    All Episodes Talk

I decided to rewatch from the beginning cause Frasier always makes me feel better and right now I'm feeling not so good...thank goodness for Amazon Prime.

    All Episodes Talk

Not a huge fan of Ronnie, but I can hardly even watch the Sherry episodes. Agree. I wasn't a huge fan of Ronnie. She didn't seem to quite fit & I think she was shoved in to give Martin someone to pair off with as the series was ending. Sherry, I can barely tolerate, except for the first appearance. Martin never had a good partner on the show. I often think it was their subtle way of showing that even though we never saw Hester (outside of the occasional flashback), no one really measured up to her.
  3. That was really quite funny to see. At this point, it's the only reaction one can have to the nonsense he says and ridiculous pivots he makes.
  4. I have started to groan whenever I see Cortes on any show but at least I know Joy will not allow him to spew the nonsense word gibberish that he's there for. I honestly don't understand how e says what he says with any conscience. But I'm not going to spend too many brain cells trying to reason it out. I'm sure the paycheck is enough to ease any conflict he might feel.
  5. You know I didn't think of those options, and it would be really hard to have a baby in law school (one of my friends did it, but only by the skin of her teeth & tremendous help from their families). Especially hard if she stays part of the K5. Considering that we see her in the hospital, there's a chance she loses the baby.
  6. I'm starting to think it might be new guy under the sheet. The hysterical reaction we see from Annalise in the flash forwards is just our girl doing her thing and truly selling it for the police and the cameras. At first, I thought maybe it was Wes or Nate, but that could be my bias cause I'm uninterested in both of them. My eyes couldn't have rolled harder seeing Laurel/Wes together, and now they are going to have a baby? Sure, that'll add some good drama, but I'm not here for it. Laurel just drives me crazy, I don't know what it is. Every time I see her, I want to turn the channel, she's like a dead eyed cat to me. Meggy is better off without him, let Laurel have him. Michaela & Asher have strangely grown on me. Again some of my bias here to cause I really like Matt McGorry.
  7. I think Laurel is pregnant with Wes' baby which is just ugh to me. Watching her being weird and jealous watching Wes/ Meggy was irritating as hell. I can't determine if I can't warm up to the actor or to the character so right now it's all the same to me, so boo. Girl, just stop I had thought briefly that Frank and Bonnie were brother and sister, but I guess that's not the case. He's just trying to make amends? This show has me so twisted up that I thought the scene with the DA and Nate was a setup, so we shall see. Who's under the sheet? No idea and at times I couldn't care less. I swore I won't watch this damn show again!!
  8. Joy is basically the only reason to watch anything on MSNBC. I love that she won't let the guests pivot to whatever their specified talking point & holds them to answering the question she has asked. Real journalism! I haven't seen it on cable news since....never. I wonder if she's being polite when she says that Hugh Hewitt is her friend, cause he seems so objectionable and she seems so awesome! I can begrudging acknowledge that maybe, MAYBE, some of these people might be ok off the air, but I'd have a hard time grabbing drinks after a combative segment full of lies and misdirection. I love her on Twitter as well.
  9. I think the show is aggressively getting worse for me each week. I want to find something to like in this show, but it's so bland, generic, uninspired, and brutally unfunny. I wonder how long my Kevin James goodwill from the King of Queens will last...
  10. So glad that it wasn't just me. The episode ended and I was like huh, what did I just watch? Couldn't figure out if something was cut out, not filmed or they were so wasted it was unusable. Not the best for a season opening but I love this crazy show so much that I'll still continue watching.
  11. My BF was the one who got me into KOQ (King of Queens) in the first place. I decided to have him watch this show to see if he'd think it was funny or if i was being unfair in my assessment. I was not unfair, he laughed exactly once. He finally agreed that this was a weak KOQ premise which is how I described the show to him. Let's see how long this show lasts. I'm not a good judge of what will or will not be successful.
  12. I feel like Kevin James can play exactly one character. Himself. This was like King of Queens, different wife, different job, kids instead of Arthur, different gang of guys hanging around all the time. If this was 2006, I think this might have been decent. However, TV has really advanced in the 10 years he was last on the air and I think expectations are very different. This was so old school, not in a retro, snarky, wistful, skillful way, just old and stale. Either way, I know for sure Kevin James is the one laughing all the way to the bank while I sit here writing this comment! lol.
  13. I hated it when they got Nick/Jess together so not looking forward to their reconciliation which seems imminent. But it also does feel like maybe this might be the last season. Another season after this? I couldn't imagine what that would involve, but they have dragged some shows on that have long outlived their humor. I adore Winston. That is all! The boat line had me crying for like 5 minutes! Like what! How? Why? Oh Winnie the Bish, never change. The process of Schmidt/CeCe buying a house was so contrived. It might be fun to watch the gang help them remodel and maybe start spending time over there. Given LA real estate prices, I can only imagine what a place like that would cost. It's frightening. What does CeCe do again? Is she still bartending? Their finances have to be interesting but this is a tv show so it's all good!
  14. I started watching this show on Vimeo when it was showed there and I was immediately in! I was super nervous when HBO picked I up because I was afraid it would change the tone of the show and steer it in a different direction. Based on this episode, I think that I'm optimistically cautious. One never knows but with only 6 episodes, I'm hoping the show maintains its voice. I enjoyed this episode with throwbacks to favorite characters like Chad and the Assholes. Even being 30 minutes long, they managed to separate the stories into different vignettes.
  15. That really stinks. I thought it was funny and had a lot of potential in the future. Nice work ABC.
  16. Oh wow, that's ridiculous to call it Lyme disease when it was bad plastic surgery. We can see you and we are not stupid!! I thought I'd like the movie because of the actors. David cause he's usually pretty charming (although I can't stand him in Gilmore Girls...separate rant) and Vanessa from when I used to watch General Hospital. He was decent in this, although the script was failing him. She was not good. She was just not believable. I admit I was SO distracted by her "Lyme disease", also know as plastic surgery, but that was not the only thing I had issue with in her performance. I just remember how freaking beautiful I thought she was, and to see how yet another gorgeous woman has ruined her face was upsetting. I agree with the others who said that editing seemed choppy and odd. Not a movie I'd watch again.
  17. Ladies, save me a seat since I will be joining you there! I thought I'd laugh myself sick watching this insanity and it's only EPISODE 2!!! I'm dying laughing at your "yeah. her bones" comment. Dripping with sarcasm! I'm picturing your eyes rolling so hard as you typed that. Hilarious! This show!
  18. I know there eventually was a House Hunters drinking game based on all the idiotic things that the participants would end up saying (man cave, entertaining, space, granite, hardwood, stainless, etc). After watching these shows, and I'll admit probably too many, I think there could easily be a Tiny House drinking game as well. I'm just a fan of adding fun drinking games to my TV viewing.
  19. I think in the later seasons it wasn't that the lemon chicken wasn't good anymore. It was more like they were sick of it by then. She probably made it weekly, maybe more than once a week. For years. i know it wouldn't be tv funny but I'd have lost it at Marie and the rest of the intrusive family. I think she was a normal person ( I don't know that I'd go as far as Saint) who was driven quite literally insane by the Barones.
  20. I doubt dear Whitney will allow what she eats to be shown on tv. She knows she doesn't eat healthy, not matter how she tries to convince us and herself. She would have to truly focus on her diet and add in real exercise for the next 3 or more years to lose close to 250 pounds!! That's daunting and it absolutely makes me want to keep any weight gain in a more manageable 5-ish pound range. I'm working on losing 35 pounds now, 15 to go and I'm struggling with "good" days and "bad" days. If I had 250 to lose, well maybe I'd be too overwhelmed and scared. She should admit it, a lot of people could relate. She's ridiculous cause while you can like who you are as a person, there's no fabulousity at nearly 400 pounds at 5'1"! I was laughing today cause that incessant infomercial for Shawn T's new exercise program was on at the gym. It's the dance your way to losing tons of weight and getting fit and it reminded me of Whitney. If she danced like she claims then I'm confused on the weight gain, although it's so what she's consuming. I can't lie though, I love that infomercial! Lol

  22. Yes, they did do this. What came to mind when I saw the mike & Molly finale.
  23. Despite the show getting renewed for a season 3, the enthusiasm I had going into season 2 is completely gone. I've missed the last few episodes and I haven't even tried to watch them online or on demand, which just tells me that the show has lost me. I agree that Jerrod comes off like a douche in his interviews. Is he trying too hard? Whatever, he's not a good salesman for the show, in addition to his terrible acting. I think the supporting cast is wonderful, Maxine even grew on me. Perhaps she seems like a thespian compared to working off Jerrod! Wish them luck with season 3.
  24. That was a decent enough finale. I can't remember how many tv shows I've seen do the "I'm pregnant and we just adopted a baby!" storyline. That was as cliche as it could be, but I was mostly ok with it. lol. Wrapped things up nicely and we can imagine that they will live happy lives in the future.
  25. Nope. Won't be watching. Ever. Show was ruined in season 2. This will be their last season they don't seem to know what the hell they are doing anyway. I've loved Nicole since seeing her in the movie Shame, tuned in to this because of her (irony) and I'm happy to have been introduced to Tom Mison. Obviously, the two of them together was masterful.
