I am forever baffled by this show (and all of the other shows on this network). They promote dysfunction and exploit the hell out of the most unhealthy brands of crazy they can find. They reward and encourage insanity. TLC has zero to do with “learning”. I’m pretty sure it actually stands for “Trainwrecks Love Cameras”.

I hope Rinna, the Olympic level opportunist, doesn’t see this!

Watching Marisol is so disturbing to me. I can’t help it, I see her as a malnourished alcoholic. I feel she’s mentally and physically unhealthy. I don’t like her, as previously mentioned - I think she’s cold and selfish, but I can’t help but feel concerned for her. Her function on Bravo is that of Alexia’s sidekick, though - she offers nothing else.

This group is basically my least favorite HWs under one roof. It has to be bad when Porsha is the one I despise the least. Even though I can’t stand ANY of these women, the only ones I could tolerate being around for 5 minutes or more would be Porsha, Candiace, and Whitney - as long as she didn’t speak. The others are just colossal assholes at their cores, IMO.

Heather saying “let’s get Leah to drink” after reading Leah’s book all about her being a drug addict/alcoholic is absolutely reprehensible. She’s not right, there’s some dark shit in that brain of hers. I can’t stand Leah, but I am irate for her on this one. That is a special brand of sick, twisted shit. Sadistic, honestly.

This breaks my heart. I was REALLY hoping that the girls would be so tired of (and grossed out by) their mom’s desperation to be sexually attractive, they’d go the opposite direction and find their voices and power in other ways. Hope it’s not a setup for a life like that of the twins.

Same! There are many layers to her hatred of Rachel, but they are all competition-related and LaLa hasn’t won one yet…🫣 No wonder she’s been all-too-happy to drive the hate bus into town since the minute the affair became public.

I believe they’re together, but it’s interesting you mentioned Tom wanting a mini-me - when I saw that first pic of the two of them, my first thought was that she’s pregnant.

Oh, she sure did. It definitely tracks with all of these victory laps we see her taking on the show. Why not a little “see, I AM good enough!” dance move here and there?! It’s impossible not to see the setup for this cheating relationship of which we’re about to finally about to see the fallout. She was ripe for the pickin and Pornstache was ready for the stickin. Yes, she’s a full grown adult (well, mostly) and should have known better, but Tom Sandoval is a sleazy opportunist. Ariana will be fine. I’m sad for her, yes - but she will be grateful that she is free of that relationship very soon. Seems like they tolerated one another more than anything. I am wondering if some of what we saw was a sort of resignation to continue their storyline for the show. She didn’t seem to be too bothered that he was a worthless tool when it came to the situation with her pup. I’m sure some degree of that was due to the fact that she’s used to him caring about NO ONE but Tom Sandoval, but I think if she were still truly invested, that would have been a bigger deal to her.

Apparently, she’s not so good with being called a whore anymore, huh? Would she rather we call her basic now? Ick.

YES, this was damn satisfying. Such a flipping hypocrite…she’s a clown.

These two are SO emotionally immature, I doubt either will ever have a successful relationship with a man. I truly feel for their kids, who are far more mature than they are - and know it.

Oh, yeah - they’ve all had their moments, I agree - and you’re right, there are parallels there between her overcompensation and Rachel’s - Ariana’s didn’t hurt another in such a deep way, of course. Rachel will have to live with that for a long time, both publically and privately. I do believe I/we forget about the fact that these people are portraying who they want us to think they are, which can be a hell of a stretch from who they really are. They’re all fakers, to an extent. Great points, princelina!

I think Rachel is a bit of a lost soul, and being on this show is so far out of her element, she was going with the “fake it til you make it” strategy, despite not having the confidence and self-esteem to withstand it. She appears to feel “less than” and I believe she just overcompensated all over the place, everyone else be damned. The others ARE all assholes, really. Well, all but one - I’ve honestly never thought that of Ariana. It’s crazy that their budding friendship didn’t stop Rachel from betraying her so horribly. I’m actually less concerned about Ariana long-term than I am about Rachel. I think she (Rachel) was in a bad place before this, and there’s no doubt she’s in a far worse place now. (Who wouldn’t be? Guilt and shame are brutal) At least Ariana is a little older and has more of a sense of self, has been established with a therapist and has a great support system. How sad it is for Rachel that she self-destructed with that narcissistic loser, Tom Sandoval. SO not worth it! I wonder if she’s figured that part out yet. To be clear, I’m giving NO ONE a pass and still maintain that it’s inexusable, but the more I see, the more I understand how they got here. I’m sad for all involved - except Pornstache. He can fuck right off. I don’t think he even knows where the line between the roles of “bad actor” and “reality TV cast member” lies. I think the guys tend to justify a lot of their bullshit by telling themselves they’re playing a role. There’s a whole lot of smoke and mirrors involved in what we see, I believe.

All of the podcasts and “songs” (if you can call them that), wines, tequilas, and other assorted side hustles just reek of the money-grubbing sleaze that is Bravo. I’m sure that’s one of the ways they bait the less narcissistic CAST MEMBERS into being on their shows. It’s all a big exploitative grift. I’m surprised Dr. Phil, his wife Robin and son Jay don’t have their own show yet. Well, his show IS officially in it’s last season now…😲

I cannot stomach much more of this narcissistic fool with his pornstache. Such a douche from head to toe. 🙄

I may be confusing this with another show, but did she talk about having grown up with dyslexia at some point in prior seasons? That just came to mind out of the blue.

RIGHT before I read this, I saw the scene where she’s thanking Peter for “consolidating” her when she’s upset. You may be onto something. 🤷‍♀️

Watching the earlier episodes from this season, and there is something off about this girl. I don’t think it’s just that she’s socially awkward. Obviously her ego is out of control and her judgment is extremely poor, but it seems like there’s something more. She repeatedly closes her eyes while talking to someone face to face - and leaves them closed for a long time. It’s “interesting”. Once I saw that happen a couple times, I starting noticing other little peculiarities. Is she under the influence of something, or maybe just an odd duck? I’m not saying any of this to be mean, just wondering if I was alone in these observations.

Lordy, we need an eye-roll emoji! They’re all such opportunistic grifters, it’s embarassing.
