  1. Yeah, I have a few friends in Chicago who love the Cubs, and they're all planning on watching the game live (obviously, that's the way to do it!) and Arrow later.
  2. Sometimes I poach them, sometimes I scramble them, sometimes I make scrambled egg casserole. I'm not sure why Oliver would cook them that way, unless he had other things he'd rather be doing (which I always do, haha).
  3. God, he really wanted them to go super dark. I didn't make it past Felicity killing Ra's and Oliver brooding over the fact that she killed for him, because NO.
  4. They could've meant slow cooker. I cook eggs in mine all the time. And yeah, I can see why she wants to go back.
  5. That second pic is killing me. Seems like Felicity finds that other couple annoying too. Little disappointed that the engagement conversation wasn't with Thea, but oh well.
  6. Thea is so cute in that new clip, haha.
  7. Yeah, but I wasn't sure if that was a direct quote related to DD or just a general statement of hatred.
  8. Chances that Quentin is gonna blame Oliver for DD terrorizing the city? Even though Oliver wasn't even there? Anyone?
  9. Yeah, I think the higher ups definitely want him promoting their shows. That's where he shines. He doesn't show his ass until he posts about some of his personal feels.
  10. What does it matter though? Honest question. Bringing in a new love interest in the past this season isn't rewriting anything between Oliver and Laurel because he already had a love interest in the past before this one. He was allegedly pining for Laurel in the past but was perfectly willing to get with Shado. How does having a relationship with another person years later change anything? He didn't love Laurel enough to abstain from a relationship with Shado, and he doesn't love her enough to abstain from a relationship with this chick. There's no difference between the two.
  11. Them adding a love interest this season regardless of what it's for isn't retconning anything. Oliver already had a love interest in the past-very recently after he washed up on Lian Yu. Years ago they established that Oliver was up for a relationship with someone else, even while "pining" for Laurel. This doesn't change that one bit.
  12. He already had a love interest in the past, and she was a pretty big one. Her name was Shado. Do these people just...forget so much?
  13. If Laurel doesn't get some kind of intro into this kid storyline, I'm going to be truly disappointed. And that'll be about the only time I'll be disappointed about Laurel not being included in something, haha.
  14. I don't think it's changing to accommodate what they want to do now, I think it's adding more details to the stories we already had to right the course of something they didn't think was working. The only thing I find truly strange about it when I think about it is the fact that Laurel's picture is nowhere to be found in the flashbacks. It's not something that bothers me though, because given their relationship history from the get-go, I never believed that O/L were any kind of love story at all, much less a great one. All the "I know you in my bones," and "you've always seen the person I could be," or whatever they were trying to sell always rang so false to me, because we met Oliver and Laurel when they were on the outs, and all we ever see in the flashbacks about the two of them is her being naive/delusional about the relationship and him being an utter shitbag to her. So, I'm glad they don't harp on any of that stuff they tried in S1, because it all seemed like crap to me. We never saw a time when the two of them were in love and actually in a good relationship, without knowing what Oliver was getting up to behind her back.
  15. Well, she shouldn't be upset about a kid he didn't even know he had, but that's where the concern with these writers come in. I honestly hope her reaction is some variation on surprise that there's just the one. Because seriously, how lucky did he get?
  16. I'm only interested in laurel's reaction, haha. And I hope it doesn't cause ship drama, because it might shock Felicity, but I don't think it's drama or breakup worthy.
  17. Didn't one of the premiere reviews mention that O/F have a talk about kids? I suspect we'll know how they both feel about the subject before Oliver Jr. shows up.
  18. Yeah, I'm gonna guess it's a neighbor too.
  19. Yeah, she did seem to have a good time-good for her. It's just an odd choice to put it out there IMO. Especially since she looks like she just got beaten to a pulp.
  20. I would actually really love it if they would work together on something. A lot. Except for Dinah because I still think she's a terrible person.
  21. The only thing that would interest me in a rehash of O/L is, assuming Oliver's kid comes into the picture, seeing Laurel interact with him/her, lmao. I'd have to catch a clip of that on YouTube.
  22. It's another problem this show has with telling, not showing. We know Sara was staying at Laurel's, so surely they bonded or at least grew infinitesimally closer than they were, but we didn't see that, so it feels like it never happened (because we never got to see even a minute of it). Not that I'm complaining since I really don't care that much about their relationship, but for those who do, it must be disappointing.
