At SUR - you will see Jeremiah - he is the producer who stood near Raquel when she walked onto the set for the reunion and also the person who told Raquel is was time to leave when she and Tom were laughing where she changed and also the person asking Raquel those questions in the last 5 minutes of Reunion Part 3

Note the party at SUR and the part at Elaine's aren't on the same night

Elaine's house is the last half of the video.

Plus I looked through the footage - no video of James at the Canyon Club - Raquel is a dirty dirt bag skanky whore and a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR

It worked when they all actually worked at SUR or one of her other properties. Bravo didn't split it into 2 shows - I'm sure what ever sway LVP had, she didn't want the split. The cast members were truly friends, it was organic. Had Venderpump Rules casted a new set of people who worked in the restaurant, it would have failed. I think LVP still has influence, because if you notice - they really don't show what most of the cast do in real life - i.e. Scheana working with Brock - showing her daughter. Even scenes they've shown of Something About Her get about 1/10 of airtime compared to one scene at SUR.

Raquel doesn't even work at SUR. Raquel lived at Scheana's during filming because she can't afford to rent an apartment in California. It looks like she works at SUR because LVP gets the free publicity.

I get Bravos decision, a separate show about the OG's real lives - even though I would watch, wouldn't get the ratings. Two shows would fail.

We're stuck with LVP. There were a few times at the reunion, I felt bad for LVP - it was like looking at adults screaming at their Nana.

It sounds like the show had the same magic that Shahs did for awhile. Organic storylines with actual friends are more entertaining than casting random people.

I like snarking about LVP, so I'm not mad either.

You know, Charli is an actress, and she was cast on the show. She doesn't really work at SUR either.

If you talk about the OG's - they all worked at one of LVP's restaurants for real. Once the show got popular, they couldn't work anymore. The cast members got mobbed and it was too dangerous for them to be there. I think they still pretended to work there a few more seasons - and they would close the set to film on those days

It was so wild I mentioned it in a response. They just played a clip of Ariana confessing to Tom about how much she misses her dad on her birthday, and wants Tom to be there for her. Then Tom says, “I’ll be here for you forever, but this weekend the guys and I are going to the desert to destroy stuff.”

 All the signs of assholery were on full display even then.

This is when the shine came off of Sandoval's new penny for me...  Like, man, bulldozers are still in Vegas now.  Like, dude, Vegas is 6 hrs away, man.  *skint eyes tightly*

Sigh.  I was over the show and not watching until I saw the breaking news.  I won't be back for next season, because I can't even look at Tim.  He's greasy and gross.  Rachel has always been a non-interest to me.  I'll still check in here because it's honestly more fun watching your responses to the show than the show itself!

You know when the hairs go up at the back of your neck, or antennas literally pop up straight from your head? I had a few of those moments with Sandoval, but pushed them aside because I liked Ariana.

When Kristen was on, she kind of scared me, but the one thing I always thought was as crazy as she is - she doesn't lie - so when she said what she said about Miami Girl - I believed her.

What we have is a veritable self centered nut job, her “mental health” issues fully predate anything Ariana said for a few hours. She’s very aggressive about her desires. In fact I had read that her parents had wanted her to seek help for her mental health issues halfway through the season. Perhaps they became aware of what was transpiring w Sandoval. I don’t remember where I read it. 

If she is getting help and addressing her issues, that would be a good thing. But seems like in her upbringing she missed out on the right from wrong lesson.

Raquel worked at Sur. There were photos of her on the main page of the SUR website which were taken down after Scandoval. I posted screenshots I saw online of the pre and post Scandoval photos. As for the rest of the cast, they didn't have to work as servers anymore for far less than minimum wage plus tips when they were earning a lot from the show, endorsements, podcasts, etc.

The reality star added the comment had "nothing to do" with Madix's body, but rather how "unenthusiastic" she was toward the end of their relationship. As Sandoval explained, he meant it as "if somebody wanted to have sex with me and I just unzipped my zipper and said, 'Oh, hurry up.'"

Found it interesting that she says she hates lying so very much since people don’t ordinarily hate doing the things they are so good at. Ahem.

From reading around, I expected Lisa to be wildly defending Sandy and Rach. Did not see that at all. At some point, not even sure if it was this episode tbh, but at some point she did say something like she hoped people would be able to have compassion and forgive. Lovely sentiment, but way too soon. When someone has been betrayed like Ariana was, a “hope” like that, at that time, comes across as minimizing. 
 

I don’t see what any of this had to do with Lala, so why she was talking so much, and why she was permitted to interrupt so much is beyond me. It’s like she was starting to feel guilty about how horrible she was to Raquel in prior seasons, then she found this out and just doubled down. Rachel’s terrible behavior doesn’t absolve Lala of hers. Scheana, who befriended and took in, and supported defended lying Rachel, had much more of a right to be pissed, imo. I found LVP gave Raquel more guff than Sandy. She is protecting Sandy because she is protecting TomTom. This is about business for her, not about the cast as people.

As for her forgiveness and compassion speech - I so wished that someone brought up Lucy Lucy and selling stories to the tabloids. Ask LVP, if she's forgiven Kyle and Dorit. Ask her if those things from RHBH are worse than your partner sticking his dick in your friends vagina.

Exactly! Maybe some of the others had some nerve to go in on Raquel as much as they did, but Ariana was understandably deeply hurt.

I started thinking about the other times Raquel has cried.

I remember her sobbing about her botched nose job.

I remember her sobbing about aging out of pageants (but she never even placed)

In the last 5 minutes, we see tears from Raquel. I didn’t see those tears as guilt for what she did, or tears of regret for hurting people. I interpreted the tears as, time to go into victim mode. I’m going to cry now and turn myself into Squeaky Fromme and Tom into Charles Manson.

How genuine were those tears, when she is conscious enough to keep dabbing under her eyes with the crooks of her fingers so that she doesn’t ruin her makeup?

Now if you want to see genuine tears, let's see her face when Bravo doesn't offer her a contract for season 11.

Looking at the scene where Schwartz cries about Katie dating, and Schwartz crying in Tom’s apartment when they find his old wedding towel, you feel bad for him.

Then you think back to the reunion, and Schwartz is defending Jo – saying how beautiful she is, how she is such a good person, how Katie needs to stop talking about her on social media.

When I heard him saying those things, I realized he has never spoken about Katie in a positive light, the woman he was with for 12 years, but he just did about a woman he had a “situationship” with.

They were there and describe what they witnessed. They also describe the various fittings in their boutique where Raquel attended and how she didn't interact or seem to give a shit. Start at the 23 minute mark

I forever notice that with all the female reality castmates (stars? no lol), the tears are always addressed immediately so so so carefully with tissues or fingers and miracle of miracle no make up runs.  EVER.    I know about water proof make up but trust me- if I rub my eyes or cry or my eyes water, I have a totally different experience. I notice this ALL the time . I know for me, my eyes also get red when I cry or the eyes water. 

Maybe I should be on reality tv so I'll have none of these annoyances.

Couldn't help but had to comment on the crying and tears.

This is a video of Pol & Patrick interviewing Scheana & Brock. Note this took place around the first week of April. On the show, the wedding episodes are airing. In real life Scheana has already taped the reunion, and she went to court on the bogus Rachel charges. This interview also took place before the one above with Heather.

They discuss the wedding, the reunion looks, and behind the scenes stuff. Very interesting stuff.

I love Pol's commenting about Rachel/Raquel - he said something like this is not dead naming, please don't be dragging the LGBTQ community into your shit - we don't want you.

The other day, LVP's comments at the end about forgiveness and compassion. I mentioned how LVP still hasn't forgiven Kyle and Dorit from years ago, for things no where near as serious for what the VPR cast have gone through because of Pornstache and SkankHo

LVP from the video above says she knows Ariana won’t have anything to do with Tom, but Scheana had a 14 year relationship with him as a friend.

Was LVP not at the reunion? Did she not hear Ariana say that she would not be friends with anyone that was friends with Sandoval? Was LVP not there, when Tom chimed in and lied about the night of March 1st saying he heard Scheana say she punched Raquel? Ariana, totally laid out how he lied and he wasn’t on the phone. Was LVP not there when Ariana said that Tom said that he didn’t give a crap about Scheana and they were never friends? Scheana was very clear, she is done with Tom.

Why is she so keen on a conversation between Scheana and Sandoval? Is it for the show and ratings? Is it because she knows the only other person that will film with Tom is his side kick?

LVP claimed she was like a parent that watched all of her children pile on top of one child. She just wanted to get them all off the one child. Well, then why the fuck are you trying to foist said child upon all of the other kids again?

Surely you're aware that Scheana was not allowed to be there while Rachel was there, so she literally could not have confronted Rachel. Shitty people deserve to be confronted and told they're acting shitty. I'm not going to be mad at Lala for saying true things.

 I was referring to the amount of talking Lala was doing. She and her almost non stop talking took up a lot of the 1.25 hours of the show.

Tom was clearly telling the truth about that phone call and what he heard. Scheana just about shit herself, waiting for whatever he was gonna say, knowing damn well she said it. And then when he said it she pounced like an animal. Of course she was in defense mode, worried about the upcoming court crap (which was all ridiculous), but I don’t doubt for a minute Tom was speaking the truth in that moment.

Lala and Scheana are mothers of young girls. They should do better. Their outbursts on this show, no matter how hurt they were (and really, do either of them give a crap about anyone else to really justify their reactions), are disgraceful. Will they show this reunion to their daughters one day and say “aren’t you proud of mommy and how I used my words to destroy another woman in public”.

Watching some old seasons over the last few weeks and leading up to this reunion makes me chuckle at the outrage of these people. To sum it up cheating is okay as long as you aren’t a close friend. Lala enjoyed fat shaming and denying that she was banging a married man. James is a belligerent drunk. Katie was a nagging shrew. Sheana’s intro was being the side piece of Eddie Cibrian and pretending to be sad about it. Ariana probably was the best of the bunch but that’s a low bar. Even she started with Sandoval before he was free of his girlfriend at the time Kristin. There was no need for the pile on. What Tom and Raquel did was none of Lala, James, Sheana  or Katie’s business.

The most frustrating thing about Scandoval for me is the way Lala/Scheana/Katie/James/Ariana think they're good people now with the sole explanation "I'm not Tom or Raquel."

They are literally all the worst.

If you look at Raquel’s Instagram, there are few, if any, photos of friends who are not Vanderpump Rules cast members, or friends of VPR cast members.

She has sent letters and postcards (“This lightning bolt made me think of you”) to Sandoval and Ariana’s house. Ariana saw them. 
 

She brought flowers to Ariana, because Charlotte had just died, but felt comfortable joking around with Sandoval that they haven’t seen each other in so long, she’s unrecognizable, when, ten hours earlier, they were talking intimately with one another (and we strongly suspect had sex).

She asked Ariana, on camera, questions about her sex life with Sandoval. Then “cried” and hugged Ariana, because they both are self-conscious about their bodies.

When The In Crowd invited Raquel to an event many seasons ago, but did not invite James, who was her boyfriend, Raquel wanted to attend, without him. 

She scolded James that his verbal abuse of cast members was affecting how they were treating her. 
 

She claimed to want to be an occupational therapist because she thought that would please the pageant judges. As soon as she aged out of pageants, she started working at SUR. 
 

I would not trust Raquel to spend time with my significant other.

Sandoval is a delusional predator. I truly don’t believe he was always THIS bad. 
 

I think Raquel’s parents should have supervised and should be supervising her much more. If she is in fact developmentally delayed, someone needs to protect her.

I feel like her parents do try to do that (ie her Dad picking her up from reunions instead of hopping into a T&LC like everyone else) but we're not going to see much of it- and without a guardianship which is really hard to qualify for if someone's not an imminent danger to themselves/others their hands are going to be tied. For all intents and purposes, she's an adult.    

Ariana and Scheana (her two "friends") both refer to her as someone they took care of, took in, etc.  When have we ever heard them say "Raquel was really there for me when _____ happened" or "Raquel got me through some tough times", never) I genuinely believe that Scheana/Ariana/James wanted to take care of her and knew her limitations, (James even stopped drinking for her, wanted to marry her and take care of her like he couldn't take care of his mom...) but now their feelings of betrayal and their anger have blinded them to what they knew about her all along. 

She's a person who needs to be taken care of.  It seems like everyone knows this (even though Lala and Katie have both hated her from the jump, they are both quick to announce that nothing is going on upstairs at any opportunity because they're two evil hags.) 

Tom Sandoval decided "This is a great person for me to fuck behind Ariana's back.  Then I'll tell her to lie about it to the whole world and everyone she knows, because if she ever turns on me she doesn't have the bandwidth to defend herself, and everyone else who would have defended her will be directly hurt and hate her." 

There isn't a cliff short enough for Tom to talk a long walk off of, for me.

I found it really sad too. :( I’m sure Raquel has some sense of right and wrong, but she also sounds super easy to manipulate. 

I was a smart kid who did very well in class, but I still had anxiety about raising my hand. I’m surprised Raquel managed to participate in pageantry, because it’s not like modeling where it’s all about looks. You have to speak well and be ready to answer all sorts of questions.
