I loved both these episodes. Laughed out loud so many times. I feel like I come on here every week and comment about Winston but seriously, I love everything he does. The stare down was amazing. Also loved their boss and whatever he said he wants to do to Winston. I can't remember now but it was so funny. I also love all Nick's little side comments "no, don't communicate. That won't get you anywhere." And I don't usually love physical comedy but Schmidt falling over when he smelled the hooch cracked me up. Winston though. I just love where they've gone with his character even if it is totally different than how they started out. It's totally worth it.

So I was a casual watcher of this show when it was on but am binge watching it now. I realized that season 4 is when I started to not like Rory. To me, she used to be a somewhat sweeter, more earnest version of her mother. Season 4 though it just felt like she suddenly got cocky and was trying to hard. I can't stand her from season 4 on.

I 100% agree with this. I can't stand Kirk. I don't find him in anyway amusing, I just think he's an ass.

I loved that part so much. Seriously, anything Winston says or does it love at this point. I love where they've gone with his character.

I'm so glad I saw this! Was this a thing when the show was on? I didn't go on forums then and unfortunately missed watching the first season live and was spotty on the later ones. Totally unlike me actually. I just started watching from the beginning on Netflix the other day and was watching the episode after Dean and Roy stayed out all night and Dean was talking to Lorelai at the window. I just kept thinking, wow do these two have crazy chemistry or am I creepy haha. And to get back on track for the thread, I'm all for Jess. He was always my favorite because the actors had such great chemistry. Although I was in college when this was on and reading through the thread now I see that a lot of people couldn't stand him. I'm excited to get to season 2 to see if my opinion changes now that I'm older.

Aww I just got a little choked up watching that! Is that weird haha? In my defense I'm 9 months pregnant so most things make me cry.

So, I don't know about the guy with the dark hair but believe it or not, the red head sitting next to him is actually Nyle's twin. I don't think I've ever seen two people look less alike, let alone brothers. Obviously fraternal twins don't look alike but they are polar opposites. My phone isn't letting me do 2 quotes for some reason but in response to the person wondering how Nyle and Peta will respond to constructive criticism, I don't know about Peta but I think Nyle will do great. There was a photo shoot on ANTM that he got really screwed on where they did the shoot standing on a small box in pitch black. The other contestants got some sort of audio cue before the camera flash went off so they could pose but for Nyle they just kept hitting the box or something. So the poor guy was in pitch black, couldn't hear a thing and someone would randomly just hit the little box he was standing on. It had to be so disconcerting and really wasn't fair to him but he never complained. Just did his best. I think he'll welcome any critiques.

I am glad Jess is back. I'm still bitter they made Regan a love interest to Nick but I won't get into that again haha. I loved Winston's surprise that they blacked out his thoughts on the trial and when he started dancing at the gathering. He's adorable.

I loved Cece's audition and agree that Hannah Simone can definitely carry more. She's great. As always, loved every thing Winston. Especially his "Hey Deborah". He's wonderful. I hate the Nick and Regan storyline though. Hate it. I don't mind Meghan Fox but you mean to tell me they couldn't find anything else to do with her except a storyline that reminds me way too much of the Nick and Jess storyline. Ugh, I'm way more annoyed than I should be.

I was upset that they used that line. That moment in cooler was so epic and I don't like tha Nick's feelings Regan wpuld even be compared to how he felt for Jess. Season 2 is one of my favorite seasons of a tv show ever.Also, so crushed for Winston. I like them together and just want him to catch a break with someone.

I have a question. Who is the huntress? I don't remember seeing her? Was sure in one of the first 2 episodes? I just binge watched last season and this one but couldn't get the first two episodes of this season so I read the recaps and might have missed something.

My mom and I watch this together and she cracked me up because she said "ooo there's one for each of us."

My cousin was on a reality (much to his embarrassment now haha) and the producers pushed him to stage a romance. It's whatever the producers tell them to do. I was pretty apalled with this episode. Nyle's idea was easily the only good one but the photo shoot was just shameful. It's one thing to have the models to overcome something in their shoot but that was just completely unfair to him. Can you imagine being in the pitch black, unable to hear, with a light flashing in your face every few seconds? That would be terrifying! He handled it really well at the panel though. I'm glad he said how hard it was but he was classy about it. I'm not even convinced they did it to set him up to fail. I think they were just dumb and no one realized until they were there that he wouldn't be able to communicate.

Ah! I was a few minutes behind on the show and my dvr cut off right at the end. What did the note Jess wrote on the fridge say?

In regards to Jamie being so accepting of Claire's story, I was thinking during the last episode that this time period, people would probably be more likely to believe a story like that as they still believed in things like changelings and witchcraft. Jamie even asked her if she was witch so I actually buy that he'd believe her. I was even thinking she's a little lucky thats she's in this time period just because of that part

Just piping in because I haven't read the books and just watched all the episodes this week. I've been trying to stay unspoiled but had to peak at this thread after that episode :) I didn't actually see anything but wanted to comment on people who are saying they're not doing a good job of showing Claire's love for Jamie and I 100% agree. I adore Jamie but I don't see Claire being as attached to him as he is to her. I wanted her to stay for Jamie and figured she would because where else would the show go if she left but, I think based on what they've shown us, it didn't make sense for her to stay.

It's funny because I love Kyle Chandler and Jacinda Barrett but every scene they're in together totally takes me out of the show. I stupidly rewatched Friday Night Lights right before starting this and I just can't get used to seeing him with someone other than Connie Britton. By far one of my favorite TV couples. Shouldn't have watched this right after haha.

So I haven't really watched too closely this year but was able to sit down and watch this episode. Love Nick. Jake Johnson is just all kinds of hilarious foR me. Him trying to get on the bike with coach made me laugh much harder than it probably should have haha. But...are they going back to Nick and Jess? Seems like they're doing a slow build right? I might be behind on this though. Also really love the dynamic between Winston and Cece right now. Winston little side notes are great.

Oh! That makes sense! Thank you so much. I thought they were burning because of the barrier and that's what kept them out. That's kind of cool although my only gripe is that if they're turning back into their human selves, shouldn't they not burn?

I'm very confused. I thought they burned when they cross the border. Why were bleeding? Actually, now that I'm typing this, is it because their healing powers don't work over the border and they all and injuries to their chests or stomachs? Why didn't they burn??

Ah! Now I don't want to watch it! I can barely handle this show as it is. Can anyone share what happens so I can prepare myself?

I agree that Winston is easily the best part of the show and that comes from someone mildly obsessed with Nick and Jake Johnson. I loved his reaction when Coach said it was a classic Winston and Cece mess around.
