I've never understood how almost everyone on this show knows nothing about the country they are visiting in these days of the internet. I at least had a McDonalds before my first ever visit to the USA. 😁

While I agree with you about TMI I found the Gabe information to actually be educational, the rest of it is just uncalled for & boring. Statler is just looking for her Waldorf but is going about it the wrong way. She also seems to have the "I'm murican so I can live anywhere I want" attitude. I call it the Darcy shuffle, and my how we all laughed at her for her bathroom clean up but some of these people make me think that she at least tried. After years of flying back & forth across the Atlantic I've found that I like to try & get on the same time zone as quick as possible has helped me not to be awake when everyone else is asleep. Flying business class or at quiet times when you can get a row of seat to yourself helps achieve this.

Anyone seen the commercial for something called Eye Candy? Basically it's an oversized magnifier for those with difficulty reading things. It actually shows someone using it to read an electronic device rather than just making it larger on the screen, talk about trying to sell something totally useless to the 99.9% of people who have a cell phone in this country.

I can't agree with this part. Living in a tourist town & people visiting you while they're in said tourist town is totally different to the supposed love of your life flying half way around the world & visiting you for the first time in a foreign country that they're new to and he has every right to be a little upset that she hasn't made any effort to free up some time to spend with him. At the end of the day he seems like a bit of a dickhead to us but he's not the love of our lives.

Since living in the US I've been told not to say black but to always say African-American even though coming from the UK I've known mostly people with Caribbean heritage and saying the "b" word is common, most have no ancestry from slavery but rather British colonies that are part of the commonwealth who came here of their choice for lots of reasons. Is it just assumed that if someone is black & lives in the US that they are African-American or is it just better to not use either term ?

Has the season finished or is it just missing this week because of July 4th being tomorrow & the world has to stop ?

There are lots of religions & cultures (if not most) that believe the man is the head of the family.

I remember the down under you're talking about but Australia was very tough on people entering the country well after most countries so I'll give them a pass for that. As for chefs we've had Rachel after her first season turn herself around, Marco & now Ileisha that all have been very undramatic and some would probably say boring. As for Daisy & Gary I am 100% with everyone else and they seem to have decided it's the Gary & Daisy show not a Below Deck show.

I don't agree that they recruit people but I do believe that people seek them out for their 15 minutes of tv time whereas originally the fame whores didn't know about the program and how it would pan out & be popular. Like a lot of these reality shows the first few seasons are the best as nobody knows if the show will be popular but once it is becomes a different animal. The funny thing is that the chefs seem a lot less histrionic now than some of the originals and seem to use the show as a way to showcase their talents rather than being dramatic like the rest of the crew. Just my 2 cents worth.

That was a lot to take in & digest in 1 sitting so I'll keep this short & sweet. It probably doesn't matter a jot what Michigan law says as there is zero chance of Jasmine wanting to stay there once the first day of a Michigan winter hits her. She'll brow beat him into moving to a warmer place like LA or Miami. Most of these 90 day harpies end up in Miami so I'm guessing that's where she will land eventually, with or without Gino.

Isn't she a make up artist? This new trend of totally changing how you look using make up is going to screw up some poor guy when she takes it off.

I have accidentally seen her on other things & she wears exactly the same unflattering style with the wide belt and it does her figure no favours.

Is that the guy who looks like he would swindle his own grandmother out of her life savings? I just presume these are national ads that are made to look local by showing a local number, just like all those lawyers who pretend to be local.

Considering some of the preference sheet notes I thought the primary was very easy going and realizes that he can be a pain in the ass which was shown by the size of the tip.

I didn't think I was a nerd but I answered the same. Made me wonder if that would have been allowed as I thought I was alone.
