  1. The first 2 episodes of season 2 are out now. So far it's more ineresting than season 1 was, I like how they are exploring her childhood.
  2. They began shooting season 4 today https://www.instagram.com/p/CSupkJ3B5ap/
  3. I thought these two episodes were better than what we received last week. Specially episode 4, was very strong. Jake’s smile when he saw Mac pull himself up made me totally melt. It was a short scene but so powerful and adorable. 🥺
  4. This like she still got an exorbitant amount of money for just talking to a nice lady for 5 days. She still got off extremely well, no need to feel sorry for her. If she is so unfulfilled in her job she can change it.
  5. I am unsure. Were we supposed to assume he was a gigolo? And Tanya subtly signaled to him that she is not interested?
  6. Wait the season will only have 10 episodes? I wish we got at least 13.
  7. And should Shane be facing reprecussions? We all saw the scene. The killing was a total accident. Of course he was on edge after he heard about the burglary. And a drugged up (!) person literally broke into his private space. It would be stupid to send him to jail over something like this.
  8. The show was great. The finale was not all that though. I feel like for such a great build up, it left wanting a lot more. Anyway, Jennifer Coolidge is trending on twtiter, as she should. She has consistently been the best part of this show. Give her an Emmy please.
  9. I like that they made Allison less sickly. She is a good support for Bud.
  10. Was I the only one weirded out by the judge's behavior in court? No judge is invested in the relationship in a criminal and his wife, so much so to go on a 2-minute rant about it. In any other situation the judge would want to put an end to the marriage talk and get back to the topic at hand, but here she didn't care about the case at all.
  11. Paramount paying for that promotion 🥺
  12. The writers obviously only broke them up so they can get back together at the end of the season and do a wow-renewal or wedding. It was mentioned in a season 2 episode that Kevin and Holt would be open to a more traditional ceremony because when they got married it was just a simple court house affair. And the fans have been asking for it for years.
  13. My oh my. This finale was really, really good. I did not expect them to tie up all the storylines so well, but they did it. I didn't actually realize the "negative sides" of Melissa, but when they explained it it made sense. And of course we all expected Josh to sing, but when it finally did happen, it was still breathtaking and his number was really adorable. And then of course it ended with a big group number, as it is always ought to. This was a really great show I'm happy I watched it.
  14. If the showrunners read critic reviews and pay attention to the general reception the series is getting, she will. It is by far the best, most unique and intriguing part of the show. If anything, they should turn it up in season 2. Removing it would make the show a lot less interesting.
  15. I was sad for Felix in the end, but I am more sad for Lake. Lake was 100% right and Felix broke up with her because he perceives medical help as "taking his mother away". His mother needs medical assistance. Felix likes to pretend that her case is more like a temporary mood instead of an illness. Benji is a bit harsh, but he is also right. Isabel is not trying. She is lying to herself. And she is nice to Rahim because it is easier for her to play accepting when it is not her own son. Victor said it perfectly about her mindset: she does not tell Adrian because she thinks of it as something bad.
  16. Victor doesn't deserve Benji. Benji was completely patient and accepting of Victor's problems, and that is also what the actors had to say on the matter in interviews: Then Victor plays the race card, like no white person ever had religious parents that were homophobic/not accepting, and downplaying Benji's coming out, as if his father was accepting and didn't take him to a strip club to "turn" him straight, which by the way, is far worse than having one parent struggle to accept you (Isabel) at the beginning and now is, and the other being accepting from the start (Armando), especially when you're surrounded by accepting people; other family members (Pilar, Adrian, Armando), friends (Lake, Mia, Felix), and also SIMON to help you.
  17. The song Melissa and the Doctor sang together was my favorite of the show yet, it was so beautiful. It's a shame it was so short.
  18. John Breem mentioned in a previous episode that Sheila brings a fervor to teaching that he has never seen before except for in church. Even when I'm doing my own home workout videos, it is very helpful when the instructor is giving these lovely pep talks to motivate me keep at it. And Sheila is just very good at providing that plus she is more elegant than Bunny so she projects a more desireable image.
  19. Oh. So he found the heart. Well, we all know where this is going.
  20. Sheila really needs to get rid of stupid Danny ASAP the final scene being intercut with those 2 being drugged up and going on and on about nothing was annoying as hell. And it's like why do that the story would have been much better off with just being focused on Sheila and John do the show runners really think we are interested in seeing Danny and his coke-head friend?
  21. From the Variety article: Well, they didn't lie. The show started out strong but ultimately lost it's way and ended in a very weak way.
  22. I really liked the sudden tone shift of Beth and Jerry being super done with Summer and then immediately switching to consoling her when she was sad 😃.
  23. The show is still much better than 99% of what is on Television though. If so much trash can exist, why shouldn't this, when this is actually quality?
  24. I saw it on Reddit & Twitter. But as I said I was also surprised by it, I thought the season is bringing it's usual quality.
  25. With just 2 episodes left, I wonder how this will go. Our protagonists will obviously get back together, and they are really emphasizing to Josh that he should work on his relationship with Melissa instead of being complacent and lazy, but he is just too dumb to get it. I guess he will finally learn it from the school marm at some point and then in the last 10 minutes of the last episode they get back together and leave, but not before participating in a big group number.
