  1. here's how that happened (S3 E4 on Hulu) - for those that don't know, passed spins are mandatory until a player hits a whammy, then they can be passed: C started second round with two whammies, promptly Whammied out B started with two, picked up third, scored $4000 on her next spin then passed three spins to A, who had earned ten spins himself in question round. A started with no whammies, picked up 1 whammy, took one more spin for $2000 and passed 11 spins to B B got through all 11 spins unscathed, racks up $85,900, passes the 6 "+One Spins" she had earned during that turn to A A got second whammy and passed three spins back to B B got fourth whammy, A wins with $0 but <4 whammies (just for the record, the 80s show played the same way. there was an ep where all three players "won" with $0 and came back the next day, but none of them had four whammies. On another, two players whammied out and the third was allowed to waive his final spins - or as they said, "pass them to Peter" - to end the game when he wished. ) --- by the way, season 4 started with a bang last night. There's now a news special scheduled next week, though, so the second ep will be on the 21st.
  2. Glad it’s coming back. Why is the title truncated here, btw?
  3. I don't see how that's what's happened here. FOX gave it a lead-in of its only other established live-action comedy.
  4. 2022 season starts tonight (3/23) in the UK. 5 weeks of heats, 24 episodes in 8 weeks total.
  5. It had “OK”, not “great” ratings. The finale ended up being the lowest-rated ep (maybe because it was a convoluted sh—show? maaaaybe?) It would definitely be more cost-effective to go back to doing Champions instead - assuming travel has sufficiently opened back up.
  6. I watch it in 20 minutes and even regret that. How are we having an act from Nitro Circus every week and are just expected to think that's fine?
  7. Four weeks, so 8.5 hours total.
  8. I love AGT, although I’m usually pretty sick of it by the semifinals. I’m sick of AGTX already. This makes Go-Big Show look like Masterpiece Theatre.
  9. He’s equally great calling IndyCar.
  10. This was the first episode that gave me hope for the show.

  12. There will be at least 11 because the ep with Mrs. Obama was coded #811.
  13. Taping will conclude this week. https://on-camera-audiences.com/shows/Americas_Got_Talent_EXTREME_
  14. The four episodes this season to feature guest stars (Laila Ali, Kevin McHale, Shawn Johnson and the upcoming Kyle Richards) all taped in the first CW season, 2013-4. I would assume the others did as well.
  15. Really enjoying "Back In Time For Dinner" on Cooking - it's a Canadian show from a few years back with a family of 5 who is forced to live as if they are in each decade from the '40s - '90s, including having their house completely redone in styles and appliances of the time. The first three are On Demand and on Cooking GO, but not on D+.
  16. This isn't good yet, but I think it very well could become good. My fingers are crossed.
  17. Springsteen rerun last night; new episode tonight (Friday). Unclear as to why.
  18. Somehow, some way, TAR is back. Wednesday January 5 with a 2-hour premiere from 8-10, then 9-10 weekly after that. (CBS press release just dropped.)
  19. I spend a lot of time in Cincinnati, have driven over that bridge to KY many times and stood directly above it while exiting Great American Ball Park. And my brain made me say “Louisville” 😪
  20. And by tonight I obvs meant Thursday. Sorry!
  21. 50th Anniversary special tonight at 9/8 central. Two hours!
  22. Am I over analyzing everything now, or was Steve Martin kind of rude to/dismissive of Selena Gomez on a couple occasions last night?
