  1. Whee, that didn't take long! Sally already got a key card to Adam's hotel room! Chance the detective wearing a fitted shirt. Good thing he's rich because he probably can't afford that on his GCPD salary. You'd think Michael would still have contacts inside the GCPD he could tap for info about the Ashland investigation. People like his brother Kevin. Sounds to me like Ashland was carried out of Victoria's house and the family crest ring fell out of his pocket in route. But why wasn't there a trail of blood? Did Victor's goons put a bag over Ashland's head? IMO Sally explaining the way she grew up made it clear her abandonment issues talk to Adam's. They fit like puzzle pieces. Way more than Sharon or Chelsea ever did. Why was Chance hanging out in the coffeehouse? Is it a GCPD satellite office? No, this show is just too cheap to use the police station set. Plus they'd have to explain why Paul, the chief of police, is never there anymore. ๐Ÿ˜ Nikki, every predator is not someone's prey. Apex predators are at the top of their food chain for a reason. Your argument is invalid. (And to the MWT who wrote that nonsense: try harder. ๐Ÿ™„) Checkmate, Adam. Sally messed up a big part of your play (or intends to) by quitting her job at NM so now what? LAS VEGAS!?!!?? Geez, Adam, you're going back to your Spider persona? Ehhhh. (And I thought he had a private jet. Why was he booking a commercial flight?)
  2. Wait, I thought the situation with Sergei was pretty much settled with him on the verge of being granted asylum. Are the Russians still trying to work Margo or was that finally the end of it? That fat congressman grilling Ellen's husband looked like Russell Crowe plus 200 pounds. What a weak version of the Clinton-Lewinski situation. Dopehead Danny and his brother Jerkface Jimmy. Gordon and Tracy made a couple of winners with those two. One will likely wreck the Mars mission and the other will help wreck NASA. So does Ed know about Kelly and her cosmonaut boyfriend Alexei or not? Those conspiracy theory fools had access to NASA and the best they could do was steal the statue? Guess they assumed there were no security cameras. Doesn't look like Kelly's probable baby daddy is going to leave Mars alive. Maybe not her dad either. Danny needs a long Martian vacation, with no spacesuit or helmet.
  3. Oy, it looks like Summer inherited her mommy's droopy, tube sock boobs. Yikes. Her hair looks tons better though. ๐Ÿ˜ผ Spare me having to see Victoria do her GC version of Lady Macbeth with Ashland's blood. Was she in shock or something? Ugh, wash your hands, Victoria! Okay, I feel confident that the dancing ability gene does not run in either the Abbott or Newman family lines. Kyle, Summer, Noah, and Allie looked to me like they were on an unsuccessful scavenger hunt for the music's beat. I know Chance is "family" but maybe Victoria shouldn't be talking to the police without an attorney present. And again, Chance should be taking witness/victim statements individually instead of in a group. If Victoria lies, he's making it possible for Nick and Victor to support her false version of what happened. Nick's version of the story left out the part where Victoria was swinging at Ashland with the fireplace poker. Hmm. Victor noticed it too. Oh Adam, stop. Just stop. Sally can support whatever act you're putting on for the Newmans' behalf. Let her in. You know you want to. ๐Ÿคจ Chance, bodies do just disappear when TGVN wants them to. Surely you aren't that naive, Detective. Heh, no Victor/EB wasn't a Bowie in the 1970s but I wouldn't call him a Burt Reynolds either. He was more of a Clint Eastwood IMO--if Clint had an unexplained German accent, lol. That blonde chick twisting and gyrating behind Summer and Kyle was doing some ridiculous upstaging. Or was trying to, anyway. Go on with your bad self, Miss Blondie. Not sure why Sally would trust Sharon to provide an unbiased view of the situation with Adam. Sharon is hardly objective about one of her more complicated exes, or about the Newman family given her long, messy history with them. Plus Sharon doesn't keep people's confidences. ๐Ÿ˜’ Countdown to when Sally is knocking on Adam's hotel room door. He might as well get ready to give her his spare key card.
  4. Haven't watched today's show yet but I did catch that moment when Sally was insisting to Adam that he didn't really want to break up with her. And for a few minutes he wasn't resisting. As usual it brought to mind a Seinfeld episode. Maybe Sally needs to write Adam a strongly worded letter, lol: FYI, it turned out the letter was plagiarized from a Neil Simon movie. Sally would likely use a more recent reference which Adam would understand, like Dreamgirls. To which Adam might respond by sending her this Mary J Blige song.
  5. Right? I don't recall whether Victoria has even met her not-so-new-anymore nephew, Dominic. She and Ashland did go to the big welcome home party Victor threw for Chance at the hotel but other than that, it seems like Victoria couldn't care less about Abby and Chance. I'll be amazed if Chance agrees to help them cover up whatever happened to Ashland. He's a fairly straight arrow and not part of Newman crime family even though he married into it. ๐Ÿ˜ This would've been a good time for Adam to drop by. He knows how to get rid of a body in your living room, tee hee.
  6. Ashland making the crazy eyes at Victoria. Whee! RN is gunning hard for that Daytime Emmy. I was getting sweaty just watching him. Diane, there's this amazing new invention called a telephone. You didn't need to show up unannounced at the Abbott manse to talk to Kyle. Jack isn't a total fool. Ashland: don't get involved, Nick. Your sister and I are saying our final goodbyes. Nick: oh yeah? Then why is she yelling and waving that fireplace poker at you? Victoria: I'm trying to find out how far I can stick it up his-- Joi: two, three feet? That'll work AFAIC. Now Jack is pouring drinks for Diane. It won't be long now before a drunken tryst, and then Diane proudly doing the walk of shame in front of Kyle and Summer the next morning. Victoria, Ashland didn't break into your house, you let him in. Lie better. Meh, the devious plan Phyllis came up with to take down Diane via her job at Marchetti seems lame to me. Too many uncontrolled moving parts. Futzing with Diane's brakes or hacking into her bank account might be more in Phyllis' areas of expertise. Lol, after a second possible murder in her living room, Victoria probably needs to sell that house and move far away. Bad, bad juju. Vikki trying to do CPR on Ashland. Oy. He didn't have a heart attack, ya dimwit. He got his head bashed in. ๐Ÿ™„ Hmm, did the security goons finally show up? Probably Victor too since the last thing he said was that he was going to go check on Victoria at home. Ashland is likely in body bag being delivered to parts unknown. Sayonara, sucka!
  7. Am not a fan of using "female" as a noun, even in science fiction. I understand why the Moclans spoke that way because they considered it an insult. However, the crew of the Orville are a different story, IMO. Bortus told Topa to stay on the ship but she got off. He said she knew better than to wander around in a strange place alone. Yet she did and got kidnapped. IMO they should not have taken a child on a potentially dangerous mission no matter how much she wanted to go. Dolly Parton! Ditto comments upthread, how does an adult use an innocent child as a political pawn, or torture an innocent child? After they rescue Topa, the Orville should nuke that planet from orbit. It's the only way to be sure. (But transport the sanctuary to another safe planet first.) ๐Ÿ˜‰ Bortus was like, "And for torturing my daughter, let me wreck your other eyeball too!" (BTW, the actor who portrayed the torturer showed up on reddit's episode thread. He was well-received.) Gotta give those a-hole Moclans points for boldness. They'd just lie and brazen their way out of anything, until they were finally caught. I'm surprised they didn't try to claim Topa's bruises were self-inflicted, or done by the Union. Aw, Klyden is a good, loving parent after all. Too bad it took Topa going through such horror for him to see the light. I have it cued up to download from my digital library. (Not loving the title though. Every time I come across that song on the radio or in a TV show I immediately change the channel. I get the irony of the song but its title creeps me out.)
  8. Off somewhere indulging their crack habits, obvs. Ah, so little time, so much pipe-hitting to do on the company dime. ๐Ÿ˜
  9. Well if anyone's taking a vote, I think the sommelier was flirting with Gus and Gus was enjoying it until he had an attack of guilt. I also thought that moment of hearing the taste of a certain rare wine described as bloody was where Gus got the initial idea of how to get rid of Don Eladio and the cartel. Of course it was going to take a lot more of the meticulous planning Gus does but IMO this was when he saw elite alcohol with a unique flavor as an excellent poison delivery vehicle. I think looking for perfect grammar and spelling in an informal online discussion site such as PTV probably = a bad time. At least no one in this thread has decided to refer to the characters by completely different names.
  10. Ehhh, good for her I guess but given how scary thin she is (IMO of course) I see this guy as the perfect match for Victoria: No skin and no peen. He and Ice Queen Victoria will just sit around admiring each other's musculature. ๐Ÿ˜ Abby talks a good game at first but she tends to back down fairly quickly when someone goes against her. I think the dinosaur thing was going to take an indeterminate amount of time for whatever government agency to investigate so Abby dropped the project. Lily is not such a pushover and I don't think Phyllis is ready for her, assuming she'll choose to fight Lily on the hotel thing. Yep, and did he forget she drugged him, had sex with him, and got pregnant with Johnny? It's one thing to let old things go but I can't see them being pals now. What's in it for Billy? I think one thing Chelsea wants is to get closer to Johnny and so far Billy's been pushing back on the idea. He might start to ease up now, though Victoria likely won't.
  11. Wow, stealing someone's kid, and in broad daylight too. The mafia would not approve, lol. Pope didn't even know how to go on a date without getting OCD about it. Wait, so Penny's husband wasn't back or had he left already? Whose car had been sitting at her house? But ugh, J had apparently been doing drive-bys. Julia had to pick her little brothers up from school because apparently Smurf couldn't be bothered. Was that Smurf's way of keeping Craig and Deran feeling needy for her attention? J breaks some guy's nose and doesn't even bother to wash his hands afterward. Yuck. And Penny seemed to know what was up: J was trying to impress her. ๐Ÿ™„ Poor baby Nick, having to be not only held hostage in a trap house but also in one with booming noise masquerading as music. He might have hearing loss. Dang, good thing Deran was wearing the Kevlar vest. Or the guy didn't aim for his head. Nick can't even walk or talk yet and he's already in the Cody crime life. Grandma Smurf would so proud.
  12. Ditto comments upthread, it was nice to see Zahn McClarnon again. They just recreate the wild west bordello in the Golden Age and don't even have to change the dialogue. That's either sad or cynical. Those ragtime versions of rock songs being played in the speakeasy were funny. The Westworld Massacre game is the Easter egg. How meta. Wonder why Caleb thought he could trust Carver to keep his family safe? Had he not met the guy before? I'm confused as to when real Carver became host Carver but it probably doesn't matter now unless he comes back as another host later.
  13. The snitch who the detective put on Pope is going to get him made by the Codys. He'll be lucky if Pope doesn't kill him. Or the detective will be lucky if the kid doesn't snitch on her. The bar called 48/14. Okay. It's a bad joke if you have to explain it, fellas. Ditto comments upthread, that guy playing the flashback Billy is definitely good casting. He has Dennis Leary's vocal inflections down pat. No, Pope, you should not call Amy. She's probably working some kind of deal with the cops. Does J not know about what happened with Amy because if he did I doubt he'd be encouraging Pope to have anything to do with her. These guys are floundering without Smurf, especially Craig and Pope. It's just a matter of which one will get caught first. I think Smurf was lowkey mad Julia got Baz before she did.
  14. J's married girlfriend is probably about to become a widow. She likely set J up to do it. Wouldn't surprise me if her boss is her real lover. Interesting the Codys assumed Brock the party guy didn't have an inside contact at LAFD. Deran's cover could've been blown if they'd tried to go around him to work a deal on the permits. Smurf tried to make sure Pope wouldn't dare show his face at the rectory again, with a fairly lame robbery. She was diabolical. I had to go back and refresh my memory on who Amy was. Interesting that she just happened to be at the hospital. Maybe she's working with the cops. Not diabolical enough, apparently. Young Pope assaulting up the priest could bring serious trouble. These new owners of the bar competing with Deran's are sus. It'll be bad if they're undercover and about to get proof of the Deran's extortion racket. Pope's skater kid has wormed his way onto the Cody property. Ruh roh. Craig's biker buddy is trying to get in on one of Craig's jobs. Ruh roh. (Though on reddit there's a theory he's going run a job ON the Codys. I still think he's a cop though.)
  15. Victoria's house set. Long time no see. Adam could barely look Sally in the eye while he was telling her he's done so get off his a$$. He's a lying liar who lies to my girl Sally. Grrr. Ashland is nucking futz. Was he trying to scare Victoria? Victor's goons must've been taking a coke break <sniff sniff> because Ashland should not have been able to get that close her house. A rooftop nightclub isn't exactly a novel idea. But Nick's a good dad I guess for cheering Noah on. We'll see how long this phase lasts before Noah's restless again. Or before his nightclub catches on fire, or gets hit by a tornado, or is flattened by a blizzard. ๐Ÿค  It's not a bad enough day until Chelsea shows up to gloat in your face. The audacity of this b!tch, pretending like she was concerned for Sally. IMO she needs a good slappin'. Yaddah, yaddah, yaddah, Ashland. How many times does Vikki have to tell you IT'S OVER!!!! Gah, you have the attention span of a goldfish. Hide the bunnies, Vik. He's going fatal attraction on you. Oy, Chelz is as bonkers as ever, living in her own little reality. I think Billy is going to regret starting his podcast partnership with her. And he better hope he realizes it before Lily does. Who was that Prince Harry-looking guy in the background trying to dance so hard? Looked to me like he was about to throw his back out, lol. I'm glad at least Noah and Allie didn't embarrass themselves. Re the previews: I sadly bet Ashland is going to try to assault Victoria. Maybe Daisy's brother Ryder is still hiding in the closet and can jump out and rescue Victoria. ๐Ÿ˜
  16. That's what I'm wondering. Even though they were FWBs when he bought her debt from his sister, and Phyllis insisted that Nick not consider it a gift. If it took her the rest of her life to pay it off, she would. (IIRC, it was like $20M - $30M?) Not that Nick needs the money but I bet if he hears about the offer he'll "encourage" Phyllis to take it. I think this goes back to when Lily went to Victoria for advice on being a CEO. Lily wants to build C-W into some kind of omni-business, even more than CI was or NE is. I'm not sure there's an IRL comparison, at least not based in the US. ^^^This right here. But OTOH, Lily and Devon have had no trouble using Phyllis' hotel for events or meetings so maybe they're over whatever happened with Dru. It would be interesting if Lily brought it up to Phyllis though. I got the impression however that Lily isn't driven by revenge on the hotel thing, she just wants a hotel and she'll either buy one or build one. Sort of like the MGM Grand or comparable places in Las Vegas? But LV has way more reasons to go there than a single hotel. GC is hardly in the neighborhood. Heh, what Noah should do is hire Chance to hang out there a few nights a week. Chance put on quite a show at Mariah and Tessa's wedding reception. He was hilarious.
  17. Victoria, if Adam is the dark cloud hanging over Newman, you and Nick and are NE's groundwater contamination. Shut up. ๐Ÿคฎ Ashley said it was cool how she and Allie were both so comfortable in the Jabot lab, and Allie remarked that it must be in the genes. The only genes Allie shares with Ashley are Dina's, and Dina wasn't a chemist. Soooo, does Allie not know Aunt Ashley isn't a biological Abbott? Jack Abbott: my sister has always had a distinctly unique perspective on things. Anyone Else: Ashley is completely full of shite. OMG, Phyllis. When you find yourself in a hole you can't climb out of, stop digging. You did what you did and you meant to do it. Own your ish and get on with your life. And let Jack get on with his. ๐Ÿคจ Powerful scene between Adam and Victor, especially since IMO MG was carrying most of the weight. I couldn't figure out if EB was being generous or lazy. Meh, I think Noah's too old for Sharon still to be teaching him how to be in a good relationship. If he hasn't figured it out by now, the problem is probably beyond her skill set. Yikes, Ashley was being kind of condescending toward Allie. "You sweet innocent child. You may be book smart but you've already proven you're no match for evil Diane." ๐Ÿ™„ AFAIC Adam is 100% right. The Newmans tend to think revenge only goes one way and they are untouchable. He can't save them. Lol, Lily looking at Phyllis like "Bish plz. Take this pile of money and go find some new ashes to rise from." I hope the first thing Lily does is change the hotel's ridiculous name. And let the staff choose new uniforms. Whoa, Miss Allie went all, "You must not know 'bout me. I am nobody's fool. You and those other two manipulative heifers better ask somebody." Take that, Auntie Ash. Ruh roh. Jack admitting to Phyllis he still loves her gave her some hope. She'll have him roped and tied toot sweet ๐Ÿ˜’ I sure hope Ashland isn't mad dumb enough to be trying to snatch Victoria himself, in broad daylight. Surely he knows Victor has guards on her.
  18. What about this though: Peter Bergman Inks Five-Year Deal To Remain On โ€˜The Young & The Restlessโ€™ Per the June 24, 2022 article I don't know why they'd give him such a long contract if they're planning to end well before then. Not unless it's like car loans where the payments get smaller if you extend the number of months of payments. ABC pulled a similar move with Susan Lucci a few months before AMC went dark but I don't think her contract was more than a year or two. Fans later suspected that TPTB wanted to keep her quiet until they pulled the plug, and it worked because she was as shocked as anyone. If CBS knows they're going to cancel this show then this latest contract PR with PB is kind of shady IMO.
  19. Noah told Jack he was just dropping Allie off. Yeah, off his tongue in her throat, tee hee. At least those two were in an upright position when Jack walked in. ๐Ÿ˜ "Jettison Jenkins Foundation." Oh wow, Phyllis got jokes. ๐Ÿ™„ And Nikki, a dire situation is thousands of people dying from heat stroke, or swarms of sharks now viewing the east coast beaches as human smorgasbords. Diane running around town living her life and not giving a fcuk about you and her other naysayers is small potatoes, uncooked. Get over yourself. Ashley coming in sideways on Phyllis. Whee! Jack probably shouldn't have told her what Phyllis did to him because it was almost guaranteed Ashley would get in Phyllis' face about it, all sneaky like. Does Chloe have any bad history with the Newmans, other than Adam? Victoria and Nick didn't seem too fazed by learning she'd be Sally's new NM COO. Diane is a predator, Nikki? Sure, and Phyllis is still a Xenomorph. Geez, Sally has already turned a bit bitter about Adam. Or she merely gave Tweedledum and Tweedledee Newman the impression she has. Argh, I'm gnawing my fingernails over here! Hang tough, Sally! Grandpa Jack is so sweet with Allie. And even though he said the progress of Allie's relationship with Noah is none of his business, I bet he's already started compiling a mental list of invitees to their future engagement party. Though Ashland wasn't fooled by Adam's overtures he might have said too much by insinuating Victoria is his target, not NE. Adam has either pulled or witnessed some deadly revenge schemes so he can imagine the worst and then some. I doubt Ashland knows that. Aw, Adam tried to do the right thing and warn Vikki about Ashland coming for her. She likely will brush Adam off though since daddy has his crackhead security team on guard. Adam will never win with the Ice Queen but it sounds like Nick might be receptive, due to Faith's replacement kidney.
  20. (Someone already beat me to the reference by minutes but...) Over on another soap forum they're calling Phyllis, Nikki, and Ashley the Real Housewives of GC. Which kinda works since ED is/was on one of those RH shows. I think the GC one needs more members though. They should recruit Lily, Mariah, and Abby. And Chelsea to bring the cray cray. I haven't watched today's show yet but I did catch that scene where Victoria agreed to give Sally 90 days to prove herself as an interim CEO. AFAIC Sally needs to tell the two trust fund twats to go take a flying leap off the Top of the Tower. Odds are at around day 89, after Sally has delivered all these amazing gains and improvements for NM, Victoria will fire her anyway. Meanwhile, watch Nick start sniffing around Sally since he'll think she's desperate for some Newman junk and if she can't get Adam's, Nick's will do. Bleh!!!!!!!!
  21. ^^^Ehhhh, it's too hot. ๐Ÿฅด Maybe in a couple of months when my brain isn't sweating. Also, I opt to do polls about the characters and not the actors who portray them. And the way I've staged the GTFO-type polls is for the winners to be the ones voters most want to remain in GC. Controversial characters tend to get voted out of town fairly quickly.
  22. I don't get it. Are TPTB trying to make us hate the Newmans? (The first and second generations, anyway. Most of the younger ones are okay.) It's a bad sign when an episode begins with them turning the Smug & Conceited up to 11. Ashley looked fab and refreshed. KMN. Apparently Adam spent all night coming up with his awful "it's not me, it's you" breakup speech he was giving Sally. ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ Whee, Noah was like, "Bish please. Ain't nobody got time for this" and hustled Allie away from Phyllis' presence. He had a front-row seat to Phyllis' scheming when he was growing up so it stands to reason he can see through her now. Not that Allie needed rescuing but I think she tends to be too tolerant of bad behavior from people older than her. Ashley's okay with Phyllis using Jack's peen as a weapon against Diane. Of course she is, because stays not taking Jack's side in contentious situations. Grrr. Nick in a brown tie with a gray suit. Yech. The combination hurt my eyes. Part of me has to believe Adam is lying to Sally. He knew her liabilities from the start, and she's been nothing but loyal to and supportive of him. For him to have been merely using her for sex all this time, just to defy daddy, is insanely juvenile IMO. Adam is many things but he's not a bratty, horny teenager. This must be part of a long play he's making wrt NE. What a huge risk though if he's counting on Sally to take him back at some point. Seriously, Ashley? What Phyllis did to Jack wasn't an "act of love," it was a declaration of ownership, targeted specifically at Diane. She had no regard for Jack's personal agency. Your advice sucks and you need to shut up. ๐Ÿคจ Victoria and Nick standing there rolling their eyes at Sally while she was trying to cling to her job was despicable to me. Ugh! Oh Diane. Stop casting your (tarnished) pearls before swine. Or in this specific case, before sows. Sows who don't seem to have more important things to do than obsess over you. You do need to stop mocking them to their faces though. Wait, was that Allie and Noah's first kiss? What year is this, 1722? In 2022, in GC, those two should be shacked up and expecting their first kid already, lol. All the things Ashley, Nikki, and Phyllis said Diane did to them, I'm pretty sure they've done to other people. Ouch, the hypocrisy. It burns!
  23. Did Kyle need pasties? (The kind strippers wear, not the kind you eat.) His nipples were on high alert during the park scene with Ashland. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Did Victoria raid Sally's closet? She usually doesn't show so much leg. Interesting color, too. Seemed suited more for fall to me. Meanwhile, I liked that solid green on Sally. It worked well with her hair. Then Chloe came in wearing something she must've found at Forever 21, 22 years ago. Yikes. Okay....Noah's definitely been hitting the gym. ๐Ÿ‘€ Diane back in black. Ehhh. But hey, let's enjoy some classic AC/DC, shall we? Poor Harrison's 0 for 2 in the law-abiding parents lottery. Both Tara and Ashland have been drug away from him by the cops. Please tell me Diane didn't use Harrison to score reputation points against Nikki. She better hope no one nearby had their camera facing in her direction when she walked away to let Ashland have a private moment with the boy. Hmm, I kinda like the idea of Sally and Chloe becoming galpals. Chloe is one of the few in GC who are nonjudgmental toward Sally, and Sally doesn't care if Chloe rags on Adam because she understands why. It's perfect! ๐Ÿ˜ First Victoria said she didn't want Sally running NM because Adam would be a bad influence on her. Then today she said it's a problem that Sally won't have Adam to help guide her at NM if they've indeed broken up. FFS, Vikki, pick a lane. How odd that a media company's CEO office lacks a big flat screen TV on one of its walls. Sally and Chloe having to watch the NE press conference on Sally's tiny notebook was ridiculously low-tech. In the real world <tee hee> the business press would've eaten the Newmans alive. The NE CEO position is staffed like a game of musical chairs and it's beyond absurd. Noah to run a nightclub. Oy vey. Whatever, I still don't want to see any of these GC fools trying to bust a move on the dance floor. Well, except for Chance. He was getting down at the wedding reception. ๐Ÿฅณ Diane straight up lying to Kyle, or at least spinning the story to her favor and getting Kyle and Summer to reassure her that she did nothing wrong. Yeah, Diane also better hope Harrison isn't chatty about his surprise visit with Ashland. Is that how jails actually work, people can show up to taunt and assault you like it was a public stockade? Maybe TGVN gets special dispensation due to his family pretty much funding their wing at the GCPD. ๐Ÿ™„
  24. Has Taylor ever watched a single season of BB? It doesn't seem to me like she understands the game very much. It's not like beauty pageant where she'd be focused more on herself and the judges, and less on her competitors. The idea that houseguests could have multiple loyalties, and that she needs to fit in somewhere doesn't sink in with her. Meh on the HOH competition. It seemed to me to favor the male houseguests so I was kind of surprised Jasmine won. Pooch. What a maroon. Please win that veto, Taylor. Right now I'm pulling for Michael and Nicole as F2.
  25. Stupid, Danny. It's your fault Ed opted not to crash land on Mars. Now watch Danny get a painkiller addiction with his ungrateful self. So the VP was indeed utterly cluelss about Ellen's sexuality. So much for fan speculation that he was keeping an ace in the hole to use against her at the most opportune moment. How deep in the closet was Will Tyler? Seems like a major security check would have been done on the entire crew since the mission was so important both technology-wise and PR-wise. Whoa, they kept the medication unlocked on Phoenix? Wait until Danny ODs. Ed will be shocked but Karen will know what's up. Kelly up there working hard on making that first Mars baby. Ellen issues DADT. Meh. I get why Clinton made that mistake but she should've known better. Sergei is slick but he took a huge risk telling Molly about the water on Mars. He's already skating on thin ice with his bosses, and his family hasn't been extracted yet, have they? Uh oh, now Danny is gonna kill Ed for sure. Like he wasn't psycho enough before he got addicted. ๐Ÿ™„ Yes but Ed wasn't going to leave Kelly stranded under any circumstances. The gifts were his way of looking like a good sport. I think the show is trying not to portray her as the Angry Black Woman, so much so that they've almost made her look like a self-entitled martyr. She tries to divert attention away from what many would perceived as unfair advantages by going out of her way to prove she's earned her gains and accolades. Her getting NASA the win by landing first on Mars will be all most people remember so from her perspective it was worth the risk.
