Also, not Joan of Arc - that's pretty clearly Puritan times (a couple of hundred years later), so it would be the witchcraft trials of Salem, etc. (even though no one was actually burned in Salem - that was more of a European thing). I love Press N Seal, too. And if I'm out on the patio where there's even a possibility of a bug getting in my drink, I always make a cover out of Press N Seal and then just stick a straw thru it. I haven't used Saran Wrap in years.

I don't want to lose their trust, either. So I never "trick" them into coming to me when I want to put them in a carrier. I never offer them a toy or treat just so I can pick them up to clip their claws, etc. Those shouldn't have ulterior motives. God forbid the house would be on fire and they run from me because I'd tricked them in the past.

I'm kind of loving on Panera right now, because my boss sprang for Panera box lunches for everyone last weekend in appreciation of how hard we've been working lately. That was 50-60 box lunches out of his own pocket!
