  1. Is Daryl going John Wick over Dog? I couldn't hear what he said.
  2. Emily is horrible. Don't these morons know, especially one with her Criminal Data background, that you never scam a con? I went on a few dates with a prison guard and I totally scared him off with all my questions (kidding, we just didn't vibe). He told me a story about inmates making a radio with parts they stole from various places. It took them almost a year to collect it all. I said "OMG, these guys are so smart!" and he said (in this is key): Remember, they have NOTHING to do 24/7 to plot and scheme. Plus knowledge gets passed on as inmates leave so they have a baseline to work with. So Emily thinking she's scamming the scammer is ridiculous. And if she thinks she's scamming him then why buy an engagement ring with his stimulus check (add me to the WTF on that one, too). Go on a vacay, pay off a credit card, or whatever. Either you're scamming the scammer or you're 100% in. She thinks she'll be home great legal mind rivaling the innocence project and be a goddess among cons. I love these blatant attempts to drum up "friends" for these idiots. The woman with Emily at the jewelry story clearly was not a fan of Emily's life decision or her personality. The 2 women with the Jersey girl at the Italian restaurant were definitely not her besties. They also looked 10 years younger than her. If they were planning their 20th high school reunion they'd all be about 38. The 2 friends definitely looked on the younger, cuter side. Louie's "girlfriend" looked 10 years older. I loved their WTF faces when she was talking.
  3. Question (not related to the episode): Who first coined "walker?" It would have had to be Morgan, right? He was the first person Rick met in the ZA. Every group/community had their own term for zombies yet Rick's group always ended up converting them to theirs (because they are a plague). What was Negan's term? I know the Governors was Biters. Herschel and the woman had their own terms too but Rick (because he is a plague) changed theirs as well.
  4. The trailer is lovely. Everyone needs to sit the fuck down. The excitement the kids had when they were showing it off just shows how Janelle has done a great job instilling family values in HER family and how much of a dickhead outsider (TO HIS WIFE AND KIDS) by shitting all over it. I officially hate Meri. I don't follow her IG but I see her posts reshared on Reddit and all the clickbait about all her "watch me now" bullshit is for nothing. She was foaming at the mouth about the idea of Kody staying at the BnB with her. I used to feel sorry for her that she was so emotionally and physically gaslighted and neglected that she hung on for crumbs. But not anymore. She sees the kids going out and living their own lives and lifestyles and she now sees Christine choosing mental health over Kody. Meri, don't post how great your life is when you have no life. Leggings can only bring you so much satisfaction.
  5. The Ren Faire set bothered me. We're, what, 13 (?) years into the ZA? There is a mall near me that close during the pandemic and in 2 years the place has gone to total shit. The exterior looks like it's falling apart, the windows are broken, the signs of the anchor stores are half missing. This fairground hasn't been used in over a decade yet the paint was still nice, the walls were in tact, it wasn't overgrown in weeds, and the sign for the fair was completely legible. That was a heavy suspension of disbelief other than it was a nice callback to Jerry for a Kingdom background. I did, however, love this new super walker who climbs and it looked like he had a rock with him to bash Jerry in the head. Wouldn't it be inevitable that the zombie virus would mutate over time? Either strengthening or weakening? Look how COVID has evolved as far as manifestations. I saw the commercial for TWD universe with Rick and Michonne. I'm pre-pissed off about that. How is Michonne going to justify leaving Judith and Rick Jr? Or is TWD supposed to be concurrent with what we're seeing now? Still, I'lll never get over Michonne just leaving her kids given the character arc they gave her about becoming the mom Judith never had.
  6. Agreed, the attack scene was ridiculous. "Stephanie" had the jump on running away from Douchebag, Jr because he was still in the wrestling ring and yet he caught up to her in all the melee and threw her to the walker. And his attack was in sloooooow motion. Not only did he have forever to push the walker off, roll out from under it, and run, he sat up and waiting for the walker to pretty much jump on his back to bite him. I'm going to just go with it and assume because they were newly turned and previously had healthy, strong bodies that these walkers were more "fit" but I've never seen a walker straddle someone and bite them. I know it's been a decade (?) that the Commonwealth folk have been out in the wild but they would have had to survive 2+ years before that so none of them thought to kick one in the head or stab them with an ice cream cone when they were clutching their pearls and running for cover? I liked the interactions with Darryl and Judith. She really is a good little actress, the best kid one we've had on the show for sure.
  7. Huzzah! I'm caught up after needing to binge 5 seasons of TWD because I gave up back in season 5. My, my, so much has happened and yet so much is still the same. I didn't see why those 2 people are after the kids. Is it because they're associated with Alexandria and leverage for them against Aaron and Gabriel? I do like how everyone is working together again. I'm optimistic for a strong finish. I can't believe it was 12 years ago when this journey began!
  8. Kody is unhinged to the point where I thought he was trolling the viewers by overplaying the villain but no...he's really that much of a narcissist. Meri should have been out a long time ago but this should seal it, no further discussion. When Kody convened the Zoom call and he said hello to his other wives and added "oh, and hi Meri" I was dumbfounded why she stays around. Then her mom... I had the same experience in February when I got the call in the morning that my mom was not going to make it (sepsis/intestinal perforation), I jumped in the car to drive the 9 hours to her house. I was so sure I would make it to say goodbye and I got the call when I was about 3 hours away. I've never known a pain like that. To be so close to giving comfort in your loved one's final moments and missing it. I, too, was driving alone bc my partner was away for work. I can't believe Meri was able to talk to the cameras after that call. That personal note aside, she WANTED him to go with her. She needed support. He is a joke. He thinks his "marriage(s)" will get him into heaven? If there is one I hope God does a long, long replay of what a garbage human being Kody was to his wives and his children.
  9. Poor Gracie. She hasn't seen her dad in almost a year, comes to his wedding to a woman she's never met and who is pregnant with sibling #6, and she has to endure the trashtastic gender reveal wedding cake with the funfetti pink cake on top of it. I know Kelly needs those SharpBucks but I really wish they hadn't used the wedding for the father/daughter reunion. I'm sad for Branwin because she's so very, very damaged but I do love that she's making a fool of Chazz. He's the creepiest creep who ever creeped. I hope she finishes that construction program, gets a good paying job, and cleans up her life. I'm sick of the Puppy storyline. She's so OBVIOUSLY pregnant and too far along to have an abortion. She needs to leave Eric and be with that awesome crew of lady support she has.
  10. I was kind of fascinated with the idea of crab rangoon pizza. Was it a white pizza or was there tomato sauce, because that would change the whole picture. I'm picturing a white pizza with crab rangoons, drizzled with some siracha and duck sauce? His pizza looked like a plain cheese but I was only half paying attention. Taylers's tats distract me every time. And moscato? With pizza? I'd be nauseous too. I didn't think moscato was bubbly, just sweet. Did they mean prosecco? Regardless, it came uncorked and I laughed when Chance asked if he was supposed to pop off the cork. He's such a pretender that he's so cultured and above Tayler. And in the same episode brags about getting his SIXTH credit card. Um, that's called predatory credit. Which is fitting since he's a predator. Is THAT what he put on the ledge?! I couldn't figure it out. I was thinking it was an apple tracker and that's why he was crying bc he thought Branwin was punking him and that's why he kept extending his stay. OMG. He's so dramatic. Branwin is so painfully damaged and I am getting really uncomfortable watching her scenes. Yes, I know she married him but the woman hasn't had a normal relationship her entire life, maybe he did seem could provide the stability she craved. Chazz is a Grade A creep but I can't blame him for expecting they would have marital relations since they got married 5 minutes after she was out. I'm sure their prison letters and calls were spicy. Poor Branwin just can't deal with the pressure of commitment and being committed to someone so desperate and needy is even worse. I feel for her. Not so much the rest of these clowns.
  11. Branwin is really polarizing! I'm in the camp where she is so damaged that Chazz just needs to leave her alone and move on. Whatever she does -- stays in Portland, returns to sex work, relapses on drugs -- he should not be a contributor to that and it is clear the stress of being in a relationship is triggering. Maybe she thought she could handle normal life when she was still tucked away in the safety of prison life. I think she even said at one point last episode that it would be easier to be in prison. She didn't have that many decisions/accountability in prison. Now she is accountable to her PO, to her school, to her daughter. She has to decide where to live, what friends to keep in her life, what to DO with her life. A bizarre, needy, husband who clearly has issues if he's on his 4th marriage is not the dream of stability for her, no matter what picture he paints. I get really sad Tracey and Alla vibes from her.
  12. Because he's so stupid that he thinks he's impressing her. Last week when she got into his car he said "oh hold on, you're sitting on one of my paychecks." He drove 10 hours or something supposedly with his paycheck sitting on the seat waiting to blow out the door? Of course not, who does that? He placed it there just before she got in to try to impress her. Same with access to his finances. He wants to play victim about being taken by other women but peacock about what a provider he is.
  13. I feel so bad for her son. It's awful for children to hear their parents (I'm loosely including Muhammed) fighting but he has special needs and may have even less coping skills. I know New Mexico is not NYC or San Fran when it comes to meeting people but, Jesus, was this really the right choice for her son? Everyone deserves to be happy but I don't know how her go-to was a Muslim half her age, half a world away, who would clearly have different views on life, religion, and -- as we now know -- fidelity.
  14. That would be Gino. Who enjoys the "simple things" in life but also enjoys fake boobs, lashes, teeth, lips, fillers, and relationships.
  15. I'm 5 minutes into the ep and I have to stop to catch my breath. Derrick: "I support all foolishness and shenanigans." **dying** Everyone needs a friend like Derrick. Although I'm disappointed he's been married THREE times!
  16. I wondered about that, too. The timeline for Tia and Nicole seems longer than the other couples because there was a huge difference in Nicole's appearance from having COVID twice being back on meth when Daonte first saw her this season. So it's hard to tell how long it's been since we last saw Tia drinking and this diagnosis. Maybe she really will have a wakeup call but she seems plagued by a lot of issues, physical and more. Her suitcase full of makeup tells me, "screen time."
  17. OMG, I love Derrick so much. Stirring up shit with a huge smile!
  18. And what a bitch! She thinks it's crazy that a mechanic shouldn't spend 30K on his felon girlfriends instead of his kids!
  19. So apparently Sara's entire suitcase was filled with makeup.
  20. Aw, Kristianna with her mom is sweet. She IS a diva with those lashes! And the nails are killer! John -- do NOT fuck up and cheat on her. She will not survive.
