Didn’t they say she was coming to the states to be with him, or do I have my screw ups mixed up?

A couple of weeks ago I had my yearly eye exam and doctor told me my left eye lid droop is interfering with peripheral vision of left eye. She said it would be corrected with new glasses. She then told me about new drops you can put in your eye and 15 minutes later lid lifts/ opens . It last 6-8 hours . She said she’d give me sample since is a prescription I was going to party so used it that weekend and low and behold it works! Amazing! . Party was outside in garden and my eyes watered the whole time. My question if my lid interferes with vision why wouldn’t insurance cover surgery it’s not cosmetic at that point. She also mentioned anyone can do cataract surgery too but insurance won’t pay unless gets to that point. After that I went to grocery store and had 2nd shingles vaccine. Arm hurt like a bigger for that night and 2nd. One week later after picking up new specs i go back to same grocery store and get both flu and RSV vaccines What a terrible reaction I had soon after arriving home. I started to shake uncontrollably. Teeth and jaws chattering body jerking etc. I couldn’t even type a text my hands were shaking so badly. Geez maybe I should not have had both at same time. It lasted about hour and half stayed under heated blanket etc.

Can you tell me which add blocker ? I don’t come over here like I used to snd typing/ posting is a nightmare. I too am on iPad and just came to phone and my question didn’t post

The adults got Covid for 2nd time and I had been with them that day as well as 3 days that week. I was so upset they went on planned weekend beach vacation 3 days after testing positive. Livid. I stayed around my place a had a meal delivered once and went out day 7 with mask to pick up an RX.

this guy is the only thing that’s keeping me from going bat shit crazy. Carter a adopted shelter dog who although attached at my hip still will not let me approach him and if I go into my bedroom when he’s there he runs under the bed. He chews everything ,cardboard ,scotch tape , floorboards. He is Houdini able to get out of every harness and collar I’ve tried, even a cat halter. He sits out on this chair in the heat so the umbrella came from Amazon last night and he promptly got up on it in the dark. I am so angry at my son and daughter in law I could spit. On the day my son texted me ( 25th) to say he and his wife had Covid I had babysat along with several get togethers days before. They went on a planned beach vacation yesterday anyway. Sorry if this got off topic it’s taken 45 minutes to post. Carter is sitting on my hands keeping me from responding to the text picture of my grandsons playing on the beach.

I’m alarmed at the couple whose baby is turning purple and gasping to breath because it makes it sounds like they’ve been putting it off. Hope it was the doctors decision to holding it off. I agree with Whoopi about sit the Hell down and listen to the music. Sunny and her entitlement saying if she paid $750. she was going to take selfies. Too bad for the fans sitting behind them. I stopped going to certain concerts because I was sick of people standing up and blocking my view not to mention their need to sing along to prove they know the lyrics. I’m not talking about big outdoor venues where it’s to be expected with certain entertainers. .

I love Kathleen too. I’ve seen her in concert 2- 3 times . One concert John Pinette opened for her and I fell in love. ( gone too soon) I’d play his CD in my car and would have to pull over because I’d be laughing so hard.

I watched the The Tea from A-Z and refreshed my memory what absolute jerks have been on in 16 years. I like Sarah Colonna and her dry sarcastic humor. ( have seen her in concert) . When the look back on Nashville started I turned it off because it’s too fresh in my memory.

I’m just now watching because of the President’s speech and Sunny’s lip is so distracting. Think she had injections and the swelling isn’t down so she’s trying to tone them down? Will comment if I catch the party discussion

I was really looking forward to this movie and kept checking theaters here to no avail. . I’ve liked Ray for a long time and my husband and I saw a taping of ELR . The actor/ comic who was really nice during the taping was Brad Garrett. It was relatively small theater and during a break he’d come stand near the audience and interact with them. Someone told him she used to work with him at the Italian Restaurant in studio City and he said yeah I think I owe you a shift. I really like Rays tv series Men of A Certain Age. Oh and Patrica Hutton sat with her arms folded and sour faced. I’ll be watching on Prime.

I have a Baskin Ribbons a block away and got a Sunday once was shocked at the price. I just went online to see prices and it’s really difficult to navigate. Sight only show cakes, pies and ready made up quarts. My Safeway (3 blocks away) has Baskin Ribbons and I just checked prices and it’s about half the price of my year long addiction Cherry Garcia. I’m doing non dairy for 3 months and it’s pretty good.

I’ve been using and carrying sanitizer since at least 2010 when I volunteered at a non profit daycare where all parents were ESL. I had it on my jeans belt loop. These little cutie pies with runny noses would swirl their tooth brush in sink water that was clogged. My home can be cluttered but having an RN for a mom I knew what cross contamination was when I was a child. So when I had my family anything that went in my family’s mouth or on their body was pretty darn clean. My cardiologist office is still masked but GI isn’t. I’m hard of hearing so am relieved that masks have lifted. I’ve gone to theater concerts in masked days and was nervous at the last comedy club I went to because I knew they often sat you at tables with other people so I bought VIP tickets.

If it’s 11 am it’s vegetarian bone broth. Where the bone comes in I don’t know.

I loved Sunny’s lecture about not taking your coworkers opinions personally ,it’s just their opinion. Her recommendation is to make stinky faces , suck in your mouth, sip your bone broth or turn your body away after they give their opinions.

I feel your pain it can get very emotional. I hope it gets better for you. I had a nightmare towards morning where my son was telling me I had to move AGAIN because he was selling my condo and kept repeating to me “but you’ve made $50,000!!!! “.
