I know!  So glad to come here and see everyone else noticed it too.  Somebody in wardrobe really decided to butt biscuit our little William but good.  It made the poor guy look ......blousy......from the waist up.  Somebody from the Project Runway Reject Island must have escaped.

That was the only part of Show that kept my attention today, although for all  the wrong reasons.  It may feel like Amy has been around since forever, but she hasn't and Damien, even less time.  Don't care about their issues, though it does seem to me like Damien is thick in the head for still being mad after hearing the woman was working two jobs while nursing a terminal husband.  Give her a break.  Seemed kind of cold of him to keep on eating while she was talking about not having any appetite due to her leukemia and her medications.  

Still not sold on this storyline much at all.  I guess we can be grateful that at least the over-heavy literary references are all to the "Count of Monte Cristo" and not to "Dracula".   Or "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang".  Or, "Everybody Poops".

Between the Damian Has Two Daddies storyline and Billy's shirt, that writers room needs an intervention, and fast.

As much as I love having Jack on my screen, I didn’t need to see him give a manual colonoscopy to William the rump roll. I mean, he did have his head up Billy’s ass, right? That’s why he didn’t recognize the loser, cheater and ninny he was bestowing sainthood on with his toast. And for Jack to defend anything Phyllis related? Nope. For Jack not to hold Billy down so Sally and Diane could wrestle that shirt off his body? Almost unforgivable.

I get Nate being upset about Victor sticking his eldritch nose in where it doesn’t belong. Victor seems to think fucking over the Winters family is some kind of tribute to Neil. Never invite the vampire in. Still, Lily can talk to Damien and go to dinner with him and Nate should probably get over that part.

lol about the sweater. Especially with this soap, I think the easiest most obvious answer is probably the right one. I can’t see any of these writers thinking or trying so hard, so I think it’s Ian. They showed us him not dead , so I figure it’s for a reason. On the other hand these writers are known to torture us sometimes by showing us something and totally dropping the storyline . So basically who knows, but I will still say Ian.

Sharon, sweetie, Phyllis doesn't read books. Red probably hasn't cracked open a tome since she was in high school. If the answer to your captivity is in a book, you two are 50% screwed.

But Phyllis, what if your captor is already enormously wealthy? They're not going to be motivated by offers of Newman money as a payoff.

Daniel and Billy putting their heads together to figure out what happened to Phyllis and Sharon was laughable to me. Neither of them has reason to be particularly concerned about Sharon, and Billy isn't known to be analytical.

Summer, maybe you should get your family to stop criming instead of expecting your ex the ace (😏)GCPD detective to look the other way when they do.

Yes I’m thinking the real issue is that Lily shouldn’t have told Victor their personal business. He’ll probably find out about Dumas and use it to his personal gain and screw Winters. Who cares about the ungrateful Damian? He’s acting like he’s doing his dying mom a favor.

At first it was kind of funny how they both acted in the predicament, especially when they woke up cuddled with one another but the Sharon and Phyllis prisoner story got old quickly. The only two things that could save it is a funny approach, a cat fight and it rains down chocolate sauce on them or a serious approach if Phyllis actually opened up and had a heart to heart with Sharon.

Finally they have all stopped chasing their tails and came up with Sharon and Manic Phyllis 🕷️ being kidnapped.  Unfortunately Sharon and Manic Phyllis🕷️ are still chasing their tails.  It’s become the saga of dumb and dumber or should I say Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.  Manic Phyllis🕷️ is extra manic today. It’s my belief that MS really enjoys acting manic.

Throw in Manic Phyllis🕷️and the odds go way up.  Billy👃is just an arrogant *** who just has to give his “words of wisdom” even when they are not required. I spent several years with my two boys in Little League and 'ritualistic' is not something of which I was aware.  Guess I need a definition of what ritualistic is to Chelz and how she knows it so prevalent in high school baseball.  If arriving on time for practice/games and not forgetting your cup are ritualistic, then, yeah, maybe Connor will have to use his tools.  My burning question is when are they going to let this kid make his own decisions?  He got help and learned how to cope.  His parents:  Didn't.

Well, the spumors that Aristotle Dumas is Tucker McCall pretty much got shut down today. Damian didn't seem fazed at all when Tucker's name came up in his convo with Devon.

Nikki told Claire she loves all her grandchildren equally. Bet that'd be news to Connor. IMO Nikki doesn't seem much into her stepson Adam's kid.

I don’t get it. Amy is the one who insisted on trying to find Damian by any means necessary. He was the one that was contacted otherwise he would never known about the secrets Amy was holding onto.  Devon being his usual Negative Nelly didn’t or can’t understand why Damian was guarded and turned it into that Damian has to be nefarious.  Devon, trust goes both ways.

Why wouldn’t I be surprised if Natey Nate Nate’s oncologist cures Amy. I’m sure that’s where it’s heading.  Since when does a “world class” oncologist do house calls?  So she reviewed Amy’s records BFD. Any oncologist would want to do their own tests and scans and not rely on the findings from other doctors.  My wife was dying from cancer and every specialist she went to did their own bloodwork and scans to determine what was a possible treatment.

I think that whoever "The Voice" is, that it's someone resident in GC who wants Nick for themselves, which is why they have kidnapped the two of his ex-wives who are constantly hogging his attention -

*Could it be Amy Wilson, Nick's high school girlfriend who left GC to seek mental help back in 1996 after realizing that she had shot Matt Clark after he raped her - could she have got that help at Havenhurst? 

*Could it be Avery Bailey Clark, Phyllis' younger, lawyer/cooking show host, sister who left GC back in 2015 to get away from everything, promising to return someday, after an incident involving shooting off a gun and a whole go around with her ex-husband, Joe Clark, Dylan McAvoy and Nick - could Avery's journey to get away from everything have brought her to Havenhurst?

I would believe that if we had any indication that Nick had visited the zoo any time recently.  He'd be both an abundant source of nits for any simian with a hankering for finger food and romance, since I'm quite sure he's also adept at dragging his butt on the ground in a most fetching and amorous way.

ETA - did anyone else catch that scene of Nate going down the stairs at his place, I think to open the door to Damien?  He danced down those stairs with his little hands flapping at his sides like he was pretending to ride his pretend pony.  It was adorable!

If hadn't been answering the door, he looked ready to begin a rendition of "There's No Business Like Show Business".

All three of his exwives are missing, though Sage is dead.  When story lines bore me, I cannot help but notice that nearly every one has been married to or slept with every one else in several scenes every day.

Harrison will have to get a disease or something to bring them together. Didn't Cassie catch "tuberculosis" after driving an ATV into the pond?  Perhaps writers were thinking of cholera as an olde tyme common disease that you could catch from contaminated water.

I am 100% behind Summer taking Kyle back. Assholes belong with other assholes, siblings shouldn’t be estranged and Claire/Kyle could be weaponized as a powerful sedative. I know I’m supposed to find them fighting for their relationship in the face of Victor’s mumbling disapproval romantical, but I just don’t give a shit.

Devon decided to hit the town packing the titanium ass rod of self-righteousness and judgment he inherited from Neil. His cousin did concoct an elaborate ruse to lure Damien out in the open. Maybe not being a dick would be a good first step to getting Damien to share his secrets.

Nikki, you’re a damn liar. There will be zero consequences for Victor interfering in Claire’s relationship, at least from you. An ineffectual “Oh Victor” isn’t really the power move you think it is.

Friday Rant:

• Glad they fixed the timeline, that is to say, now we just ignore it.
• Nikki and her new look is so distracting.  I spend too much time trying to figure out which clown in Ringling Bros. she reminds me of.  (Pinchy the Lipless Clown?)
• Did anyone actually write the ending for the Damsels in Distress scenario?  It doesn't really seem to be going anywhere.  I still want them to shave each other bald.
• Why, oh, why would Nate, Amy and Lily want to have anything to do with the personality disorder that is Damian?  Ok, he knows you're sick, Amy, and he doesn't give two f*cks.  He's still blaming you and he won't forgive you.  Move on.  People have been know to disown their kids.  At least write him out of the will.  Who cares what Secrets he's hiding?  Send him back to LA.
• I'm getting queasy watching the back and forth with Kyle/Claire/Summer.  These are grown-ass adults (ok, that's possibly a judgement call) who should be able to handle their own affairs.  We know Summer has no discernable wit since she prefers Kyle over Chance, so maybe that explains it. At least Chance didn't divorce her for her lies about her mum's whereabouts/fake death.  And he, knowing about her lies, still wants to date/screw her anyway.  Plus, he's a lot better looking.
• Viktor can stay the hell out of everyone's life.  If he's pushing the Kyle/Summer Reunion Tour for Harrison's sake, then he may want to remember that the kid is only related to one person in the trio-An Abbott!  Does he really want an Abbott! grandchild? #freeTara
• And while I'm on Viktor....can he please stop saying BillyBoyAbbott every time he refers to him.  It's worse than 'Jagabbott'.
