I have the suspicion that Aristotle Dumas, in fact, hired Damian to be his fall guy, and that Holden, under the guise of being Damian's assistant, is actually Dumas' undercover agent whose job is to protect Dumas' anonymity, further his business agenda and set things up so that any shit that happens will fall on Damian.

Is what characters do when they rehash their story to another character or characters called a Public Service Exposition?  Damian didn't leave out a thing. It seems to be happening a lot with several characters and their stories.  Guess the writers are taking Prevert Fast Forwarding seriously.

Big companies probably compile info about other executives all the time. What is the big, hairy deal? I don’t get why this would be a betrayal of epic proportions if Damien did have intel earlier than anyone thought he did.

I have taken to looking up day ahead recaps for that reason. As soon as I saw Tuesday’s episode was about Chelsea and Adam talking to Sally and Billy about them getting back together, I knew to delete the episode.

Agreed that the Chelsea and Adam stuff last week was a bit boring. But at least I could sit through and watch it. I always have the FF button handy . 
 

But I’m sick and tired of Billy of all people ranting about Adam as he’s such a big screwup and shouldn’t talk. I was rooting for him until he thought it was a good idea to get involved with this Dumas person. 
 

I’m also annoyed the show keeps on shoving Billy the screwup and Adam the forever black sheep of his family. But less so lately but I don’t trust them to keep it that way.

Sure Nate did too but because he thought he was helping Amy and Damian gave his mom a real hard time for no reason when he came to town so I have no sympathy for him. For me, at least, it was a better episode than the crap the peddled early this.  There were actual adults in it and I cared more about the stories than watching Kyle or Adam, can't  remember who and frankly don't care, rolling  in the bedrooms around in the  GCAC.

At this point, I don't really give a tinker's damn about any of this. Not even a tiny bit. Stupid names for the new people.  More Victor machinations. Same old scenery, same dialogue.  Are we ever going to see the new Abbott "mansion" ... and if things run true to form... it will be a letdown. Or terrible.

I guess watching true-life unfold makes me long for an hours escape. And this show used to be just that.

Michael is such a great character right up until the black hole that is Victor drags him into his musty event horizon. Lickspittle isn’t a good look on anyone, much like Nikki’s laminated hair. Michael is still spreading the apocryphal folk tale of brave Sir Victor taking a bullet for everyone in the room. Then our hero, the midwestern lich king, promises his bride that he’d never hurt Michael because Michael is family. Um, we’ve seen how Victor treats his family. That’s not comforting at all.

I don’t mind Diane for the most part, but she should brush up on her social cues. I don’t think she was up to anything nefarious with Traci, but she came in way too hot. Let’s just get this “humiliate Traci” show on the road, because we can all read a map and definitely recognize our destination.

Unless Trevor St. John returns, I don’t really care if Tucker is Aristotle Doooo-mah or not. I will absolutely quit this show cold turkey if that smarmy, liver lipped, cow tipping Aussie vampire crawls out of his casket to haunt Genoa City.

I thought he'd done a Drucilla and was persona non grata on Y&R after his public hissy fit of begging viewers to demand his return.
