Every time I see hot coals, I think about Fred Flintstone racing Turk Tarpit across them in The Jetsons Meet the Flintstones, and Fred almost burning his ass off in the process.  (Wilma's line after Fred won the race always slays me, though: "When you're hot, you're hot."  LOL.)

That's not autism. It's passive aggressive behavior so Ana has to make the call. That way he can blame her for it later. He did the same thing with the Detour choice last week.

Jonathan NEVER says "when I made the mistake and parked the car in the ditch."  He always acts like it was something that happened to them (well, more specifically to HIM).   If she does one thing wrong, he berates her constantly.  But when he costs them an hour?   

They are just being punished by bad luck.

TG that TAR by definition must be fast so can’t drag like survivor did. The walk on coal was a fast challenge so didn’t set tgem back too much. The Jordan water will be good on the fiery feet.

Yea, why didnt Ana & Johnathan put on bathing suits like the other teams?  They left on their shoes too, now they will be soaking wet the rest of the route.

I was a few minutes late, came in just as Alysa and Josiah got to the coals (before the commercial).  Did anyone track when the teams left the pit stop?  I'm curious as to how much time was between the teams.

Hot coals - mentally intimidating, but was quick and easy.
