ShadowHunter December 10, 2024 Share December 10, 2024 I actually think Critics Choice had better TV nominations. I knew Interview with the Vampire getting a Globe nom was nearly impossible but it would have been nice. I continue to think The Bear is overrated. I have been enjoying The Day of the Jackal so glad to see it get some love. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151026-the-82nd-golden-globe-awards-2025/#findComment-8529511
blackwing December 11, 2024 Share December 11, 2024 I'm glad to see that The Day of the Jackal and Eddie Redmayne got nominated. But how did Billy Bob Thornton get nominated for "Landman"? Didn't the show just premiere like a week or two before nominations got announced? Presumably the producers submitted screening episodes, but he can get a nomination just based off of one episode of a new show? If he could get a nomination, I'm disappointed that Kelly Reilly didn't get a nomination for "Yellowstone", which also had a November premiere for its final season. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151026-the-82nd-golden-globe-awards-2025/#findComment-8530089

The HFPA, or whatever they're calling themselves now, simply wanted to get Billy Bob and Angelina in the same room. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151026-the-82nd-golden-globe-awards-2025/#findComment-8530113

ShadowHunter January 5 Share January 5 I don't love the orange dress Karla Sofia Gasoon is wearing. That color is very hit or miss as is. Cooper Koch is a sweetie. Thumper January 6 Share January 6 I’m not familiar with Zuri Hall, but I think she is doing well. She seems well-prepared but relaxed in her interview style. I don’t feel anxious watching her, as I have been with some people who do the red carpet interviews. Demi Moore looked good!
