ShadowHunter December 10 Share December 10 I actually think Critics Choice had better TV nominations. I knew Interview with the Vampire getting a Globe nom was nearly impossible but it would have been nice. I continue to think The Bear is overrated. I have been enjoying The Day of the Jackal so glad to see it get some love. Link to comment
blackwing December 11 Share December 11 I'm glad to see that The Day of the Jackal and Eddie Redmayne got nominated. But how did Billy Bob Thornton get nominated for "Landman"? Didn't the show just premiere like a week or two before nominations got announced? Presumably the producers submitted screening episodes, but he can get a nomination just based off of one episode of a new show? If he could get a nomination, I'm disappointed that Kelly Reilly didn't get a nomination for "Yellowstone", which also had a November premiere for its final season. Link to comment

The HFPA, or whatever they're calling themselves now, simply wanted to get Billy Bob and Angelina in the same room. Link to comment
