I'm hoping Sara and Thea get some scenes since she was used to kill her and they both went for a dip in the LP. Also because they seemed friendly from Sara's zombie party where Thea introduced her to Roy and Sin.

I tend to think that trying to make KC a place on the show had a ripple effect that did hurt the show pretty badly.  She's what turned Quentin stupid and into a creepy stalker.  So that wipes off the

Which is probably why some are expecting no scenes together to happen ;)

Sara and Thea not having any scenes together would be a ginormous story telling fail.

Exactly. I was expecting some more Sara and Nyssa scenes in S2, but instead Sara got tossed at a garbage in S3 and Nyssa had more screen time with Sara's sister. I fully expect the same treatment with Thea and Sara. I think Thea will be there for the resurrection and then never share a scene a with Sara again while she spends time talking to Laurel about Sara. Because that's how these writers roll with their storytelling.

Did I miss something, or did WM never mention "Laurel" by name in the sneak peek? (I only began to realize it mid-trailer, and I didn't bother to watch it again so I'm not 100% positive). In the Laurel thread, there were remarks that I found interesting about BC being more popular than Laurel is. They'd be even more interesting, then.

 

There were one or two throwaway mentions of her alter ego's name as part of the team (still doesn't work with me, sorry sooo not sorry)  in the middle of some Oliver, Felicity and Diggle galore, OTOH -and if it reflects the airtime this season I will be a very happy camper.

 

I have nothing but KC's many set pics in the mask to go on, but I have a hunch we're gonna see more of BC than Laurel, at least in the first nine episodes. Which is fine by me too, yes.

I really hope Thea and Sara do have some scenes together. Not only do they now have the shared experience of being in the LP, but they really need to talk about what happened. Thea might not have known what she was doing but she still shot those arrows into Sara's chest. There's story/character growth potential there.

I'm gonna go on a limb and say that LL is unable to maintain her balance this season between masked & unmasked life. She's gonna go full vigilante all the time. It's gonna duplicate OQ's spiral and laser focus into vigilantism in earlier seasons. That is why we are not getting a whole lot on her character growth. Once she resurrects SL, the rest is going to be all BC all the time. No need for any LI or any other character/plot arc. I wonder if she is even going to have a day job this year or if she will simply retire & just work the streets.

If these were different writers, they could make a really powerful and emotional scene with Thea/Sara. But of course they probably wont.

They were both alive in S2 and Laurel has now had more screentime with Sara's girlfriend then Sara had.

They didn't exactly have the greatest time in Season 2. Sara kidnapped her family, poisoned her sister, forced her to go back to the life she tried to run away from. Of course everyone has forgiven her for all those things, but they do have some issues to work out or well that we should've seen worked out.

Well, that goes without saying after s3 tbh. But I wonder if it even can be emotional/powerful when it sounds like Sara won't really be herself, at least not the Sara we once knew. 

 

I'm here for any Thea/Sara scenes though. That's a dangling plot point if ever I saw one.

Even if Sara is crazy when she comes out of the pit, having her see Thea that gives her constant flashbacks of Thea killing her, and Thea trying to reason to her would be a good start.

Echo posted a photo with BR. BR is in the ATOM suit. Some think DP was also looking dressed up in an Instagram pic (black and lacy like WH and KC).

Are we into the crossover yet?

RE : Less Laurel and More BC. There is a small MegaBuzz about the Lance sister relationship and the quote from WM makes me think this theory is correct.

I'm actually hoping Ray the Cane Toad dies on LoT so I can watch it.

 

Wishful thinking. I don't think they'd spend so much money on his ATOM suit just to kill him off. We can dream...

I'm hoping Ray is just Comic relief on LOT. BR said he loved the comedy and that's why he loves Ray so fingers crossed that he's just comic relief. I feel like the Felicity haters but I can't help it. I only enjoy Ray when he's comic relief or actually just when other characters or making fun of him....

So it seems Iris (semi expected but still) and Thea are largely missing from the actual crossover action. How wonderful. What purpose does Caitlin even serve?

 

Are they definitely filming a crossover?

It seems like the main Arrow cast will be in the cross over from Katie/EBR going picture crazy tonight. Though it could be for Arrows part of the cross over. Sadly no sight of Iris yet.

DP is good friends with KC so it's possible she was just on set hanging out.

If they are filming the crossover, I'm not sure why Caitlyn would be the only one from the Flash crew there. Unless others just ducked the camera. But this feels more like 'Emily post photos and get people talking' then just taking fun shots. Esp with DR posting the OTA pic. If that was the case though, I would think we would get more of the Flash.

I read that 4x07 filmed until 10/01. JB posted on Facebook he was on his way to Van City tonight.

I'm going with DP is just visiting the set, and the Gala is just the Arrow crew. However they are filming portions of the crossover per Echo's pic with ATOM.

Yeah, I'm not sure where all this crossover talk is coming from, the Arrow side is still filming 407, filming ends on 10/1.  They also start filming 408 on 10/1 so there might be some crossover between wrapping up 407 (2nd unit?) and starting 408 on Thursday but I say Tuesday filming is clearly Arrow 407.

 

I have no idea what Flash is filming but I don't expect all of the Arrow cast to appear in The Flash 208, since the whole point is to launch LoT; which means LoT cast will be the main focus of both Arrow/Flash episodes.   You'll have Arrow, Flash, most of  LoT (I'm thinking Jay Jackson will be missing from the team), Hawkman, Vandal Savage appearing and getting most of the screen time.  I actually don't expect to see supporting cast from Flash on Arrow or vise versa this time around.  Mostly because the crossover aspect will probably be the LoT team members and the leads.

I think people were confused because of DP/Caitlin being in some of the BTS pictures with the cast.

Oops.  Very sorry, guys.  I'm guessing this is directed at me.  Problem is that I don't necessarily read or post regularly anymore, so I didn't see the first few warnings about doing this.  Feel free to delete my posts if you need to.

This storyline would have made so much more sense to me if they had done it last season.  I don't even think there were any lawyer Laurel scenes last season, actually (could be wrong, though, skipped like half the episodes).

I'm legit expecting a couple of bottle episodes after the Winter break. The new Arrowcave pretty much BEGS for it, even.

I'm okay with this. Bottle episodes can be fun.

Laurel had some Lawyer scenes and IMO they were her best ones. All I'm getting for Laurel is redundant storylines. All about Sara / Closure ( S2 ) and the same superhero identity thing Oliver went thru and will be going tho.

She blocked Ray when he tried to report Oliver for being The Arrow. Which he found out while flying around in his supersuit. So, yeah, explain that one, bubba. It was a pretty sweet scene. There were also some of her physically attacking and/or threatening violence to people under arrest. Definitely during the Brick storyline, but I remember those less clearly.

Well last time they had Laurel unamused that Sara was alive and Laurel(well both sisters) was just in a very bad place. This year it may be Laurel who chooses to bring Sara back. So growth? The powers that be trying to fix the stupidness of Laurel angry that Sara was alive?
