Tzarina's a total shit stirrer, zero heed for her to get involved in the deck dynamics. She's also a horny pick me, constantly touching & hanging on all of the men. It's obnoxious.

...and  then there's Wihan. Jason should've sussed out his utter uselessness far earlier. I almost wish both Johnny & Harry would leave. I'd love to see Wihan work shorthanded. 

Finally, while I can sort of understand a drunk Alesha mistaking Wihan for Johnny in a dark cabin, Wihan most definitely heard her say "Johnny" twice & knew she wasn't looking for him. The way he invited her in & immediately pulled her clise was gross. He's just toxic. Don't even get me started on his 'older women' rant.

Well, we finally learn the cause of Johnny’s outburst. Wihan is completely responsible for not speaking up when Alecia mistook him for Johnny. Tzarina is responsible for stirring the pot with the deck crew. She really is a piece of work, climbing all over Wihan one minute and throwing him under the bus the next.

I don't like seeing Harry cry either.  Both he and Johnny are solid deckhands.  Adair needs to be supervised and Wihan needs to be fired.  

I agree with others who are saying that Tzarina is a shit stirrer.  She is so desperate for Wihan that she's setting bombs off everywhere.  

I don't agree with Lara keeping Marina in housekeeping.  She (Lara) is very fortunate that she has two good stews and she should be alternating them. 

Alecia must have been next level drunk to think Wihan was Johnny - but Wihan clearly knew what he was doing.  He's disgusting.  Totally Team Johnny on this one.  

Would be interesting to see both Johnny and Harry walk off next morning.  Can't imagine they would do that without telling Jason why - and with all roads leading to Wihan, surely Jason would give Wihan his ticket home.

Yeah. I don't know if she's doing this deliberately or if she's just that stupid. First she asks Johnny what he thinks about Harry then she runs to Harry to tell him what Johnny said about him. Is she working as a double agent so she can find out what Johnny and Wihan are saying about him? Or is she just sloppy and stupid? 

Johnny's the one who told Wihan the reason Lara is mad at him is because of stuff Harry has told her. Where did Johnny get that idea? From Tzarina? 

As for Wihan, he just doesn't seem very bright. That "date" with Adair was painful to watch, I can't imagine how interminable it must have been for Adair to actually sit through it. And the way Wihan just kept telling Harry "You know what you did, I'm not going to say it" suggests he doesn't, in fact, really know anything but has some vague idea Harry is bad-mouthing him.

Wihan is disgusting. What he did to Alesia is so wrong. She said Johnny at least twice. He heard her and instead pulled her close to him. He makes me sick to my stomach. I think production should have jumped in and stopped him and he should be off the boat.

I think Alesia was drunk and doesn't know she said Johnny. If she sees it now I think she would feel some kind of way and would not have let Wihan off the hook.

Indeed!  Her reaction reminded me of some corporate dinners I was forced to attend.  Smile and nod and it will be over soon.  Horndog is still technically her boss. 

Worst was once with my boss, my boss's boss, and our biggest customer who got in a fight with the waiter about whether it was black tea or green tea when the man obviously didn't speak English. I wanted to crawl under the table.  We were the only white people in the room of this Chinese place in SFO, so I knew the food would be excellent and it was.

So will Harry and Johnny both walk?  Would be hilarious, Jason stuck with Wooboy.

 

Seeing WWHL, he won't be getting any from Lara

Harry was on WWHL a few weeks ago and seemed fine, so I'm hopeful.

Exactly, it's never up to the captain to throw a cast member off the show.

It's not firing  a worker off the boat, it's throwing someone off the show and that is mostly up to the producers, not the captain, who's a cast member himself.

I would say Alesia climbing up to Wihan's bed because she was drunkenly confused is fake but she was wearing skimpy clothes, either panties only or maybe shorts with nothing underneath?

She said she just wanted to cuddle a bit, nothing more.  And she was looking at his bed, which is opposite Wihan's bed, which is  an upper bunk that she had to climb up.

So her "confusion" may be fake but she was dressed like it might lead to more than cuddling, though why would it, since they wouldn't have complete privacy in there.

Adair really didn't look too enthusiastic about the date, like it was something she was tasked with.  So Wihan couldn't read her?  She's not  interested, though she's hugging him, even though apparently it's so hot and humid, she couldn't wait to take off her white shirt that the crew wears when the guests depart.

The thing with the breakfast was ridiculous.  They put out a lot of hot dishes, some of which takes time to prepare.  The guests said 10:30 and then they change their minds.  Meanwhile, a lot of stuff had been prepared and would have to be eaten or would not be as appetizing if it went cold.

I really don't want to sound like I'm defending Wihan, as his opportunistic grope of Alesia pretty much obliterated any redeeming qualities he might have had. That being said, I think his older women comment was merely lazy and contextual. He's too cowardly to attack Lara directly, but he might be on to something in perceiving that everything about her conduct is shaped by the fact that nobody on the boat considers her to be a sexual being at this point. Even Tzarina gets more attention than she does, and that's not something you'd think any young man would provide Tzarina with while the cameras are rolling.

I think I have whiplash from all of the back and forth from this episode.

What the hell, Tsarina?  Desperation is never a good look, and neither is gossiping from both sides of the fence.

What the hell, Johnny?  Why are you throwing Harry under the bus?  Are you that drunk?  Harry, from what has been shown, is doing a lot of the deck work so far, and he's always willing to learn and work.  Regarding the cleanup after the foam party, it was clearly too much for one person on nights (Johnny) to handle.  Wihan should have stepped up and assisted, or gotten up at the end of Johnny's shift to see what progress had been made, and then, you know, done his effing job for once and course-corrected at that point to avoid deck cleaning during breakfast service.

What the hell, Wihan?  You're one of the most DISGUSTING people to ever appear in the entire Below Deck franchise, EVER.  And yes, I'm thinking of Luke's attempted SA on a very passed out stew, also on BDDU.  That's why I said "one of the most."  Everyone has already said everything that's wrong with Wihan, except that when Tsarina went in for a whatever with Wihan, he was holding his dick in his hand.  T said "put that away" and Harry saw it as well.  This joker needs to get gone very soon.

You're entitled to your opinion, as we all are, but Wihan's comment is the only one of his actions that doesn't seem lazy to me.  He's just a fuckwit, plain and simple, who believes he's God's gift to women.  

So because Lara isn't hooking up with anyone or drunkenly jumping on their jock, she's not considered a sexual being?  What kind of comment is that?  Frankly, outside of Jason, she is the only crew member acting with straight up professionalism because she's not looking to hook up on a six-week charter season.  If Wihan feels that Lara isn't a sexual being, it's likely because she isn't interested in him or attracted in the least and he's intimidated by her for exactly those reasons.  

The only reason Tzarina gets more attention is because she's needy, desperate and thirsty as hell and despite her talking smack about Wihan, would jump on for a ride in a hot second.

Pushing breakfast back a half hour IS doable, if given enough time in advance.  It is NOT doable when the plates are literally being carried up to the table at the appointed time.  Lara should have realized it was too late to change the schedule and made a different suggestion, such as serving those who were ready and having a second seating for the late guest.

If I had to clean up after a foam party, I would have taken care of some odd jobs around the other parts of the ship (spot cleaning under table, for example) and let some of the foam dissipate before attacking it.  I think I would have used a broom first to get it to a manageable amount and then spray the rest.  However, I sure wish more people had spoken up on Johnny's behalf- he tried to clean it up, staying past his shift ending time.

I think Johnny and Harry got thrown under the bus by Wihan for the various tasks that did not get done after the foam party. I think they both did what they could during their respected work times. Neither of them were just sitting around. I could be misremembering, but I thought one of the points that got lost after the foam party was that Wihan was up early the next morning, but was in the crew mess and not actually working. If he had been on deck maybe he would have seen some of the problems and fixed them before the guests were about to eat. Also, when Johnny talked to Wihan in the morning he told him that he only got through one-third of the sun deck and forgot to write it on the board for Harry, but he just wants to blame Harry and to a lesser extent Johnny.

Was Harry at the foam party or was he sleeping, because he had the early shift? Wihan saw how much foam there was and could have helped Johnny attack it more before going to bed.

What Wihan did was attempted sexual assault (like on Season 2 of BDDU). He would continue if Alesa didn't leave because Johnny came into the cabin. I hope he faces the consequences of his actions.

Jason needs to handle business. Wihan should have been demoted immediately when he tattled and threw his crew under the bus to Jason. He also should have been harsher with Marina who had no business speaking to him like that. 

That Tzarina is pure trash. She is constantly throwing herself onto the guys laps and holding them. It’s gross to watch and she’s gross! She begs Johnny for attention when he just wants to see Alesia and later that night throws him under the bus to goofy Harry to get him upset. She gets Goofy crying and Tzarina cradles him and practically rubs herself on him. It was creepy and disturbing. She is coming off like a predator and should be fired.

Wihan is an idiot. Why any of the women are giving him the time of day is beyond me. He’s not nearly as handsome as he thinks he is and short. Older women don’t  care what you think and don’t want no short short man you stupid moron. Wihan the Moron.

Could Harry be any more of a loser wimp? He has the balls to get mouthy on the radio to Moron, but then breaks down like a big goofy baby among the ladies? Why did they have to usher Goofy off to a guest suite? That’s bullshit.

Poor Johnny! The only one working. He’s trying to rein in Moron but doesn’t realize he’s too dumb to know someone is trying to help him. Tzarina was a real asshole for badmouthing Johnny to Goofy causing more issues with the deck crew.

Wihan the Moron should have stopped Alesia. Speak up dude, you know Johnny really likes her. 
Did she really mistake Moron for Johnny? Wihan is a little puny thing and Johnny is a tall man with a beard. I’m not a hundred percent sure she didn’t know.  However, Wihan knew and should have stopped her immediately instead of welcoming her.

Johnny was upset because he asked Wihan not to go after Alesa, and Wihan did exactly this. He also tried to defend him (not an easy thing) to the crew.

I'm going to agree with @SunshineOnMe who suggested that she probably thought she was teasing/joking since he'd joked about her birthday the previous day and had just made a semi-humorous remark to her. 

 I know I definitely spent some  time in my teens and 20s saying something I intended to be humorous or friendly that I had to apologize for a few minutes later.

At the beginning of the season I felt a bit bad for Tzarina. She seemed into being a chef and was saddled with that immature ego ridden Anthony as a sous chef. She also seemed sensitive to criticism from Anthony. For her to manipulate goofy Harry who crumbled like a baby was shitty. She’s a shitty person and I wish they’d bring Anthony back to treat her like shit.

Yep. The editors do a very good job showing us what a liar Wihan is. As he's explaining how busy he was, the editors give us a flashback of that morning showing him standing around in the galley talking to Marina or whoever.

I wonder if they have to pay Joao for using footage of him from last season. Usually on TV shows if they use pre-existing footage of an actor in a season they're not in they need to get their permission and/or pay them. But seeing as this is reality TV maybe there's something in their contracts that allows them to use the footage whenever.

Watching Wihan this season has been simultaneously riveting and uncomfortable because we are witnessing how a toxic narcissist can upend and destroy the wellbeing of an entire group. I am not a trained psychologist or clinician, but, damn, Wihan displays the arrogance, entitlement, desperate need for attention, and a complete lack of empathy that gets us started on narcissistic spectrum. Others have mentioned in past episode threads that he may not be very bright because he can’t seem to remember anything or focus on what people tell him I don’t think it’s a question of intelligence, rather, I think it’s a question of Wiihan just not giving a damn what other people have to say. It’s not important to him, so he can’t be bothered to remember. He accepts responsibility for nothing and is always blaming others for his mistakes. He runs to Jason to complain about how Lara was disrespectful, demanding respect and giving none. He projects his own laziness and lack of initiative on to Harry, constantly picking on him. 

What really brought it home for me in this episode was how he gaslit Harry by threatening to fire him if he doesn’t stop doing what he’s doing, but refusing to tell Harry  what it was - saying “ You know what you’re doing.” He also has no respect for boundaries after what he did with Alesia. And then  he had the unmitigated gall to play dumb with Johnnie. It takes a real asshole to drive two people to tears and rage in one night, particularly two easygoing guys, one of whom seems to like you. It’s fascinating for all the wrong reasons to see in real time just how destructive one toxic person can be. 

And in the subject of toxicity, whoever called Harry a wimp for breaking down is just contributing to the attitude that promotes toxic masculinity. Men ahould be allowed to have feelings and express them without being shamed. Shaming men for showing vulnerability and expressing their frustrations is what helps to create more Andrew Tates and mass shooters. The world needs more Harrys.

Watching Wihan this season has been simultaneously riveting and uncomfortable because we are witnessing how a toxic narcissist can upend and destroy the wellbeing of an entire group. I am not a trained psychologist or clinician, but, damn, Wihan displays the arrogance, entitlement, desperate need for attention, and a complete lack of empathy that gets us started on narcissistic spectrum. Others have mentioned in past episode threads that he may not be very bright because he can’t seem to remember anything or focus on what people tell him I don’t think it’s a question of intelligence, rather, I think it’s a question of Wiihan just not giving a damn what other people have to say. It’s not important to him, so he can’t be bothered to remember. He accepts responsibility for nothing and is always blaming others for his mistakes. He runs to Jason to complain about how Lara was disrespectful, demanding respect and giving none. He projects his own laziness and lack of initiative on to Harry, constantly picking on him. 

What really brought it home for me in this episode was how he gaslit Harry by threatening to fire him if he doesn’t stop doing what he’s doing, but refusing to tell Harry  what it was - saying “ You know what you’re doing.” He also has no respect for boundaries after what he did with Alesia. And then  he had the unmitigated gall to play dumb with Johnnie. It takes a real asshole to drive two people to tears and rage in one night, particularly two easygoing guys, one of whom seems to like you. It’s fascinating for all the wrong reasons to see in real time just how destructive one toxic person can be. 

And in the subject of toxicity, whoever called Harry a wimp for breaking down is just contributing to the attitude that promotes toxic masculinity. Men ahould be allowed to have feelings and express them without being shamed. Shaming men for showing vulnerability and expressing their frustrations is what helps to create more Andrew Tates and mass shooters. The world needs more Harrys.

He was giving her an excuse to rub herself all over him like a horny old lady. Both are gross and disgusting. Lara had no business joining in on the Harry pity party. If he was doing his job instead of milking the thumb injury as an excuse to be one of the girls, maybe he wouldn’t be in the position he’s in. Allowing that pig Tzarina to gaslight him and him falling for it like an idiot. And how hard can it be to stand up to little Wihan the moron? He’s a short lazy little fuck. Harry should have jacked his ass up.

Usually on TV shows if they use pre-existing footage of an actor in a season they're not in they need to get their permission and/or pay them. But seeing as this is reality TV maybe there's something in their contracts that allows them to use the footage whenever.

They should bring Joao back although it’s late in the season for that. Jason needs to get his boat in order. Fire Moron and forbid the horny chef from propositioning everything with a penis.

He walks around with Adair like they are charter guests instead of deck crew. At least she seems to be over him. Not that she ever really liked him. I think she feigned interest in him so she could stand around being lazy.

And Harry has actually been pushing back against Wihan. Most recently, he told him he did not like his tone on the radio and asked him not to do it again. There have been other times when Harry has pushed back as well in a friendly, easy going way. And let’s be honest, how hard can a subordinate push back  on his superior in a yachting environment? Additionally, Harry has been the only one to “man up” and work diligently through having  a seriously wounded thumb. We don’t see him pissing and moaning about it, but we do see Wihan whining an awful lot about how much his feet hurt and how tired he is. And on top of all that, Harry got the girl who happens to be a professional model. He is also well liked and respected by everyone else on the boat. Not too shabby for a wimp. 😉  Maybe Harry is actually the alpha male flying under the radar. 😘

I’m not a dude I am a woman. I think it’s fine for men to have feelings and even cry but at work, when the bosun is a stupid pissant, it’s better to show one’s strong side.

You made some good points about Harry on the job with Wihan. What I thought was a turnoff was the bawling and allowing that pig Tzarina cradle him when you know the horn dog was getting her jollies.

I agree in theory.  However, factor in exhaustion and continuous mental assaults while trying one's hardest to measure up to expectations of a bad supervisor is almost impossible to attain.
