Let me indulge in some math here.

In the preview, Sarper says he has had sex with about 2,500 women. I think he's 41 years old. If he started early, say at 16, that works out to an average of about 100 different women a year or a different one roughly (no pun intended) every three days. Really?

Hell, I would be impressed if someone just met 100 different women (or men) each year and had a conversation with them.

I guess if he goes out on Friday and Saturday and brings  home someone different from the bar each time that’s  2 x 50 = 100 (omitting two weeks for vacation, illness, etc.).  And maybe some weeks he goes out on a week night.  Maybe he also has attended orgies or swinger parties where he has sex with more than one woman the same day.

I was watching that cheesy Secrets of Playboy show on A&E and even the elderly Hef claimed only 1000 partners.  But he was married a couple times and when he had the seven girlfriends that probably was enough to not add many new women during those years.

I’ve always figured male prostitutes are at a disadvantage because of the refractory period.  Can’t really stack clients.  Unless they are bottoms I guess.

i was about to agree with you Gobi but if he is in some tourist area then theoretically yes he could have slept with that many women.

I know alot of Greek men back in Greece who just pickup tourist women left right and centre. Different girl every night/week/etc.

I don't buy that she will be moving to Turkey permanently.  This is all for boosting both of their IGs.

Somebody just unearthed a document that shows Shekinah appears to be in some kind of custody battle with her "daughter in boarding school's" father, TJ Slaughter a former pro football player turned actor.

So on this week’s episode they said the 70-year-old guy is the dad of the girl in boarding school.  So I wonder if she had even more kids with the NFL player or people are just confused.  Could she be leaving behind multiple kids to move in with Sarper?

Sorry, I guess the article I saw referred to a different Shekinah's custody battle. I did the math. She said she met "Berto" when she was 23 and he was 27 years older which would make him 50 at the time. Now Sophia is 15 so he's mid 60s.

If she is 41 he is 68 I guess.

That’s the thing with these age gaps.  As the elder one gets older it becomes more noticeable.  Nick Viall is 42 and his pregnant fiancée is 24.  Maybe to her he still looks youngish now but let’s check back in when she is 52 and he is 70.

I think the opposite. Assuming people stay healthy, I can see a 52 year old and a 70yrs old having things in common, and while the 52 yrs old looks younger, not drastically so. 
 

24 and 42 are as different as night and day in looks and life experience. 
 

Same thing with 70 and 88. At the beginning of life and the end of life those years matter more, middle years not so much.

I was talking about attractiveness not what they have in common.  I think a 24-year-old is more likely to lust for a 42-year-old than a 52-year-old will feel any physical attraction for a 70-year-old.

I was talking about attractiveness too, I think we just disagree. In a heteronormative frame work the 24yrs old woman has access to other 24yrs old men, which on an attraction level will out compete the 42 yrs old men every time. Depending on health and activity level, 52 isn’t so far away from 70 in attractiveness. 24 is always far from 42 (even if the 42 is fit and attractive because 90% of the 24yrs olds are fit and attractive).

Oh I totally think she is with Nick for his money and D list fame.  But I guess to me attractiveness is do I want to sleep with that person and unless I am also 70 the answer is no whereas when I was in my 20s I found people in their 40s to be within the attractive group.
