  1. I felt bad for the wife in the truck accident case: her testimony stated that she hit the truck, then when asked in the hallway she said 'no'...under the gaze of her husband, who I think was going to hit her for not lying while under oath. He just gave off that vibe to me. Yuck.
  2. I agree, she told Lara that ensuring it gets back to Axe.
  3. I was stoked about seeing some of Zanzibar...I too, read about it in a book...Trade Wind by M.M. Kaye, and have been very interested in it ever since. Team 'Fun' isn't my cup of tea...He seems okay, but Becca is annoying. She sure got really nasty with the passport mess, but then I probably would have too. lol Redmund is a huge jerk and a bully. Hope he doesn't make it to the final 3, but they certainly have been a strong team so far. Not sure who I want to win...maybe Tara and Joey or Liz and Michael.
  4. Wow, the Brady Bunch 2017 version worked my last nerve: from the horrible voice on the wife and her awful, stupid son and 'budget driven' hubby, who sent out dickwad vibes...no wonder those two girls had their faces blurred in the family photo! Yuck. I didn't get at all how they were going to run a B&B...they kept saying B&B but then they talked about renting the house out, and how the guest renting wouldn't mind a shared bathroom, so I got confused.
  5. lol Colin was a good racer though (broken oxen and cab drivers wanting their full fare notwithstanding) which Wuss Street has yet top prove. Poor Sara... Swole Sisters seemed to be enjoying the race, however I never got a sense of urgency about them...they were more tourists, less racers.
  6. That landlord irritated the crap out of me. He agreed to fix the fence, then did nothing for 6 months and then, when he learned the lady was suing him, got upset. Dude...you agreed to fix the fence, so fix the effing fence. At least he redeemed himself somewhat in the hallterview with Doug.
  7. I hope there is a second season for sure...loving it. Although I am confused as to why Max is impersonating the Doctor since he will put a huge target on his back. Looking forward tot he season finale!
  8. Sure, I get that, but these pampered people are NOT starving and the goats should have been safe from them. I hate that they give them chickens too. :-(
  9. I knew about the family friend part, but she was just so ...off-putting, and that is taking out the babies/wives chatter. I don't know, maybe it was just me. lol Thanks for the sleuthing. :-)
  10. Denver guy may have been irritating, but that was overwhelmed by the idiot realtor and her constant talk of wives and babies. I wanted to throw a brick through my TV. I wonder if she is really a realtor, as she just seemed so off to me. lol
  11. Yeah I think you are right, there was something about stripping , sanding and thinness. I probably would have left it, but they things look different in person then on TV.
  12. I was surprised they ripped out the flooring. Couldn't they have stained it something else if they didn't like the color? And the kitchen...white/white/grey/blah. What they did to the fireplace was pretty awful and I laughed out loud when they painted the bathroom...grey. The original blue was too much, but grey? A very underwhelming transformation imo, but they did come in $2k under budget despite having to frame a new ceiling. Oh...the wife was so annoying with her 'I dropped the edger again' bs. lol
  13. I never liked the Lara character and after this episode, I dislike her even more. Ugh is right. Her giving her speech while choosing an outfit (with the tags still on) from a ginormous walk in closet was especially revolting. They all suck, but I still love this show. lol
  14. Michigan: I was not in the greatest of moods, so that might have influenced my viewing, but I did not like any of the Michigan houses...some of the back yards were great though. lol The husband was pretty practical about the whole thing, the wife was pretty annoying at times. The basement of the house the chose had the most horrible flooring. lol So funny that she couldn't possibly live with the wallpaper: I could not have stood that flooring.
  15. That blonde woman naming her dog Ezra made me cringe. lol Run, Ezra...that is a little weird behavior. Of course, he did choose a con woman so his judgement is flawed. I really am enjoying this show! Question though: why did the FBI senior lady (the over protective relative) start putting real pressure on Patrick to get the job done? She received a phone call but I guess she is just getting pressure from above? Also, the FBI would think that the trio or at least Ezra and Jules were involved somehow since they showed up at the birthday party and announced they were Saffron's brother and his girlfriend.
  16. This show makes me happy...it is so funny! I never really liked John Lithgow much, but he is a hoot in this. I love the Arrested Development vibe the show has, while also being it's own show, versus being a copycat. It's refreshing and fun.
  17. lol Actually...no. I am in the process of renovating, and will put up some of the paintings my Mom did (bold, beautiful watercolors of flowers), and one my brother did that is a wave breaking. ;-p And actually, I misspoke: one of my brothers carved some fish that are lovely and they will go back up after the reno. lol Sounds cheesey, but its really lovely, I promise!
  18. You would have hated my Mom's and Dad's Cape Cod home then! lol She had fish of every type all over the place. Oh and birds...bird carvings, statues etc. When us kids were clearing it out after they had passed, we all had to take mandatory birds and fishes back with us. Miss them so much and miss their crazy, beautiful house! I live in Hawaii, and my house is mostly blues. ;-p No fish though...
  19. Pet peeve here: I binge watched a bunch of the episodes from February and March, and I hate, hate, hate when they are in an empty room and start with the 'I visualize a flat screen here, and a sectional here' with the dumb ass graphics. I don't give one crap about how any of these people may or may not decorate their home, I watch the show to see the homes. I know they have done this before, but it is far more frequent and I fast forward as it annoys me no end. That and the constant reshowing of scenes we saw 5 seconds ago are the super annoying...instead of wasting time like that, they could show another house! Of course, that would take more money I am sure, but still...ANNOYING. lol
  20. He got the Dagenham home. It had a nice back yard and his commute was within 30 minutes to his job (I think that is what he said) so not bad. I kind of liked the first flat shown! And I do wish Richard would trim back that beard! lol
  21. In the intro, they said they were renting and the boys had to share a room. OMG, how can they live like that??? /sarcasm Other then that comment and the overuse of 'plastic fantastic' they didn't bother me, although that house was huge! I wouldn't want to have to keep it tidy, but I bet those boys will love living there. The house that had the other pool had such a cool back yard...I think that was the one with the vinyl siding.
  22. The woman was at Ezra and "Ava's" wedding: think she was in a wheelchair? So supposedly Ava's family member? Now she is the new mark's house keeper.
  23. I am a bit disappointed that Ezra and Richard are taking to small cons to pay their way. How the hell is that any better than just taking the check from mom and dad? That said, I did find them amusing.
  24. OMG I wanted to reach through the TV and slap that bitch! What an idiot, BUT I really did want to know her rationale for suing for $4k on a $75 shed. I think we got ripped off here JJ.
  25. I really enjoyed this a lot. I want her caught though. I did have to laugh at there being a You Tube video showing how to hang oneself with an orange extension cord. There is a You Tube for EVERYTHING. Looking forward to the next episode.
