So you and some others want females to join the special forces and to be allowed to not carry what may be life saving equipment because it might be too heavy? If the rules are to be changed because it's a tv show then it needs to also have a name change to "Not Really Special Forces Equivalent But Close Enough For Tv" or something as absurd. The only thing it suggests to me is that everyone is being treated equally no matter what sex they are.

So what? It doesn't give him the right to dictate anybody's wedding date except his own . If he asked then fine but she made it seem like she was being told, even though that was probably for tv. My point is that nobody should dictate when someone else's wedding should be, brother, sister, parents, nobody. If you think it's okay for anyone to tell someone when their wedding should be then that's on whoever is being dictated to.

I'm with Jasmeen here, if anybody tells me not to have my wedding on these dates because they are on vacation without me asking them first then you can put money down on the date range when the actual wedding will be. Now if I ask if they will be coming & I really want them there and they then say "oh we've booked & paid for our dream vacation on x,y.z then I might make an effort to accommodate them but once you do that for 1 set of people you have set a precedent and everyone starts thinking they can dictate dates when your wedding won't be. I've found the easiest thing to do is drive to Las Vegas & tell everyone "we're getting married tomorrow" and not give anyone an option to complain that they're busy then because it's too late. Any wedding after your first should be done this way, it saves so much hassle and cost.

It's no surprise Mark doesn't get that most people couldn't afford $20 a bag & many more who could afford it would rather gamble that they didn't need them than pay that amount.

I certainly don't want an echo chamber no matter how much you may think I do and would love to hear an honest debate/discussion/interview but that wasn't what was happening here, this was one person not being allowed to lie their way through an interview, or is that okay as long as it's your echo chamber? Honesty & integrity is what is needed from EVERYONE but that wasn't what we were getting from Mace & Whoopi rightly called her out on it.

That has nothing to do with this particular "interview" which isn't such a thing when the other person keeps lying & won't answer direct questions but immediately goes back to the same lie. Mace just kept repeating the same bullshit and not answering the questions put to her, or is that not what she was there for?

Agree about letting this one fail and helping older restaurants who have fallen on hard times for various reasons. Lots of so called chefs think they're not going to be intimidated by Gordon but as soon as he appears they cower like the bullies they really are because they think he looks small on tv but he's a big guy in real life & would probably be quite intimidating without his reputation as a chef to back it up. I don't know anyone over 25 who actually likes using QR code menus, I hate them with a vengeance that is beyond reason. I guess I just like to hold a menu & be able to flick pages with ease to decide what I want rather than endlessly scrolling back & forth.
