  1. WORD I was sad when Nicole began to trust and befriend Derrick again upon her return because it seemed he snowed her, too. Now, she's been struck square between the eyes and reminded exactly how Derrick operates within the game. In fact, the other night while speaking with Derrick, she said, "You hide your game." almost as a throw away statement. She didn't realize the pinpoint accuracy of her assessment. I hope Nicole continues to process the information and carries these hurt feelings back to the jury house. I think it could be the only hope of somebody other than Derrick winning the game. Too bad her return was such a failure!
  2. I can't imagine how boring and mind numbing the feeds and the broadcast show will be for all the Frankie haters if he is voted out this week. At least the majority of BB fans have something to bond over with him in the house. I think there will be a resounding silence for a while. Be careful what you wish for!!! BBAD and the feeds have been utterly painful the last few days.
  3. Yes. Nicole has pretty much accepted her upcoming departure on Thursday but what puzzles me is why is she suddenly a fan of Derrick. Has she truly become another minion of his? What happened to her (and Hayden) wanting BOTH Cody and Derrick out of the game? Why did she tell Derrick that she (and Hayden) were/are against Cody? Now he knows that if he drags Cody to the final two neither Hayden or Nicole (and probably Jocasta) will vote for Cody to win. My God! Derrick just weasels information out of people so easily! (Well, now that I think about it, Nicole was just dying to tell him who her target was.) It's part of his charm, I guess. Let me add... I think the ratings may have dropped because it was a holiday weekend.
  4. I don't think Caleb's brother was only referring to getting Frankie out when he said put on your "man pants". I think he was trying to tell his brother to make a move against any member of the bomb squad.
  5. I believe ALL the families of the females in the house would have an adverse reaction to Frankie and Caleb's comments about their loved ones. That said, I believe Victoria's family, in particular, was the one NOT to offend. Throughout the season, Victoria has mentioned, more than once, what her father/mother/family would do to someone who wronged her in her life....and her descriptions weren't pleasant. I can understand them (but don't necessarily agree), demanding apologies from everyone and anyone associated with Frankie and BB. (They should also be going after Caleb BUT Frankie is the "hated" houseguest this year so they went for him alone.) I accept how they feel but considering what went on last year, they'll never get a public apology from CBS and my guess is that Ariana's Team will put a muzzle on her and her family, as well. Unfortunately, some men say these kinds of things about women all the time. It's not right or acceptable but it happens.....just not on live television. These houseguests are at the point where they tend to forget or disregard the 24/7 cameras. Edited to add: There's no way in hell any of those guys would seriously consider raping Victoria or ANY other female in the house. Also, if Frankie's sister weren't famous they'd never be asking for an apology from her. Ridiculous!
  6. How could lying in the DR keep production out of his game? We see what's going on with him. Production sees what's going on. His game is transparent to us and them. Derrick firmly believes he's smarter than everybody and has us all snowed.
  7. I think we're going to see a shift in how Christine and Cody handle the touchy feely aspect of their relationship, in the short term. It's apparent that things Christine's husband said to her have hit home. In fact, I believe all of the houseguests were affected by seeing their family members. I found it interesting that Derrick brought up his age when describing how poorly he did in the comp. He said "I'm 30 years old!" I'm not a super fan of Frankie but he's 31 years old and look how well he did in comparison. (I'm still upset about Derrick going for the 5 grand.) Somebody in BB chat said every time the houseguests hear "holla" they will be reminded that Derrick took the money. Maybe, down the road, it will get to them. Heck, most of them didn't like the fact that Caleb took the money several weeks ago so why is it acceptable for Derrick to do the same thing? Oh, wait, it's Derrick I'm talking about. Frankie is missing out on celebrating the huge success of his sister's career. She's everywhere and he's sitting in the BB house with absolutely no chance of winning the game, imo. There really is justice in the world!
  8. I've got to say I really hate that Derrick took the $$$ instead of working along side his alliance members to win the HOH. Am I surprised? No. However, I hope those guys think about it and how he threw them under the bus to put food in his child's mouth. (Darling little girl that she is!) Thing is...he'll talk and talk and justify his actions and they'll all eat it up with a big spoon. Fools!
  9. I rewound my DVR three times to clarify what I thought I heard on TVGN when Cody seemed to be saying, "Gay Shopping Buddy". I couldn't believe my ears and thought he let it slip that he is, in fact, gay. Sure enough... That's exactly what he said. It seemed Christine was taken aback a little bit by the comment, too. Huh??? Could it be? Re: Victoria/Derrick He certainly is stepping up his "relationship" with her. True...the recent sexual innuendos are front and center but I can't figure out why. She's been his loyal servant, biggest fan, and protector, and he knows it, so why the sudden change in how he acts toward her? I refuse to think it's anything but a game move BUT I need help with exactly how his sudden intimacy gets him further in the game. edited to add: If I were Derrick's wife and I saw that ^^^^ video, it would bother the hell out of me. Whoa..... That said, now that I think about it, doesn't Victoria resemble Jana a little bit??? They're both Jewish, with dark hair and dark eyes. Hmmmm...
  10. Not only is the house pretty much unventilated and filthy but add to that the stench from the constant cooking of fish and the smelly garbage it makes. The odor never has the chance to go away. Love having my light bulb moment from Brian on Rob's podcast. He's right. Derrick isn't even honest in his DR sessions. He's playing us just as much as his fellow houseguests. Good ol' Derrick wants the America's Favorite check, too. You know...he's got to feed his daughter.
  11. Caleb is the only one of the three who actually heard the cat calling correctly. It took him some time to admit it (because he's Caleb), but he eventually did and he and Frankie were faced with the idea that people outside the house don't like them. To be honest, I thought Frankie took the news pretty well, considering his giant ego. I wish Zach hadn't responded to Victoria at all about the missing pink hat. She just perched herself on that kitchen stool and couldn't wait for him to react in a negative manner and then she got the reaction she was looking for. She's as sick as he can be! I hope he lets it go but doubt that he will. I cannot wait for a jury member to return and I hope it's not Zach or Jacosta. (Sorry Zach fans!) If Zach returns it will just be more of the same predictable boring game play/arguments we've had for the last several weeks. I want Hayden or Nicole to shake up the house, if possible. If not, we should just declare Derrick the winner of BB16 so that we can get on with our lives.
  12. Although Zach told Donny that Frankie, specifically, was the person calling the shots (when answering Donny's direct question) I truly believe Donny has Derrick's number. Not to say he doesn't have everybody's number...but I'd like to think Donny might approach Frankie about backdooring Derrick. Donny has nothing to lose by doing this and he/they could work together to cut the brains of the organization out of the game. I'd actually pay to see this happen. I swear.
  13. Hmmm... I'm beginning to think Frankie is having a lightbulb moment regarding Derrick. Last night (I think it was last night) in the SR, Frankie made a comment that Vic hates him (Frankie) and Derrick quickly came back with words describing how much Vic cares for Frankie and that she would never vote against him. Derrick was speaking a million miles per hour, going on and on about the Vic/Frankie love and the look on Frankie's face suddenly changed. Frankie didn't buy what Derrick was saying because he knows Vic has done a 180 regarding him but, in the end, chose to let it go. However, I'm sure Frankie stored that info and will use it later. Frankie might be putting two and two together and realizing Derrick wants to take Vic with him to final two. Caleb decided before the BoTB comp that he was going to just sit down and do nothing. In fact, after he said that others encouraged him to do just that. Nobody suggested to him that he participate AND sabotage it. They all thought sitting down was enough. Caleb, and he others were wrong. It wasn't enough. I enjoyed the comp. Frankie did it. Nobody can take that win away from him.
  14. Whoops, I screwed up my last post ^^^ The first sentence is a quote from another poster. The rest are my thoughts. Sorry!
  15. Thanks to those of you who shared the Twitter info. I hope and pray Vic and Jo win the BoTB because I'd love for Nic and Chris to scramble. In fact, I'd be delighted if Chris was sent packing.
  16. If allowed....will someone give me the specs on Cody's dad and Christine's husband's twitter accts. I'd love to follow the two of them. Thanks.
  17. In the last two days I watched reruns of the three episode arc of George's death. The only time I saw them was when they were originally broadcast. (I don't even remember how many years/seasons ago it was!) Anyway, I can't get over how moved I was by the storytelling. I seriously cried my eyes out. I don't care that Shonda killed off the character (I do...but you know what I mean) because I was completely taken in by what happened. Is the Grey's of today as "good" as it once was? Heck, no! (I don't even recognize Bailey anymore.) Watching this three episode repeat brought me back to the days when I called this show outstanding....because it was.
  18. My thoughts exactly! Talk about a trouble maker. I wonder what he's (and the other cast members) thinking while viewing the shows. I was thoroughly surprised Andi gave him a rose because I see nothing romantic happening between these two.
  19. Except...... His hair was/is a "hot mess". When the stylist finished cutting, coloring, and blowing out his hair he resembled a woman. It was beyond freaky.
  20. I love this family and everything about last night's show. My husband, wonderful as he is, could learn a few things from Bill Klein. Jen is one lucky lady!
  21. Oh, I think this photo shoot was more than just having sexy pics of herself. I believe it was absolutely FOR somebody. God knows who! Poor guy!
  22. New guy is fairly entertaining to watch but I miss Andy, Kate and their marvelous dogs! I wouldn't eat at the Hailstones, either. Sue will enjoy her new toy, for sure! I wonder how many hours it took whatshisname to chip out that hole in the lake? He worked his butt off! The shower scene was hysterical.
  23. Sue seems to be a great gal but I can almost recite her dialog each and every week. Doom Gloom Predators Rinse, wash, repeat!
  24. As much as I've tried to like Stan....I can't. Everything about him bothers me.
