I watched some of the video. If they adopted the dog they were walking, it looked pretty energetic. Maybe they said how old the dog was later in the video, but it presented on the younger side to me. I assume that was the dog they adopted; Jill spent a lot of time filming it.

The breed is Belgian Maliniois (hope I got the spelling right).

Reading in one of my fundie FB groups, I found out that the dog is mixed with a breed that I've never heard of. Said breed needs a lot of training to be good with kids, or it will basically bounce off the walls. Hopefully, this dog doesn't express the traits of that breed, otherwise I could see it going back to the shelter. 😥
