I know someone who did this & the USCIS didn't bat an eyelid, in fact they didn't even ask a single question about it. As it was almost 20 years ago they may have tightened it up since but it also probably depends on which country you're from and what reason you give for entering the country.

It wasn't really implied, she was asked if it was a K1 visa & she said no it is not he's just coming to visit so he can only be on a tourist visa which allows the same amount of time as the K1 but you get to leave & come back any time you want to.

There are lots of variables & reasons why he wouldn't be allowed to just visit, I can't remember if she has applied for the spousal visa for him but he probably wouldn't be allowed in the country if that is in process.

He has said so since day 1 & she let him believe they would be living in the USA once they were married. She is a con artist who doesn't pay her bills & he needs to realize that she has no intention of ever bringing him over as the first thing he will do once he has a green card is to leave her huge ass and find somone who appreciates him.

It wasn't that long ago that we stopped paying the delivery guy by cash & even cc at the front door. I asked one delivery guy if there were many prank calls and he said that they were very few & far between. I guess people were a lot more honest back then & prank calls were mainly made by kids who were relatively easy to spot.

It should make plenty of sense to anyone who has ever travelled abroad, you can't just enter any country you feel like whenever you feel like. A lot depends on a few things, where you're from, where you're going and which country is on your passport, some countries passports being a lot more useful than others, with a Japanese passport being the one that allows visa free entry to the most countries according to most sources.
