His mom cries about him killing himself, but she's the one who cooked mounds of cheese covered, greasy food.  

William was flipping burgers, so it's not Chick-Fil-A, but it's next door to WhataBurger.    

Losing 12 lbs in 3 months is not much of an effort.  

That smoothie isn't on Dr. Now's diet either, and cheese on your eggs isn't either, and that sausage is too greasy.   Mom may be saying the right things, but she's still enabling him. 

Maybe suspenders would be a good idea, before he loses his pants.  

month 3 or 4 580, month 6--- 598.7, Dr. Now will go full enraged Gerbil on William.   Another one who blames the poor scale being broken for their gain.   The man who was just boasting about pizza, and lots of soda is blaming the scale?  I bet Dr. Now had that footage played for him before William left the waiting room.

That breakfast is a normal breakfast for a 200-pound man employed in a physically demanding job.  Not for him.

And he is already 'I don't care what anyone else says, any weight loss is good!'  He won't do well, he obviously loves soda more than everything else.  ANd sees no future for himself other than blissfully drowning in soda from the inside out.

I downloaded the diet once. Its very restrictive. Basically eggs and dry toast. Meat and veg for lunch and dinner. You can have one small turkey breakfast sausage. No fruit no cheese

His diet is for bariatric patients. Its not meant to be long term. Its for rapid weight loss before and after surgery
