Sutton often shows a lack of empathy, and is focused on appearances - she may be healthier and happier if she went “no contact” from the nasty narcissist who gave birth to her. She said that she didn't need the storefront anymore, items would be available online, and they would be shipped from her warehouse in Houston. This new concept is exactly the opposite of what the boutique represented.
