  1. Maybe it's just me, but I'm getting a weird vibe from this season. I realize and accept the newness of it but the feel is off. Karlie reminds me of a Stepford type host and Christian, who I love, seems befuddled most of the time. Also, many of the designers seem out of their league. They're simply awful! I have never missed a season of PR or PRAS and I know some seasons are off balance and may not necessarily gel but this season is...odd. Maybe I'll feel differently as things progress.
  2. Just have to say.... For me, the best and most entertaining moment of the episode was when Erika began complaining about the hot polyester in Rinna's cheap jumpsuit. I literally laughed out loud...for a very long time! I agree with those of you who think it was beyond rude for the wedding guest to have been kept waiting for so long in the sun and heat. It was uncalled for. That said, I guess it is true that some people can move mountains if they put their mind to it. The wedding was lovely. I don't believe LVP was the one who planted the story. Well, I don't WANT to believe she did it. I still cannot stand PK and his phony wife.
  3. Has anybody here, who resides in Flagstaff, personally seen or heard about a dwelling(s) being constructed on the Brown’s land at Coyote Pass? Is the land still untouched. Thanks.
  4. Thank you for the information. Makes sense. Now, I’ll settle in and watch.
  5. I loved this show 15 years ago, or whenever it was first shown, but either my taste level has improved or this show has gone downhill...big time. It seems everyone is competing with each other to see who wins the title of “best commedian”. I was embarrassed for them.
  6. I didn’t mind it as much as most of you and will give it another week or two before I make the decision to move on. I will say, this would be a better made for TV movie rather than a series that could last multiple seasons. I feel the same about Manifest and The Enemy Within. (I did stop watching Enemy Within.)
  7. Thoroughly enjoyed this episode. So glad Julian is back next week. I enjoyed her storyline.
  8. Jennifer Love Hewitt looks.....different. Previews for the remainder of the season look good.
  9. Are you kidding? Why was the broadcast delayed for so long? How in the world did the end result remain hidden for over a year and a half? (I'm sure it's spoiled somewhere but, at this point, I'll wait.)
  10. True and upon further reflection I realized Logan et al are no longer on the network’s payroll. Thus, no actual camera time.
  11. Somebody help me out, please. When was this All Stars season taped? Years ago? Thanks.
  12. 1. The wedding and venue were beautiful. HAD to be pricey. 2. So, there was a ceremony, a dinner, and then a dessert reception with dancing. Right? Did the number of wedding guests grow as the day progressed? Some were invited to all three portions and others only to one or two? 3. Aspen is a pretty young woman and she made a beautiful bride albeit in an ill fitting wedding gown. Why in the world didn’t she/they pay to have it altered? 4. I was surprised at Aspyn’s immature reactions during her vows. I’m sure she was nervous but expected better from her. Kody said Aspen is his oldest daughter. How old is she? 5. I found the meeting with all the wives, about housing in Flagstaff, questionable. This is a family who supposedly prides themselves in making joint decisions about huge financial ventures . In fact, last week’s episode emphasized that they all needed to be on the same page regarding which of the two properties was purchased. It was a huge deal! FF to this week’s program, and the wives almost casually gather to report on what they’ve done INDIVIDUALLY with their OWN future Flagstaff residences. Huh? 6. Why is Robyn blessed with getting the giant rented “mansion”? How was Christine able to afford to purchase ANY house, considering she still had the LV mortgage to pay, plus payments on the new land in Flagstaff? Why did it seem they were surprised Meri wanted to live in the downtown area of a Flagstaff? Meri seemed almost enchanted with that area when she and Kody visited. Why question her about it? My point is, why were these developments a surprise to any of them IF it’s their practice to make joint decisions? 7. Meri is still a piece of work. She has always been an attention seeker. The reason she acts noncommittal and distance toward Kody and her sister wives is because she loves being the center of attention whenever possible. She’s like a child. She needs to be noticed and talked about, within the family, regardless if it’s positive or negative. She loves a reaction....any reaction. She thrives on it, imo. 8. I enjoyed seeing Logan, his girlfriend, and the other older boys. I realize they all live elsewhere and have their own lives to lead so it would have been nice to have had more of the episode focusing on them.
  13. I’m confused. I surmised Jon met D on 9/11 right after he missed the plane to LA...thus her writing on the back of his boarding pass which was eventually framed (and taken out of the frame by D in the last episode). Am I wrong?
  14. I wanted Sara to go home over Adrienne. In my mind, too much salt is more off putting than a dish that needs slightly more flavor.
  15. I like Tom and Teddy I like Meredith and DeLuca I like Owen and Amelia I still despise Maggie and Jackson The Bailey and a Catherine limo scenes were entertaining I will always love Alex! I actually thought the grandparents relinquishing the baby to Owen and Amelia to be believable. They mentioned, more than once, the exchange of personal information so it’s not like they were going to cut themselves out if the baby’s life for good. Their primary concern is their daughter, for now. However, we may all be revisiting this storyline again one day. I remember DeLuca telling Meredith the story about his father a few episodes ago. I recall it being a negative story but I would love it if one of you would refresh my memory with details, please. Thanks.
  16. She dated Cruz but I don't ever remember her even having a crush on Matt. That said, I wouldn't mind if the writers explored having them as a romantic couple. She also dated the cop, whose name I don't remember, from Chicago PD. (Dawson's brother) I like Sylvie and never thought of her as a ditz.
  17. Initially, Kody explained to his wives HIS need to move. He had no idea WHERE and it seemed he didn't much care. (I believe it had everything to do with the ballon mortgages coming due.) He would do almost anything to manipulate his wives into agreeing with him. I do believe that AFTER the initial meeting with all the wives, Robyn came up with the idea of Flagstaff (because of her son) and then used her influence over Kody to get HER way.
  18. I agreed with many topics already discussed in this thread and they bothered the heck out of me BUT what was absolutely glaring was the over the top manipulation Kody uses on his wives. He almost brags about this skill, over and over again, during his diary sessions. Kody was proud of himself. He manipulates, they all fall into line, and he thinks he has won. What a pathetic bunch! All of them.
  19. I liked Conner’s pairing with Julie Marie Berman’s character (don’t remember her name) in the first season. Does anyone remember how her character was written off the show and/or why? Thanks.
  20. I agree, in theory, but this transfer to the Pathology Department came out of left field and was totally unexpected for Shaun. Perhaps the new Chief of Surgery should have taken little steps. I felt so sorry for Shaun.
  21. A bit OT.... Is Julian returning to show or is she truly dead? Thanks.
  22. I saw the 4th of July decorations on Meri's mantle so I assumed all of this occurred in the summer of 2018 but I was wrong. So, technically, this episode is a year and a half old. Is that time disparity fairly common for reality television shows?
