden next week, it becomes operable but his quality of life will be at risk.  I’m holding my breath to see what 🐂💩 quality of life the monkeys with a keyboard will come up with?  

Poor poor Carter but I feel more sorry for him that he’s book smart but that he’s dumb as a rock when it comes to common sense.

If Carter has an ounce of respect for Pepe and himself, he'll turn her down and send her on her way.  It would be incredibly shitty to have sex with a woman he knows has a crush on him right after he heard something that makes him think his relationship with the woman he claims to love is over. I'm no defender of Pepe, and I honestly hope they do have sex and that Hope finds out ASAP, but it still makes Carter shitty if he does it. That preview of her telling Steffy she's leaving makes me think that either Carter turns her down and then shows up at the office reunited with Hope, or Carter sleeps with her and then finds out Hope wants him back, so he tells Pepe it can never happen again. With the way he was going on about wanting kids so much, I had a suspicion that he does hook up with Pepe, and she ends up pregnant.

My biggest hope, though, is that the day finally changes over, so we can stop being subjected to whatever the fuck Steffy is wearing. We've been staring at that mess for a week now. Make it stop.

It's impossible to take Carter seriously.  His feelings for Hope are exactly the same feelings he had for Maya.  And Zoe.  And Quinn.  And Paris.  And those feelings develop instantly and out of the blue.  Maybe he should pull the Hope mannequin out of storage, because it doesn't seem like it matters to him who he's with, as long as he's with someone.

Here is a thought ... with all the talk between Finn and Liam about a reconciliation between Hope and Steffy ...

Liam finds out that his tumor is shrinking, he's getting better, going to live, etc.

So ... since Steffy and Hope are playing so nicely with each other, the two men decide to hide the fact that Liam is no longer dying, just to keep the peace. Steffy finds out, goes ballistic, and takes off to Europe for several months while JMW is on maternity leave, as Steffy, after all, will be dealing with double deception.

Hope, OTOH, is so grateful and relieved that Liam is going to live, that Lope reunites.

Anything to keep Harter from reuniting. It doesn't appear that Thomas is coming back anytime soon -- if ever. 

As far as Pepe, who cares? I was hopeful from the preview that we'll soon see the last of her. Carter can go Beyond the Gates anytime now.

I had a similar thought during Liam and Finn's scenes today, that they'd find out Liam isn't dying, but keep it from the women for a while to get them to strengthen their relationship. Because both of their lives would be easier if Hope and Steffy were getting along.

Also, in my head, the subtext of Ridge's disbelief was that he knows his bitchass daughter never stops grinding her axes. You just know he was thinking "really? She hired Hope back? That doesn't sound like my daughter at all. I should talk to her mother, old whatshername, and see if she knows anything about this." 

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but we didn't see Pepe leave Carter's place during yesterday's show, right? I think we're going to see Hope and Carter get back together, unfortunately, but down the line, we're going to find out that he slept with Pepe last night. And he, of course, will not man up and tell Hope that. Pepe will probably go back to Paris and then show up in a few months or so pregnant with Carter's baby. My guess - Hope, since she's all about embracing life, and with Liam pushing her to commit to Carter, will agree when Carter proposes way too soon. Carter will fast track the wedding, because he's desperate to be married, and Pepe will interrupt the wedding with a visible baby bump. Right around the same time, Liam will get his miracle cure, and Hope will reunite with him.

Yesterday's show was all about deeply confused men. It started with Sludge acting like he just saw a bar of soap. It ended with Carter acting like he just saw Sludge looking a bar of soap. And in the middle were Finn and Liam, two perpetually confused men. Finn, smiling at Liam's death jokes and trying to figure out how to use his phone, and Liam with a band-aid stuck in his hair. No wonder he kept Dopey's hat on. 

But, praise be, Shtuffy changed her clothes. The 1980's are over, again.

The only bright spot in this show is Steffy and Hope finally getting along, now that Steffy, for once, is acting like a grown up and treating Hope with some modicum of respect.

I cannot with Pepe and Carter. Or with Hope entertaining reuniting with the dullard who cannot be alone for five seconds. I agree that we will see that Pepe and Carter did sleep together before he reunites with Hope and Pepe will get knocked up. All of which, I am fine with as I want these two off my screen asap.

I also cannot with Hobo being sanctimonious with Hope. What a boorish asshat.

Finally, what in the world with Finn acting as if Liam had a hangnail vs terminal brain cancer.

That's one of the hardest parts for me. Name calling, and especially the specific words he said, is unacceptable - particularly at one's place of work. Now Brooke is pathetically sliding into Ridge's office continuously begging him to take her back and to remember all of 'the good times,' even though he publicly demeaned her own daughter with those words. My "soulmate" would NOT be calling my daughter a B in front of me and her workmates. The fact that Ridge has not even a drop of remorse, nor does he seem to think he did anything wrong, is just beyond. But Brooke's gonna Brooke. 🙄 Forget her unfortunate daughters every single damn time, she's going to CHASE HER DESTINYYYYYY!!!

Yeah. That's something Brooke has never once uttered about his kids and she would be beyond justified after not just the animosity but genuinely illegal shit they've both pulled on her and her family.

Rick, I fully understand why Ridge would be done with him, but even when he came to his and Brooke's engagement party covered in Phoebe's blood he wasnt as absolutely foul towards him as he has been to Hope. Probably because Rick wouldn't hesitate to deck the shit outta him or take a page from Thorne's playbook--if I had a nickel for every brother of Ridge's that's shot him, I'd have two nickels. It isn't a lot but anyone else  holding that done would reconsider the life choices that led to half their siblings capping them in the ass.

Did Stuffy hear that Liam’s quality of life could be seriously compromised.  He could spend more time with his kids but didn’t Stuffy and Hope want to shield the kids from Liam’s condition?  I’m sure the kids would love to see Liam wasting away bedridden, throwing up, and shitting on himself.  Believe me, it’s a sight I wouldn’t wishing on my worst enemy.  It’s Liam’s decision and his decision only. Begging him to take chemo and radiation is a little bit selfish on her part. 

I thought it’s quite funny that Electra ask Daphne to develop a perfume that smells like diamonds or emeralds.  There is already a perfume called White Diamonds and a perfume called Emeraude and even called Diamonds and Emeralds.
