Probably most viewers assume though that Lily will be coupled with either Damian or Holden since she's been single for a long time by soap standards. I'd prefer Holden for Lily, and a Nate/Audra/Damian love triangle.

I'm confused by the references to "heir." All of Victor's children and grandchildren* are his heirs unless he disinherits them. Was the meaning to be read as "heir to the throne"? 

If so, I agree that at one time the heir to the NE throne was Victoria. But Victor used to say that young Faith was as smart as a whip and she'd be running his empire one day. I wondered if that would lead to Faith and Victoria fighting for control, especially since SORASed Faith is now getting an excellent business degree at UMichigan. (But poor Faith may end up finishing her schooling at GCU if Sharon doesn't stop being a whackadoodle.)

Then there's Adam with his Harvard MBA, while allegedly Claire has an Ivy League MBA** too. Claire's already let Adam know they won't be teaming up. She doesn't need Adam's help.

*Today Summer made a huge point of telling Claire how Victor immediately accepted Harrison as his great-grandson. This apparently happened after Summer claims to have adopted Harrison despite the existence of Tara. 🙄

**Information about Claire's educational background has been all over the place. She's also said she attended college in Chicago. So if she went to, say, UChicago for undergrad, and also has a Harvard MBA, I think Claire's way more qualified to be running NE than either Victoria or Adam.

I laughed when William Nostrodominoco said that bc it's a NOLA French phrase. I dont think anyone I'm Gran e Saya that nonsense! And yes there is a Latin Quarter in Paris and it is my current favorrite arrondisement!

Do we even know that Amy is really ill? After watching her tell Nate for months that she didn't need another opinion or to see hot shot doctors or to let him or Audra take her to appointments, I started fastforwarding through most of her blah blah blahing. Anyone can buy a bad wig and say they have cancer.  RealDamien mentioned that she'd played the woe-is-me card many times in the past (and Nate & Audra didn't ask her about it).  I also suspect that Damien gets his money from a life of crime, not as an upstanding businessman, based on his shady behaviour.
